I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the heart of the ancient water town. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the canals, bridges, and quaint streets, making it perfect for exploring the area on foot. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness of the room and the overall quality of the amenities exceeded my expectations. Although the owner doesn’t speak English, communicating through WeChat worked smoothly and she was always quick to respond and help with anything I needed. This small challenge didn’t take away from the experience at all. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in such a beautiful historic setting!

Kunshan es mi ciudad natal. Había pasado por delante del hotel muchísimas veces, así que este emblemático hotel fue la opción obvia cuando decidimos alojarnos en él esta vez. El hotel está en una ubicación céntrica; la línea 11 del metro pasa por la estación que está justo enfrente y te lleva directamente a Shanghái y a Suzhou. El hotel fue renovado recientemente. Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, y el personal de recepción y demás empleados son muy amables. 整體來説入住體驗還不錯。酒店看着有些年頭了，個別設施看起來舊舊的。早餐廳離客房有段小距離，不遠。走路過去剛好飯後散步。這裏可以帶寵物出行，很貼心，不過寵物用品需要自己提前備好。工作人員做事麻利，有需求迴應很快。園區偏原生態，户外蚊蟲會多一些，好在酒店準備了驅蚊液。周邊能玩皮划艇、騎行，休閑項目挺豐富，店裡還有制香手工體驗，打發時間剛剛好。

Checked in at 22:00 Hrs. I have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. When I went to check in, the receptionish said there is no staff to add an extra bed even if we pay for it. It was very disappointing to hear at 10pm in such a good hotel there is no one to arrange an extra bed. Check in experience was very horrible, they allocated the 2 rooms in separate floors when I specifically mentioned I needed adjacent rooms or rooms in the same floor. And then I had to come back again where one of their managers who was relaxing all this time came and got this done. disappointing experience. Hotel was very nice, the surroundings were very good, definitely need more attentive and trained staff who can think of customer experience.

I had a fantastic stay. The room was massive, very clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view, which made the stay feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were excellent — very attentive, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything felt well-managed and professional. The location is also a major highlight. It is very close to Kunshan Railway Station, making it extremely convenient for travel. One of the best parts was the view of the high-speed trains passing by, which was really enjoyable and made the stay feel unique. Overall, this was a great stay with spacious rooms, wonderful service, a fantastic location, and a memorable view. I would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
