I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the heart of the ancient water town. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the canals, bridges, and quaint streets, making it perfect for exploring the area on foot. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness of the room and the overall quality of the amenities exceeded my expectations. Although the owner doesn’t speak English, communicating through WeChat worked smoothly and she was always quick to respond and help with anything I needed. This small challenge didn’t take away from the experience at all. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in such a beautiful historic setting!

這次入住崑山萬象匯的桔子酒店，飯店的位置沒話說非常的方便就在崑山萬象匯的隔壁。 入住登記的當晚，櫃檯的服務人員說女士稍後方便送一份水果到您的房間嗎？我回答沒問題。 但是直到我退房，我也沒有看到我的那一份水果。 然後飯店的備品給得非常的簡單，甚至沒有飯店的提袋，我要求要禁煙房。我還是很明顯的聞到煙味，而且眼睛因為煙味而感到過敏乾澀刺激感。 剛進入房間的時候異常的悶熱像進入桑拿房一樣。打開空調發現已經35度安排入住的房間，飯店人員居然沒有事先開啟空調調節室內溫度。 在我打電話與客房服務反應的時候只跟我表示女士你的空調調低一點，稍後情況就可以改善了。 但房間的卡片應該是連動著房間的啟動電源。我人離開房間去商場覓食的時候原以為房間的溫度會降低，結果回房間發現因為我把卡片帶離開了，所以房間的電源全部斷掉了。 這是我商務旅行住過的飯店，第一次遇到的情況，退房當天也請櫃檯協助提供封箱的膠帶。沒過多久機器人把膠帶送過來了，但是交代的封口我花了好久的時間才找到，而且沒有提供剪刀或美工刀或是膠帶台非常克難的完成使用。 集團飯店對前台的教育訓練需要再改進，謝謝。

Instalaciones: Tal como se muestra en las fotos. Muy nuevo. Muy satisfecho. Tiene tres plantas, y me alojé en la última, que era tranquila y sin interrupciones. Limpieza: Limpio y cómodo, muy satisfactorio. Entorno: 1. A solo unas pocas decenas de metros de la taquilla del Shen Hall, muy conveniente. 2. El pequeño patio frente al B&B es hermoso, perfecto para tomar fotos y registrarse. Servicio: Envié la ubicación del taxi y llegué directamente. Resumen: Este B&B fue fantástico. ¡Me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que visite Zhouzhuang!

被房間的獨特佈置所吸引 臨時改行程去了周莊 2號停車場離住宿的地方步行大約5分鐘 住宿的茶廳處處透露着細節 小橋流水、親子影屋、店內自帶露天小泳池（泳池水質一眼就能看出店主的用心管理）、功夫茶和壁爐配上～恰好的閑話家常～民宿的洗刷用品馬油、呂以及牙刷都看得出店家很注重品質（堪比家用，用了沒捨得扔，環保帶回家了） 贈送的早餐在街上老灶頭（出門左轉澄虛道觀邊上）6點開始可以自選餛飩小籠奧灶麪等各種特色小吃，早點味道很不錯～PS:慢行居老闆娘歡美鋁是一個頂好頂好的姐姐，人美心善～一趟趁興而至盡興而歸的旅途 期待下一次相遇

Perfect hotel for a 4 day, 3 night stay. Breakfast is available but we had other arrangements so we did not partake but they had a good sized spread of Western-Chinese food. The pool was really nice. Worked well for us because my younger child had a shallow pool to play in and my older child could swim in the bigger pool. Easily accessible to Guangming Metro, Line 11 (15 minute walk or 5 minute Didi ride). Room with a Central Park view was great and it offered black out curtains. Hotel check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating. Good size room with a nice sized bed. Tub and shower available. I would book again when visiting Huaqiao.

El hotel es muy agradable y acogedor, el personal y el entorno, el butler (地 Xiqing) siempre aseguró que teníamos todo lo que necesitamos y que la comunicación entre nosotros fue fluida y que el viaje fue fácil. La comida era buena y muy deliciosa las porciones son muy generosas. Los lugares alrededor del hotel también son buenos y una gran experiencia para extranjeros muy bienvenidos y un gran lugar para niños. Hay muchas actividades y lugares de comida para ver. La única mejora es añadir un mini refrigerador en las habitaciones para mantener las bebidas frescas. Además de que el lugar es una gran experiencia y el relax del escenario recomendaría a los extranjeros que lo intenten.

I had a fantastic stay. The room was massive, very clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view, which made the stay feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were excellent — very attentive, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything felt well-managed and professional. The location is also a major highlight. It is very close to Kunshan Railway Station, making it extremely convenient for travel. One of the best parts was the view of the high-speed trains passing by, which was really enjoyable and made the stay feel unique. Overall, this was a great stay with spacious rooms, wonderful service, a fantastic location, and a memorable view. I would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Checked in at 22:00 Hrs. I have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. When I went to check in, the receptionish said there is no staff to add an extra bed even if we pay for it. It was very disappointing to hear at 10pm in such a good hotel there is no one to arrange an extra bed. Check in experience was very horrible, they allocated the 2 rooms in separate floors when I specifically mentioned I needed adjacent rooms or rooms in the same floor. And then I had to come back again where one of their managers who was relaxing all this time came and got this done. disappointing experience. Hotel was very nice, the surroundings were very good, definitely need more attentive and trained staff who can think of customer experience.

這次入住真的超出預期！從預訂到退房全程體驗都超棒～前台小姐姐超熱情，辦理入住時主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊美食（還貼心提醒了附近地鐵口的位置），態度親切到像朋友一樣～房間玻璃乾淨到發光，早餐種類豐富，奧灶麪太好吃了，連挑食的同伴都光盤了，下次來這座城市一定還住這裏！
