Special thanks to Ms Soon for being very responsive, helpful, and reliable. She even helped us purchase shuttle bus tickets to the train station. Breakfast was simple and crowded, and the dining hall is shared with nearby hotels, making it a bit messy. The location is convenient, about 200 metres from the Snow Town ticketing office and entrance. The room cleanliness is acceptable and had a nice mountain view, but soundproofing was poor and corridor noise was noticeable. The actual room size felt much smaller than the stated 25 sqm compared to other hotels in Harbin. The basin tap only provided very warm water and could not be adjusted to a lower temperature. The shower water was also too hot, with no option to adjust to a more comfortable temperature. No bath mat was provided.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. The location of this hotel is just off the Main Street in snow town. Very convenient location, extremely friendly staff members and adequate and yummy breakfast. Room is modern and comfortable, water is hot and plentiful, definitely appreciated during the bitterly cold months. Price is on the high side but that’s the price to pay during peak season. Overall a highly enjoyable place to stay!

夏天的雪鄉別有一番韻味，山清水秀，空氣特別清新。入住體驗很不錯，酒店貼心給我們升級了大房間，房間收拾得十分乾淨，裝修風格好看，空間寬敞明亮，很適合一家三口居住。整體環境、服務、設施都讓人滿意，衞生做得很到位。已經計劃冬天再帶孩子過來玩雪，期待下次再來！

Ayer, cuando vivía, pensé que mi elección era incorrecta. La dirección era muy superior, cerca del estacionamiento 2 y iba a la puerta de Abuli por tres minutos de coche. La tranquilidad en el círculo, la suerte vino ayer, la neve voló, está muy en consonancia con el nombre de nuestro hotel, abre la ventana de la mañana, la neve de la neve se desnuda como un sueño, la decoración interior es muy elegante, a la vista es el control de detalles, perfecto 😍. El panorama de la montaña es hermoso, una habitación limpia, cuatro personas son muy amplias, es que la habitación es un poco pequeña, no hay lugar para colocar maletas, basta con llegar a la casa y subir, el suelo está muy caliente, los guantes de lavabo se han secado en el suelo toda la noche! La ubicación está en la puerta de la montaña de Yasnow en el norte de la puerta, un poco lejos del centro de la zona de paisaje, no puede caminar, pero es muy conveniente tomar el coche por 24 horas. Basicamente, no tiene que esperar para ir al auto. Puede llegar al centro de la zona de paisaje en unos minutos en la carretera. La escena de la nieve en la carretera es muy bonita y el coche también puede visitar! Sugerimos que los turistas vayan a la galería de diez kilómetros desde la puerta norte o a la galería de cien kilómetros, y también a la montaña de **, la escena de la nieve es especialmente bonita!
