The stay here is superb! The couples who manage this family hotel are very welcoming. They even cooked our meals and dined with us. It's like we are a family. I love the experience and I definitely will come again here!

Special thanks to Ms Soon for being very responsive, helpful, and reliable. She even helped us purchase shuttle bus tickets to the train station. Breakfast was simple and crowded, and the dining hall is shared with nearby hotels, making it a bit messy. The location is convenient, about 200 metres from the Snow Town ticketing office and entrance. The room cleanliness is acceptable and had a nice mountain view, but soundproofing was poor and corridor noise was noticeable. The actual room size felt much smaller than the stated 25 sqm compared to other hotels in Harbin. The basin tap only provided very warm water and could not be adjusted to a lower temperature. The shower water was also too hot, with no option to adjust to a more comfortable temperature. No bath mat was provided.

We had a very comfortable and happy stay at Qiuqu Donglai Inn. It was much cheaper compared to the other accomodations in Snow Town, and exceeded our expectations. The owners and staff were very friendly and patient in providing all the help we needed during our stay 😄 Before the trip, it was also easy communicating with the owner through Wechat as she patiently answered all our concerns and even provided us with more guiding tips about our trip there. She helped us to settle mutliple car and bus pickup services to/from the inn as well as to/from Snow Town. This certainly made our planning much easier and convenient as we could plan our days according to the pick-up/ drop-off times. Additionally, the inn was very cozy with only 2 floors of rooms but it was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The Kang heated beds were comfortable and the toilet was exceptionally clean, with a heater unit and toilet seat. We could also order food from the QR code in the room and have our meals prepared from the kitchen downstairs. The convenience and quality of food definitely left us impressed. For our trip to Snow Town, the owner provided us with suggestions on activities that we could try and also helped us to book the activity package at a cheaper rate. The owner even prepared some free activities for us to do (Photo-taking with the traditional jacket + Water splashing into ice) but it was rather unfortunate as we could not find time to try it out. You should definitely try it out if you stay here and have the time to do so! We highly recommend this inn for comfort, convenience and a peace-of-mind when travelling to Snow Town. This will definitely be our go-to accomodation when we are back here for our next visit! 💯 *Do note that disposable towels are provided but do bring your own towel if you require more comfort.

Después de investigar y leer reseñas durante mucho tiempo, decidí alojarme en Erlanghe para mi viaje a Xuexiang. Reservé un kang (cama de ladrillo con calefacción) ideal para familias en la casa de huéspedes, ¡y fue fantástico! Era bastante espacioso para dos adultos y un niño. Era nuestra primera vez en un kang, y tanto los niños como los adultos lo encontraron muy original. La casera, una mujer guapa y acogedora, nos añadió a WeChat con antelación y organizó la recogida y el regreso a Yabuli, incluyendo el transporte a Xuexiang, ¡lo que hizo que nuestro viaje con los niños fuera fácil y agradable! La comida en la casa de huéspedes también estaba deliciosa; recomiendo el estofado del noreste, la col agria y picante, etc. Además, en Erlanghe se puede jugar libremente en la nieve, y es un lugar tranquilo y con menos gente, perfecto para familias con niños. Comparado con las multitudes de Xuexiang y las casas de huéspedes carísimas con malas reseñas en general, ¡recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar! ¡La casa de huéspedes incluso proporcionó chaquetas florales tradicionales del noreste para tomar fotos! En resumen, definitivamente vale la pena alojarse en esta casa de huéspedes. Como nuestro itinerario era ajustado y solo pudimos quedarnos una noche, ¡sin duda volvería a ser nuestra primera opción la próxima vez!

La aldea muy tranquila, el jefe es muy entusiasta, la habitación también está limpia, las camas grandes son muy adecuadas para viajar a la familia. La tienda de pasteles recomendada por el jefe es deliciosa y puede vivir más días si tiene tiempo.

Stayed here enroute to Snow City. Not worth the price paid. Only 1 bath towel provided per room for twin sharing. Instead we were provided with single use towel which is the size of hand towel for shower. I requested for the bigger towel but was told that each room is only provided 1. Could smell people smoking at the common corridor. No mineral water provided and have to request from reception counter. Hot water is also upon request. No kettle in the room. Breakfast provided was plain porridge with hard boil egg, pickled vegetables and a hard bun. Room was on level 2 and had to lug the luggage up, no one to help. Well, not easy to find accommodation around the area. Suitable for a night sleep, that’s all. The counter staff very friendly though.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. I highly recommend anyone planning to travel to Harbin to contact Snow Mushroom Hotel for all your travel arrangements, not only in Snow Town but also in Harbin, Yabuli, and other places in the region. The location of this hotel is excellent. Meters away from the main bus stop and all the shops and restaurants. We got upgraded to the room with excellent view of the fireworks. Hotel staff is very helpful, polite and professional. The manager even spoke some simple English. If one thing they can improve is the breakfast. Options were limited and very basic.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad de nieve de China, pero no es un tema importante. Lo encontramos muy conveniente y muy puntual; los conductores eran profesionales y las salidas siempre estaban en el horario. La habitación era limpia al llegar. El mantenimiento de la casa es profundo y coherente Lines frescas, baño inmaculado, y no hay polvo para ver en ninguna parte. La habitación era agradable y tenía un calefacción eficaz a debe en este clima. El personal de recepción fue amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel a cualquiera que visite la ciudad de nieve.
