位置距離包頭站近（公交車3站），酒店西邊大約1000米有吾悦廣場，內蒙古科技大學就在對面晚上有夜市，逛吃很方便。房間與圖片相符。酒店設施和衞生都很好，服務也很好。酒店工作人員都很熱情周到，介紹遊玩景點，推薦特色餐飲。我們親子出遊有老有小，到店時主動出來幫我們拿行李。5月29日中午我們離店時前台兩位男士（忘記問姓名了）主動幫我們推行李，與我們一同等車來了幫我們搬行李送我們上車。非常感謝。商務，出遊，親子都值得推薦。

終於住進心心念唸的法式風格酒店，整體體驗遠超預期。踏入大堂瞬間就被温柔氛圍感俘獲，奶白色牆面搭配精緻雕花，復古水晶吊燈柔和明亮，隨處擺放的花藝與油畫，把法式優雅拿捏得恰到好處，隨手拍照都十分出片。 客房空間寬敞通透，落地玻璃窗引入充足自然光。軟裝選用絲絨窗簾與復古皮質座椅，配色柔和高級，沒有浮誇堆砌。床品柔軟親膚，躺下便能卸下旅途疲憊，房間隔音效果出色，整夜安靜舒適。衞浴乾淨整潔，備品香氣淡雅，細節盡顯用心。 前台工作人員温柔有禮，辦理入住高效快捷，主動貼心介紹周邊景點。早餐極具法式特色，酥脆可頌、現磨咖啡搭配精緻擺盤，儀式感滿滿。公區走廊、休息區每一處設計都經得起細看，能感受到店家在裝潢上的用心。 這次入住完全治癒了出行的疲憊，浪漫又不刻意，無論是約會還是獨自出行都很合適。強烈推薦偏愛法式復古風格的朋友前來體驗，下次來到這裏我還會選擇這家酒店。

酒店位置很好，去周边打車很方便，房間設備衛生也滿意，有一点，温輕提示一下，在trip.com訂的房，政策是不接受帶寵物，何解本人見到帶竉物的人入住呢？希望貴店在政策上删去這條例，因有些人对動物敏感，各自選自己对的酒店。本人並不討厌寵物，只是知道有些人會敏感吧！謝謝！

Como siempre, desde 2018, se viaja con frecuencia para encubrir el lugar. Este espacio y decoración del hotel son muy agradables. Cada vez que vienen, los precios recientes también son más baratos. La sala de fitness del hotel es superb 👍🏻

We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks. The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage. Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda. Indeed an awesome designer hotel.

Al llegar al Área Escénica del Condado de la Ruta de la Seda Dream, los edificios con forma de yurta son muy distintivos y se integran armoniosamente con la pradera. El servicio es muy atento, y Xiao Zhang, del departamento de recepción, y el conductor Xiao Zhao ofrecen guía para entrar al parque y explican los recorridos. El personal es entusiasta y profesional, y la respuesta a las necesidades es sumamente oportuna. Se siente tan cómodo como volver a casa. Bajo el cielo azul y las nubes blancas, sienta el encanto de la integración de la Ruta de la Seda con la pradera. La experiencia se maximiza. ¡Recomiendo a todos que se relajen y se registren!

全五分，必須全五分，從來懶於評價，這次必須贊~ 一年飛行公里數40000+，酒店太重要,一個好覺，安靜且私密的環境非常重要，酒店有。 必須贊一下前台的帥哥經理，專業細緻但不囉嗦，服務人員響應極快。 應該是在內蒙各地住宿最舒服的一次~ 酒店設施齊全，健身房、泳池（忘帶泳褲）不大但乾淨，人少 房間居然給升級了，超級感謝。 另外：此酒店沒有一次性拖鞋，介意的朋友可以自帶拖鞋。空調有點不給力，室外15度，室內一直28度。 但全五分肯定是有了 還有一點，離開時滿房，所以預訂要提早 走的時候應該留個微信，下次訂房方便些~ 離包頭博物館很近，火車站估計2公里，地理位置超棒。

A really interesting option for outdoors enthusiasts. We visited in May, before the grasslands turn green, but we were impressed with the scenery and found it to be a great place for hiking or other activities. Huddling around the nighttime bonfire felt nice on a cool night and was a good way to connect with other guests. Facilities were sleek and modern. Some guests may find the bathrooms lacking in privacy, as the doors did not extend to the ceiling.

人在貴酒店數日，感受到貴酒店員工的熱情親切周到的服務，尤其是15樓做清掃服務的李大姐，工作態度認真，工作服務貼心到位，真的是讓我感覺到如家般的温暖和舒適。貴酒店的二樓餐廳環境也很好，菜品也很有特色，團隊用餐很合適。下次還會光臨貴酒店。
