Hotel location was good. Rooms were super huge and they have a washing machine and dryer in the room which makes it so convenient. Good Service from the host. Homemade breakfast with good variety. Walking distance to restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Esta fue la experiencia de alojamiento más agradable y placentera de todo nuestro viaje, ¡y la relación calidad-precio fue increíble! 😃 El trato comenzó desde el momento en que se confirmó nuestra reserva. Inmediatamente después de recibir la notificación de confirmación, nuestro mayordomo, Xiao Qin, nos llamó para confirmar la hora de entrada, explicarnos las opciones de cena e incluso nos mejoró la habitación gratis… Cuando llegamos por la tarde, nos recibieron girasoles en recepción, una bandeja de frutas de bienvenida en la habitación y un generoso té de la tarde. ¡Fue increíblemente reconfortante! 😍 El hotel está situado al borde de un acantilado, con vistas panorámicas a la cascada y al puente. El balcón de nuestra habitación da directamente a la cascada Dishuitan, y a la izquierda, a lo lejos, se encuentra el puente Balinghe, uno de los más altos del mundo. Sentados en el balcón, también pudimos contemplar tranquilamente las nubes pasar… Las instalaciones de la habitación eran excelentes y estaban limpias, y la cena superó nuestras expectativas (satisfaciendo perfectamente nuestra preferencia por la comida sin picante). El mayordomo también nos recordó nuestras comidas con antelación y nos preguntó si necesitábamos algo antes de la salida... ¡Incluso recibimos un regalo de recuerdo al despedirnos, todo un detalle! Lo que más nos conmovió fue que, tras hacer el check out y conducir 2 o 3 kilómetros, descubrimos que nuestro coche se había quedado sin aceite y tuvimos que parar. Llamamos al hotel para preguntar dónde comprar aceite, y el mayordomo llevó inmediatamente a mi marido a una gasolinera. El dueño del hotel incluso vino a ayudarnos hasta que salimos sanos y salvos. ¡Les estamos enormemente agradecidos! Con un paisaje tan impresionante y un servicio excelente, este hotel ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. Sin duda, volveremos y lo recomendamos encarecidamente a nuestros amigos y familiares.

We had excellent stay at the orange hotel, Anshun. The location of this hotel is excellent. We only need to walk about 500 m to the Huang Guo Shu waterfall attraction. This helped to save a lot of time and we were able to gain entry to the attraction at 7 am in the morning! The room is big, and the beds are very comfortable. We were definitely stay here again if we were to come back here! I will give it six stars in all aspects if there’s this option! 

Beautiful rooms with modern oriental design. Hotel is close to Huangguoshu waterfalls with free hotel drop off and pick up. Free entrance ticket to local caves too ! We love the free washing machine and dryer at the top floor of hotel too. Not sure if this is common in China - I have seen men smoking at the lobby, which makes the air smells bad.

El personal es encantador, aunque ni siquiera hablan inglés. Son muy serviciales y amables. Mis padres están muy contentos con el conductor del hotel el miércoles 12/11/25. 😊

The hotel is located within the scenic waterfall。there is a side entrance that gets you into the big waterfall attraction. However non china national have to purchase the attraction at the ticket booth , we cannot book online as it is meant for china citizens only. Buy the ticket first n go back to hotel to go to the big water attractions first through the side entrance .We had booked 2 rooms for 74 sgd and a single (supposedly) better room for 94sgd . The 2 rooms was nice as its same floor as the reception ( no stairs to climb) with balcony facing the attraction with some greenery. unfortunately ,the more expensive room was located 2 floors down n a walk away from reception. Sadly the windows faced a concrete structure with no view at all. The rooms are bad for elderly as there is many steps. Request earlier from hotel staff if there is elderly . There is only 1 restaurant in the hotel.

我們是到市區參加高考考試所以和同學一起訂了一個雙床房，預訂的時候還擔心會不會隔音不好影響我們第二天的考試，看來是我想多了， 辦理入住的姐姐非常熱情，知道我們入住是為了考試，特意為我們安排了一個不臨街的房間，一點都聽不到噪音，這讓我一開始的顧慮打消了，然後第二天我和同伴考試回來發現房卡丟失了，我找了很久都沒有找到，從考場出來一路都在擔心會不會被賠錢，一路過來心裏面都很忐忑，直到我鼓起勇氣向前台姐姐説了這個事情，她並沒有半分不耐煩，很温柔的給我們補了一張房卡，我問她不用錢嗎？她説不用了，希望你們高考順利不要被其他的事情影響，這瞬間，我特別想哭，來自於僅僅衹有一面之緣的姐姐給我加油鼓勵，我真的很幸運，能夠遇到這一羣充滿善意的酒店人員，這也讓我在心裏暗暗發誓，無論我考試成與敗，我都要向她們一樣，做一個樂於助人，充滿善意的人。

Great location at the end of Tianxingqiao Scenic Area so you can easily walk the path. The hotel itself is a bit faded, but the service was fantastic. Our concierge, Li Jun, provided excellent service and recommended some great things to do that we would not have known about otherwise, such as rafting which was great fun! They made sure to accommodate the needs of our children, and also helped us with free transport, which was very convenient.

Este hotel es bastante nuevo y limpio. Está a unos 600 m (10-15 minutos a pie) del Centro de Venta de Entradas de Huangli (donde los turistas recogen sus entradas, independientemente de cómo las hayan reservado: Trip.com o 安旅通/WeChat) y de la zona de embarque y desembarque de autobuses. La habitación estaba bien amueblada, era cómoda y limpia. El desayuno era abundante, preparado por un cocinero muy amable y disponible a partir de las 7:00. Hay una lavandería para lavar la ropa si se llega empapado tras visitar el Parque Nacional de los Apalaches (se recomienda reservar con antelación en el centro de venta de entradas o en línea a través de 安旅通, después de haber reservado la entrada a través de Trip.com o 安旅通, donde se registró el número de pasaporte).

Shengfeng Hotel was our first stop in Anshun City and marked the beginning of our 10-day journey through the truly amazing Guizhou Province. From check-in to check-out, our experience was consistently pleasant, and we stayed at the hotel for three comfortable nights. We are especially grateful to Xiao Wang at the front desk, whose engaging personality, accommodating attitude, and exemplary service quality made a genuine difference to our stay. His professionalism and warmth set the tone right from the start. The hotel’s location was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all essential amenities, and exceptionally good value for the very reasonable price. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep every night. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered well to different tastes and provided a great start to each day. This hotel is particularly well suited for overseas travellers, as its location offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the city and experience everyday life like a local. In addition to visiting the nearby Gufu Street night market, with its tempting array of culinary delights, we also explored the morning market close to the hotel. There, we interacted with street vendors who were friendly, welcoming, and happy to engage. We were genuinely touched by the warmth and openness of the people of Anshun. Speaking some Mandarin certainly helped us connect more meaningfully with the locals and enriched the experience even further. This Hotel also served as an excellent base for visiting some truly incredible attractions, including the majestic Huangguoshu Waterfall, the historic Tunpu medieval army garrison, and the world-famous, record-breaking Huajiang Bridge. Each excursion was easily accessible and added to the overall convenience of staying here. Will we stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Anshun? Absolutely, without hesitation. Our sincere thanks once again to Xiao Wang for making our stay so memorable.
