El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien mantenido, muy bien mantenido, muy bien mantenido, muy cómodo y cómodo para relajarse después de un día ocupado. Las camas eran perfectas no demasiado firmes y no demasiado suaves, garantizando un gran sueño de la noche. El hotel está situado en una zona de la calle, desde un centro comercial, lo que lo hizo increíblemente conveniente para comer, comprar y entretenerse. El desayuno fue excelente, ofreciendo una gran variedad de opciones frescas y sabrosas para comenzar el día. El único descenso fue el gimnasio, que es muy pequeño y carece de pesos libres pesados y un bar de tiro. En general, Sofia Novotel es una gran opción para su ubicación, comodidad y servicio, pero los entusiastas de fitness pueden encontrar las instalaciones de gimnasio limitadas.

The Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

Very Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Hotel COOP Sofia and had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, Mariana. When I called the reception to request some ice for my room, she informed me ,in a rather rude tone ! That the hotel does not deliver ice to rooms and that I had to come downstairs to collect it myself. As I tried to explain that I had received ice in my room the previous evening, she abruptly hung up the phone. When I went down to the lobby to clarify the situation, I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and that an apology would be appropriate. Instead of apologizing, she claimed she was “too busy” and that there were “too many guests,” although the lobby was completely empty at the time. She then asked, again in a dismissive way, whether I still wanted the ice. I requested to speak with her supervisor, but she pretended not to understand what I meant. Eventually, she brought me a small amount of ice in a paper cup. Only after I insisted did she return with an ice bucket and tongs. This level of service is far below what one would expect from a four starts hotel of this category. The experience left a very negative impression, and I will certainly not stay here again. Aside from this, the hotel’s facilities are average at best and do not justify the price. The only real advantage is the availability of parking, which also comes with an additional charge of €12 per day.

I stayed at WN Hotel for 3 days as a remote worker and was pleasantly surprised at every turn. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the keyless Bluetooth door entry made coming and going effortless. The rooms are huge — perfect for setting up a comfortable workspace.The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever I needed anything. While the hotel isn't located in the city center (so it may be less ideal for travelers looking to explore Sofia in just a day), it's absolutely heaven for remote workers. The surrounding area is alive and booming with shops, bars, and restaurants, giving off a young, productive vibe. Highly recommended for digital nomads and anyone looking for a comfortable, modern stay!

Inesperadamente bueno, el precio es económico, las instalaciones de las habitaciones son muy completas, hay piscina y gimnasio, el restaurante de abajo también es muy bueno, la ubicación está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, en general me gusta un muy satisfactorio Quédate, por cierto, la habitación también está equipada con un balcón, especialmente apto para secar la ropa.

La habitación no tenía sistema de sonido, durante mi estadía no pegué ojo, la última noche fue horrible. Desayuno muy normalito, demasiado sencillo. Personal acogedor y disponible.

The location is superb! It's only a walking distance to Boyana church and Boyana waterfalls. 5-10 minute walk circa. The rooms are spotless, warm and very classic. Amenities were ok for the price I've paid. From the airport just take the metro and stop to Vitosha station. Take the bus no.64 and it will bring you directly to the hotel. Great staff and super helpful specially the old lady. Not everyone understands and speaks English but it's ok. The location is about circa 20mins by bus to the city centre of Sofia. The place is so quiet and tranquil. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to comeback during the summer season!

El hotel es muy conveniente para el transporte. Puedes ir andando hasta la estación de metro, así que no tienes que preocuparte por salir. El desayuno es muy bueno. Hay un gran jardín fuera del restaurante. Por la noche también se ofrece cena. La habitación también es bastante grande. Este es un hotel raro. Todos los aspectos son muy buenos.

As a solo traveler mixing work and leisure, I had a fantastic stay at Central Hotel Sofia! Its prime location in the heart of Sofia, just a short walk from the Mall of Sofia and Saint Nedelya Church, made exploring the city effortless. The room was a perfect blend of comfort and functionality, featuring a cozy memory foam bed and a well-designed desk that was ideal for my work needs. The complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi kept me connected without a hitch. The staff were incredibly attentive, offering top-notch service that made my stay even more enjoyable. With modern amenities like an LED TV and a luxurious rainfall shower, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Central Hotel Sofia to anyone visiting the city!

The hotel has a spa and fitness center. Compared to Western European spas in hotels, here you might receive one towel if you ask at the spa reception. Otherwise there are no others on disposal and there is no water dispenser. You have to buy it or bring it with you. The saunas could be more clean, especially the steam sauna, which was very dirty in the evening. To swim in the pool you need to buy a swimming cap. The food at the breakfast was very delicious, compared to other experiences I made in Sofia. It could be maybe different every day, because the only difference was how the potatoes were prepared. In any case, you have a variety of food to eat and you will not be hungry. I was in another Ramada hotel and this one was on a lower level than the one in Bucharest and needs a renovation in the rooms or in the restaurant. The chairs were dirty there.
