The Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

I recently stayed at the Sofia Novotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a busy day. The beds were perfect—not too firm and not too soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated just across the street from a shopping mall, which made it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The only downside was the gym, which is quite small and lacks heavy free weights and a pull-up bar. While it’s fine for a basic workout, those looking for a more comprehensive fitness setup might be disappointed. All in all, Sofia Novotel is a great choice for its location, comfort, and service, but fitness enthusiasts might find the gym facilities limited. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: El diseño del hotel es muy moderno y limpio. El personal es agradable y amigable y hace todo lo que puede para ayudarte. Este hotel es grande en sostenibilidad. No dejan botellas de plástico en su habitación. En el hotel, hay botellas de vidrio que pueden llenar en todas partes. La comida era absolutamente increíble. El desayuno no es un buffet. En los días de semana, tienes que elegir entre un desayuno búlgaro o un desayuno francés. Al principio, me decepcionó que no tuvieran una opción simple como una omeleta; fui con la opción búlgara. Eso fue fantástico. Todo estaba fresco. En los fines de semana, sólo tienes una opción de omeleta, que también fue genial. Para cenar, tengo la Baja del Mar y también fue genial! Estoy totalmente satisfecho con la comida servida en este hotel. La única crítica que puedo hacer es que la ventana de desayuno es muy pequeña y tarde (8:30 a 10:30 si recuerdo correctamente) y usted tiene que esperar más que de costumbre para conseguir su comida. Cons: Las habitaciones tienen pisos de tela, que parecen fríos, pero no son porque creo que utilizan calefacción de piso. El problema es que no ofrecen pantalones, que no me gusta, ya que las mismas telas siguen en el baño. No se siente limpio. También no ofrecen tobillos que realmente me hubiera gustado. Tuve que desconectar el refrigerador porque el compresor hizo mucho ruido cuando se desactivaba y me sentía como un dormitorio ligero. En general, recomendaría este lugar si la ubicación le adecua, sólo trae sus propios pantalones y disfruta de la comida!

Habitación amplia y cómoda, que podría haber estado mejor mantenida. Es mejor elegir la habitación orientada al oeste durante el invierno, ya que la contaminación del noreste es mucho mayor. El personal es muy amable y atento. Podrían haber invertido en una carretera asfaltada de 300 m a la salida del hotel para el transporte del aeropuerto hasta la carretera principal; los baches en el terreno accidentado actualmente son bastante molestos.

Me alojé en el Hotel WN durante 3 días como teletrabajador y me sorprendió gratamente en cada detalle. El proceso de auto check-in y check-out fue impecable, y la entrada sin llave por Bluetooth facilitó enormemente el acceso. Las habitaciones son enormes, perfectas para crear un espacio de trabajo cómodo. El desayuno fue excelente y el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento siempre que lo necesité. Si bien el hotel no está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad (por lo que quizás no sea ideal para quienes buscan explorar Sofía en un solo día), es un paraíso para los teletrabajadores. Los alrededores son vibrantes y están llenos de tiendas, bares y restaurantes, con un ambiente joven y dinámico. ¡Muy recomendable para nómadas digitales y para cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda y moderna!

El desayuno estaba bastante bien, la habitación era relativamente grande. Desafortunadamente, casi todas las habitaciones dan a la calle, que está muy transitada. Hacía demasiado ruido por la noche para dormir con la ventana abierta. La ubicación es buena, a unos 15 minutos a pie de Serdica.

Good hotel near student area . City centre and vitoshka boulevard about 10 to 15 min away in taxi . Some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Room was spacious with a balcony and big bathroom however the shower heads could do with a change . Bed was also comfortable and service on point . There is also a small swimming pool which is open till 9pm and a Greek restaurant next door .

La habitación no tenía sistema de sonido, durante mi estadía no pegué ojo, la última noche fue horrible. Desayuno muy normalito, demasiado sencillo. Personal acogedor y disponible.

The location is superb! It's only a walking distance to Boyana church and Boyana waterfalls. 5-10 minute walk circa. The rooms are spotless, warm and very classic. Amenities were ok for the price I've paid. From the airport just take the metro and stop to Vitosha station. Take the bus no.64 and it will bring you directly to the hotel. Great staff and super helpful specially the old lady. Not everyone understands and speaks English but it's ok. The location is about circa 20mins by bus to the city centre of Sofia. The place is so quiet and tranquil. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to comeback during the summer season!
