I recently stayed at the Sofia Novotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a busy day. The beds were perfect—not too firm and not too soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated just across the street from a shopping mall, which made it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The only downside was the gym, which is quite small and lacks heavy free weights and a pull-up bar. While it’s fine for a basic workout, those looking for a more comprehensive fitness setup might be disappointed. All in all, Sofia Novotel is a great choice for its location, comfort, and service, but fitness enthusiasts might find the gym facilities limited. I would definitely stay here again!

Un hotel único que combina hotel y espacio de coworking. La habitación era muy espaciosa, el desayuno bueno y está a solo 15 minutos del aeropuerto. Me di cuenta de que se puede hacer el check-in online, pero también en la planta de arriba, donde está el restaurante.

Very Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Hotel COOP Sofia and had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, Mariana. When I called the reception to request some ice for my room, she informed me ,in a rather rude tone ! That the hotel does not deliver ice to rooms and that I had to come downstairs to collect it myself. As I tried to explain that I had received ice in my room the previous evening, she abruptly hung up the phone. When I went down to the lobby to clarify the situation, I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and that an apology would be appropriate. Instead of apologizing, she claimed she was “too busy” and that there were “too many guests,” although the lobby was completely empty at the time. She then asked, again in a dismissive way, whether I still wanted the ice. I requested to speak with her supervisor, but she pretended not to understand what I meant. Eventually, she brought me a small amount of ice in a paper cup. Only after I insisted did she return with an ice bucket and tongs. This level of service is far below what one would expect from a four starts hotel of this category. The experience left a very negative impression, and I will certainly not stay here again. Aside from this, the hotel’s facilities are average at best and do not justify the price. The only real advantage is the availability of parking, which also comes with an additional charge of €12 per day.

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. (Told them it was my birthday for example and not even a happy birthday) Rooms are very spacious, spa and gym very nice and the Adore restaurant has very good food.

Este hotel ofrece un maravilloso desayuno. Disfrutamos del desayuno y lo esperábamos con ansias todas las mañanas. Hay una amplia variedad de opciones y todo estaba delicioso. La habitación estaba limpia y era espaciosa, aunque los muebles son anticuados. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial. No es la mejor ubicación de Sofía, pero está cerca de los tranvías. A unos 10 minutos a pie del centro de Sofía o del centro comercial Sofía. A 5 minutos a pie del mercado de mujeres. No hay muchas tiendas ni restaurantes en las inmediaciones del hotel.

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

Its prime location in the heart of Sofia, just a short walk from the Mall of Sofia and Saint Nedelya Church, made exploring the city effortless. The room was a perfect blend of comfort and functionality, featuring a cozy memory foam bed and a well-designed desk that was ideal for my work needs. The complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi kept me connected without a hitch. The staff were incredibly attentive, offering top-notch service that made my stay even more enjoyable. With modern amenities like an LED TV and a luxurious rainfall shower, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Central Hotel Sofia to anyone visiting the city!

El hotel estaba bien ubicado, con muchas atracciones turísticas a poca distancia a pie. La habitación era adecuada y limpia. La puerta de la ducha estaba rota, así que el agua salía por todas partes a menos que sujetaras el cabezal. El desayuno era muy limitado; no ofrecían ni fruta ni ensalada.
