Estancia estupenda, el hotel era de primera calidad y el personal nos ofreció un servicio fantástico. El desayuno y el servicio de habitaciones fueron de alta calidad. La piscina, la sauna y el gimnasio eran fantásticos y nos sentimos como en casa; la piscina en particular era muy relajante. La ubicación está un poco lejos del centro, pero hay un rápido trayecto en metro cerca y el hotel fue muy amable organizando taxis. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

El servicio era tan bueno porque estaba muy frustrado y amarrado porque el código QR y el sistema de ordenación de televisión no funcionaban y llamé al restaurante repetidamente y nadie se llevó. Así que me fui abajo y hablé con Daria, que me escuchaba y me llevó personalmente al restaurante para que pueda pedir algo del menú del restaurante que realmente quería volver a la habitación que no debería hacerse. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es un hotel muy bien, pero no es un hotel muy bien. Para ir a la cama, decidimos almorzar en el restaurante del hotel después de haber salido y conocer a Vladislav, que nos dio un servicio sorprendente desde la comida a la bebida. Regresaré a esta casa la próxima vez que esté en Sofía y lo recomiendo a todos los que vienen a Sofía.

Very Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Hotel COOP Sofia and had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, Mariana. When I called the reception to request some ice for my room, she informed me ,in a rather rude tone ! That the hotel does not deliver ice to rooms and that I had to come downstairs to collect it myself. As I tried to explain that I had received ice in my room the previous evening, she abruptly hung up the phone. When I went down to the lobby to clarify the situation, I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and that an apology would be appropriate. Instead of apologizing, she claimed she was “too busy” and that there were “too many guests,” although the lobby was completely empty at the time. She then asked, again in a dismissive way, whether I still wanted the ice. I requested to speak with her supervisor, but she pretended not to understand what I meant. Eventually, she brought me a small amount of ice in a paper cup. Only after I insisted did she return with an ice bucket and tongs. This level of service is far below what one would expect from a four starts hotel of this category. The experience left a very negative impression, and I will certainly not stay here again. Aside from this, the hotel’s facilities are average at best and do not justify the price. The only real advantage is the availability of parking, which also comes with an additional charge of €12 per day.

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. (Told them it was my birthday for example and not even a happy birthday) Rooms are very spacious, spa and gym very nice and the Adore restaurant has very good food.

A very unique hotel that combines hotel and co-working spaces into one. Room was very spacious, breakfast was good and an easy 15min ride from the airport. Noticed that check in can be done online but also upstairs where is the restaurant.

La habitación no tenía sistema de sonido, durante mi estadía no pegué ojo, la última noche fue horrible. Desayuno muy normalito, demasiado sencillo. Personal acogedor y disponible.

Reservé una habitación con dos camas, pero me dieron una con una cama grande. No podía dormir en la misma cama, así que me dijeron que todas las habitaciones estaban ocupadas y que no podían proporcionarme la que había reservado. Al final, añadieron una cama pequeña temporal al lado, ¡lo cual fue muy incómodo!

I stayed here four nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is an older, classy, clean, establishment with spacious rooms, a wonderful breakfast buffet with numerous choices, as well as coffee’s, cappuccino, espresso. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I’ve been in. It is perfectly situated with local shopping, restaurants, and the numerous top sites of Sofia within walking distance. It is absolutely a great value for the service they provide. My thanks to the staff for a wonderful four-day day here and beautiful Sofia, Bulgaria.

The complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi kept me connected without a hitch. The staff were incredibly attentive, offering top-notch service that made my stay even more enjoyable. With modern amenities like an LED TV and a luxurious rainfall shower, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Central Hotel Sofia to anyone visiting the city!
