El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a solo un minuto a pie de la estación de metro. Se tarda menos de 10 minutos a pie desde la estación central de tren y hay muchos restaurantes cerca. La habitación es muy grande, con cocina, ollas y utensilios. El baño y la ducha están divididos en dos ambientes, lo que le da un diseño estupendo. Tras la salida, puede guardar su equipaje gratis en el hotel.

The location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. However, our stay was affected by a few issues. The soundproofing of the room was poor; we were woken up around 6 a.m. by the clattering of dishes and cleaning noises from outside. It was difficult to rest properly. Additionally, there were a lot of fruit flies in the room, constantly flying around, which was very bothersome and affected the quality of our stay. I hope the hotel can improve on these issues — otherwise, it’s a real pity given the great location.

Mi estancia en este hotel fue absolutamente maravillosa. El hotel es precioso, limpio y muy tranquilo, lo que lo convierte en el lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un largo día explorando la ciudad. Una de las mejores cosas de este hotel es su ubicación. Está situado muy cerca de la Estación Central de Amberes, lo que facilita enormemente el transporte, especialmente si llegas en tren o planeas viajar por Bélgica. Los alrededores son tranquilos, seguros y muy agradables para pasear. A un corto paseo, encontrarás muchas calles encantadoras, tiendas, restaurantes y cafeterías. También me encantó su cercanía al Zoológico de Amberes, uno de los zoológicos más antiguos de Europa y que sin duda merece la pena visitar. El barrio tiene un ambiente encantador, y simplemente pasear por la zona se sentía como parte de la experiencia. El hotel en sí era muy cómodo y estaba bien cuidado. La habitación estaba limpia, bien organizada y proporcionaba un ambiente relajante después de un día ajetreado en la ciudad. El ambiente general del hotel era tranquilo y acogedor, lo que hizo mi estancia aún más agradable. Lo único que podría mejorarse es la calefacción. Habría sido aún mejor si la calefacción pudiera calentar la habitación, especialmente cuando hace frío. Por lo demás, mi estancia fue estupenda. En general, disfruté muchísimo de mi estancia y sin duda recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que visite Amberes. La combinación de excelente ubicación, tranquilidad y cómodas habitaciones lo convierte en un lugar ideal para alojarse mientras explora la ciudad.

Me alegra que esté al lado de un pequeño parque donde salí a correr por la mañana. El tamaño de la habitación es bueno para un hotel europeo de este precio. En general, tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. ¡El desayuno también es excepcional en comparación con otros hoteles de la misma categoría en Europa!

I had a mixed experience at Moxy Antwerp. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good, with a nice variety and quality. The location is also convenient: you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes on foot or 10–15 minutes by tram, and the largest museum is just a 5–10 minute walk away. There’s also a grocery store nearby that’s open on Sundays, which is very handy. However, there were several downsides. The check-in process was slow - staff needed to verify something, and I had to wait in the lobby with my 5-year-old child instead of going straight to the room. The “welcome drink” was disappointing: after we had already chosen cocktails, we were told we could only pick from a single limited option. It felt misleading and poorly communicated. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was a dirty table in the room, stains on the bathroom walls, and the room had an unpleasant smell - possibly due to pets being allowed, which raises the question of why carpet is used at all. Overall, while the location and breakfast are strong points, the service and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Nice room ,the space is quite big and look comfortable. The hygiene is good! Very clean! The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good! I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can. Overall I sleep well in the night! Thank you! The housekeeper is helpful. The reception desk is helpful too. The venue is good so I can save money to go shopping center and MA go music institute. Thanks

A beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

La habitación es grande y muy cómoda. También estoy muy agradecido por haber tenido un buen trabajo. Lamentablemente, la caída en el suelo no me preocupa mucho más. Muchos funcionarios son amables, lo que ayuda, porque el inglés es hermoso y fácil de escuchar. Hay un corno de bebida en el salón, me gusta el agua y el café. El hotel también cuenta con una tienda sencilla, donde puedes comprar cosas.

El hotel es muy central y a pocos pasos de la estación principal y calle llena de restaurantes y bares. Es un paseo corto a la antigua ciudad histórica.

La recepcionista fue amable y alegre. Está en una ubicación excelente, a un paso de la Estación Central. Si bajas un poco más allá del hotel, encontrarás un McDonald's, un supermercado, tiendas de ropa (H&M, UNIQLO, etc.), y el lugar está a rebosar de gente. Para desayunar, la recepcionista vendrá cuando quieras, así que solo tienes que decirle el número de tu habitación y podrás comer. (Asientos sin reserva). Había una botella de agua en la mesa, lo cual fue muy útil. La comida también estaba deliciosa.
