Moderno hotel pegado a la preciosa estación Central de tren en el Barrio de los Diamantes, el judió, a 30 minutos andando de la Grote Mark, lo cual en una ciudad grande como Amberes es céntrico. Habitación muy amplia con vistas, moderno y animado bar, sin parking pero con uno público bajo el propio hotel. El personal super amable, repetiría sin dudarlo.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a solo un minuto a pie de la estación de metro. Se tarda menos de 10 minutos a pie desde la estación central de tren y hay muchos restaurantes cerca. La habitación es muy grande, con cocina, ollas y utensilios. El baño y la ducha están divididos en dos ambientes, lo que le da un diseño estupendo. Tras la salida, puede guardar su equipaje gratis en el hotel.

Hilton felt like a really good 4 star hotel, the staff is really nice and welcoming, they are also very helpful and respectful. Rooms are dated and tired but still up to standard with all the needed amenities. We were upgraded to an executive room on the top floor and it was a great experience with the rooftop lounge views and services exclusive to the executive rooms. Breakfast was awesome with good salty choices and okay savory choice, but everything was of good quality. Overall a great experience in the dead heart of Antwerp old city.

Overall our expectations were exceeded, we have been traveling for almost 90 days and this has been the best hotel we have stayed. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is a short walk from the central train station through a safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and quick to make any request happen. The staff appears to care for the hotel and customers as if they had a true interest in the outcome of everyone who passed through their doors. Thanks again for the excellent stay.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful, which made it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is situated very close to Antwerp Central Station, which makes transportation extremely convenient, especially if you are arriving by train or planning to travel around Belgium. The surrounding area is calm, safe, and very pleasant to walk around. Within just a short walk, you can find many lovely streets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. I also loved that it is close to Antwerp Zoo, which is one of the oldest zoos in Europe and definitely worth visiting. The neighborhood has a very charming atmosphere, and simply walking around the area felt like part of the experience. The hotel itself was very comfortable and well maintained. The room was neat, nicely arranged, and provided a relaxing environment after a busy day in the city. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt quiet and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only small thing that could be improved is the heating. It would have been even better if the room heater could make the room warmer, especially during colder weather. Aside from that, everything else about my stay was great. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antwerp. The combination of the excellent location, peaceful environment, and comfortable rooms makes it a great place to stay while exploring the city.

En general, la experiencia del check-in fue muy buena, pero había demasiada gente, así que la cola era bastante larga. El aparcamiento del hotel es para escanear matrículas. Si necesita entrar y salir varias veces, puede solicitar directamente en recepción un ticket de 24 horas. La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, así que tendrá que conducir si quiere ir de compras. La habitación es amplia y limpia, y es muy cómoda.

El hotel tiene un coche de automóvil gratuito, las habitaciones y la cama son mayores que los hoteles de nivel europeo, las instalaciones son más nuevas, hay cafetera, cafetera caliente y pantalones de ropa, todos los viajeros necesitan. Hay un minuto de distancia en las atracciones de la antigua ciudad, hemos estado a cuatro horas. El estacionamiento costó 17 euros.

A beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

It seems a bit aged. The breakfast was below average. But overall it is not that bad and I can recommend it to budget travelers.

The room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. We could’ve swapped rooms but one staff member prevented this from happening. The toilet smelt terrible of urine. Overall, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good too, the staff in the cafeteria were very good and helpful. We travelled from Antwerp to Brussels for the day and had an amazing time.
