Our stay at Abi’s Hotel & Spa in Vlorë was absolutely outstanding! From the very first moment at the reception, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness — Briland and Aisha were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional, making us feel at home right away. The room offered a beautiful view of the sea, which made every morning special. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with plenty of good options to start the day well. The spa area is another highlight — a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, all while overlooking the sea. We would also like to praise the entire staff for their hard work, friendliness, and high-quality service throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable — we truly appreciated every moment! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Vlorë.

We had a stunning holiday in Himare. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. We loved the combination of the beach and the pool with the bar for lovely cocktails.

Ik kom elk jaar naar dit hotel en in het verleden heb ik mijn verblijf hier altijd als geweldig ervaren. Helaas was mijn ervaring deze keer erg teleurstellend. Het toilet op onze kamer trok niet goed door. We hebben dit meerdere keren gemeld, maar er werd helaas niets aan gedaan. Hierdoor moesten mijn gezin en ik telkens naar beneden om gebruik te maken van het toilet, wat erg vervelend en ongemakkelijk was. Ook het ontbijt viel erg tegen. Ik heb een lactose- en glucose-intolerantie, maar er was helaas nauwelijks tot geen passende keuze voor mij. Daarnaast vond ik veel medewerkers erg chagrijnig en niet gastvrij. De enige positieve uitzondering waren een man genaamd Ferdy en een vrouwelijke medewerker; zij waren wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Omdat ik hier elk jaar kom en altijd tevreden ben geweest, vind ik het extra jammer dat mijn ervaring deze keer zo slecht was. Ik hoop dat het hotel deze punten serieus neemt en in de toekomst meer aandacht besteedt aan de service, de voorzieningen en de wensen van gasten met voedselintoleranties.

The hotel is in a great location. I would have appreciated having extra blankets already in the room, as I was cold for two nights. Unfortunately, the in-room phone wasn’t working, and since I was already in my pajamas, I didn’t go downstairs to inform the front desk. When I mentioned it the next morning, I was told the blankets were there, but they weren’t. That was a bit frustrating. Aside from that, everything else was good

Great hotel, but expect more for the room. Anyway, it’s good experience.

Hôtel extrêmement bien placé ! Avec possibilité d’une vue mer. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et délicieux. Cependant, aucun parking disponible, si ce n’est le petit parking gratuit à 20 mètres, pas toujours de places. Personnel féminin très souriant et sympathique tout le contraire du gérant. Hôtel mal isolé, on entend tout dans les couloirs et dehors. Mais je recommande cet hôtel !
