Hôtel magnifique avec un personnel très accueillant et serviable. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver l'entrée pour accéder en voiture et nous garer devant l'hôtel, mais le personnel de la réception nous a immédiatement guidés avec beaucoup de gentillesse. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking souterrain, en plus des quelques places disponibles devant l'établissement, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre était propre, moderne, bien équipée et surtout très bien insonorisée, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de nuits très calmes. Le personnel a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos demandes et nous a donné d'excellentes recommandations de restaurants. Nous avons également apprécié le geste de nous autoriser à rester 30 minutes de plus après l'heure de départ. L'emplacement est idéal : bien que l'hôtel soit légèrement en retrait de la route principale, c'est un véritable avantage car cela permet d'éviter les nuisances sonores. Il se trouve à seulement quelques mètres de la plage, dans un quartier vivant avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Tout était parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Our stay at Abi’s Hotel & Spa in Vlorë was absolutely outstanding! From the very first moment at the reception, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness — Briland and Aisha were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional, making us feel at home right away. The room offered a beautiful view of the sea, which made every morning special. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with plenty of good options to start the day well. The spa area is another highlight — a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, all while overlooking the sea. We would also like to praise the entire staff for their hard work, friendliness, and high-quality service throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable — we truly appreciated every moment! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Vlorë.

Location was not the same address in trip.com. Took me almost half hour to find the actual place. Actually found the right address in ******* and ***********. Shower was not working properly. Only the rain shower worked but the hand shower switch was stuck. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend that. Overall it was pleasant stay.

We had a stunning holiday in Himare. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. We loved the combination of the beach and the pool with the bar for lovely cocktails.

We had a totally great experience staying at Hotel Potami and will definitely be staying there again. The hotel itself is absolutely excellent, beautiful, and really reached the standards we were expecting. Grace, the manageress, is absolutely amazing, very helpful, and cheerful. She is doing a brilliant job managing the hotel, and I feel like I've made a new friend in her—she easily deserves a 5 out of 5 stars! Being a brand-new hotel, I completely understand that there are still a few adjustments to be made. The rooftop restaurant/bar wasn't functional yet during our stay, and there just needs to be a bit of improvement regarding the bathroom showers, as the water tends to flow out onto the floor. Additionally, while the rest of the staff was wonderful, the receptionist didn't come across as very friendly and could use a bit more warmth with guests. Minor growing pains aside, it is a wonderful place. I give the hotel itself a solid 4.8 out of 5 stars (or 4/5 overall), and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Himara!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet – sehr neu, modern und stilvoll – und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das kristallklare Meer. Der Strand und das Wasser sind außergewöhnlich sauber und laden zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter – von der Rezeption über die Restaurants bis hin zum Strandservice – begegnet den Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität. Man spürt in jedem Moment, dass Gastfreundschaft hier nicht nur ein Versprechen, sondern gelebte Leidenschaft ist. Ein absolutes Highlight war für uns das Frühstück. Das Buffet ist außergewöhnlich vielfältig und qualitativ auf höchstem Niveau. Darüber hinaus können zahlreiche frisch zubereitete À-la-carte-Gerichte ohne Aufpreis zusätzlich zum Buffet bestellt werden. Diese Kombination aus Auswahl, Qualität und Präsentation erinnert an die besten Luxushotels, die wir aus den Arabischen Emiraten und Asien kennen. Für uns gehört dieses Frühstück ohne Zweifel zur absoluten Spitzenklasse. Auch der Housekeeping-Service verdient ein besonderes Lob. Die Zimmer werden sogar zweimal täglich liebevoll gepflegt, und am Abend erwartet die Gäste eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit Snacks am Nachttisch – eine wunderschöne Geste, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Kostenfreies Wasser wird jederzeit in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung gestellt, was ebenfalls zeigt, wie aufmerksam das Hotel an das Wohl seiner Gäste denkt. Das gesamte Hotel vermittelt ein Gefühl von Eleganz, Ruhe und exklusivem Komfort. Wer gehobenen Service, modernes Design, höchste Sauberkeit und eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre schätzt, wird sich hier rundum wohlfühlen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team des Green Coast MGallery Hotels für diese unvergessliche Woche. Sie haben unseren Familienurlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Reception staff were very friendly! Location was great if you have a car but would probably too far if not planning to rent a car Rooms were lovely and spacious Views were nice and breakfast was on the rooftop with a lovely view

The only thing we liked was the location and the sea view from the room. It's the only hotel that's located right by the sea and with its own beach. All other hotels in this resort are located across the street from the sea. The standard room 326, where we stayed for 4 nights, was terrible. The mattress was pushed through, and in the morning it felt like you'd been beaten all night. The safe was out of order. The shower was missing and water was spreading all over the bathroom floor. When we asked to fix the problems, the hotel manager only promised but did nothing. About the faulty safe, she said, ”Don't worry, they don't steal from us.” On the first morning of our breakfast stay, we were required to pay for tea and coffee, although I said breakfast was included in the reservation. I complained to the administrator, and she told the restaurant not to charge us for tea and coffee anymore. In the days that followed, at breakfasts, the wait staff at the restaurant looked at us like we had stolen something from them. On the third day, we were told that the black tea was over and they didn't even apologize. Overall, the atmosphere at the hotel was not friendly towards us. On the beach, some of the deck chairs were in faulty condition, the shower didn't work for the first three days of our arrival. The hotel doesn't give out beach towels, and that was a problem for us. The hotel staff saw and informed the administrator that I took a face towel to the beach, so the administrator not only scolded me, but also changed towels in our room the next days for old, washed and even without the hotel logo, it seems to me, towels were given to us forgotten by previous guests. Unfortunately, the Grand Hotel Aita is not a hotel you want to return to.

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war atemberaubend, das Frühstück wurde morgens frisch für uns vorbereitet und unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Lage sehr zentral.
