Nice hotel have pool friendly staff we changed rooms and was no problem and no extra cost we even got a bigger room good hotel

The room was average, but I don't like a smell in the room. Maybe it will be better if the hotel puts some perfume. Likewise, I saw a big insect in my bedroom. The receptionist was really sorry about it. I do understand because this is a rainy season. However, it will be better if they look more careful to it.

시내 중심가 에서는 좀 떨어진 곳이라 교통 수단이 없으면 다니기 힘든 위치에 있다 그 외에는 조용 하고 편했다 특히 조식도 좋았지만 호테 주위에 식사 할만한 곳이 없기에 늦은 시간 에도 호텔에서 식사가 가능 하다 볶음밥 맛은 일품 이였다 단점은 화장실과 샤워실이 너무 협소 하다

The room was clean and nice, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. I’d book this hotel again for sure. When I had trouble booking a Grab, the staff even offered to give me a free ride to the station, which I really appreciated. I just hope they can improve their manpower next time. Having front desk staff available is important, especially for tourists. At first, I honestly thought I got scammed because the hotel looked abandoned and there was no one inside. It was a bit of a hassle since you have to call the number posted outside if you need help.

Este es un hotel muy bonito. El precio es increíble. La ducha era tan poderosa. Me encantó. La habitación era limpia, la matrícula era suave. Me quedaría definitivamente aquí otra vez. Uno de los comentarios es que el lobby era un poco confuso. Pero no pasas tiempo en el lobby.  Creo que esto fue una gran cantidad.
