Check in and check out were both fast and efficient, and no deposit was required which is a huge plus, GSAs were polite. The room is clean, and spacious enough, and the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the room full of all the amenities that you need. However the TV is not a smart TV, no Netflix or YouTube, and mostly Thai channels only. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. Guests have no control over the AC in the room, you cannot adjust the temperature, fan speed, or turn it on or off yourself. Even simple situations, like wanting to turn the AC off temporarily, require calling reception, this is very inconvenient. Guests have different comfort needs throughout the day and night, for example while showering and you wanna turn it off to avoid catching a cold. It is not possible without calling reception. Having to contact the front desk every time for such basic adjustments is not really guest-friendly. The gym is very small and has almost no machines, so it’s quite limited. Restaurant staff were friendly, the food was good, and room service was good.

We were transiting through Udon heading to Bangkok. The hotel is ideal for transit travelers as it is less than 5 minutes from the airport. Perfect if you have an early morning flight and you need to get a few extra minutes before you wake up. Very clean, and we loved the shower. Will definitely stay again during our next transit trips to Bangkok

Second time I have stayed here and will stay again when in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful if needed. Location is perfect for the nightlife and restaurants and the Central Mall and night markets for all your shopping. Highly recommend

La habitación era limpia sin balcón. El baño era agradable y la ducha era buena. El buffet de desayuno, en mi opinión, no tenía muchas opciones de comida occidental y no era tan bueno como recuerdo que era desde la última vez que me quedé que ser justo fue hace varios años. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to access local attractions and transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of delicious options. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed. It offers great value for money considering the quality of service. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

It is also located very close to the airport — less than 10 minutes away — which can be convenient for early flights. However, there were several issues during my stay. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and although the wet and dry areas were technically separated, the floor design did not drain water properly. Since the floor levels were almost the same and there was no proper barrier, water spread into the dry area every time I showered. Transportation was also quite inconvenient. It was very difficult to book a Grab in this area, and I had to wait a long time before finding a driver. If you plan to stay here for an early morning flight, I would recommend leaving extra time for transportation. The hotel does provide a taxi service for around 200 THB, but the response was quite vague and depended on driver availability, so it may not be ideal for travelers in a hurry. Personally, staying in the city center might be a better option, as the area around the hotel is quite quiet and there is not much nearby.

Not sure what was up with the a/c but I had to phone reception each time I returned to my room to turn it back on Maybe they save power im not sure Was kind of annoying Swimming pool was A POOL not a single banana lounge or staff in sight cleaners were all over it came sprinting to my room with my laundry when she spotted me 'bless' Requested a queen bed received two singles pushed together Language barrier was difficult at front counter they had a good heart they just weren't fluent with any English nor can I speak thai so I guess it works both ways in a foreign country Bathroom was nice enough drain was semi blocked with was a bit annoying Would I stay again -if I really had to i would the price was cheap enough but im sure there are better hotels in the area
