The hotel itself is really beautiful, clean, and perfect for photos. The location is also ideal. That’s basically all when it comes to the positives. As for the negatives: when I arrived in the late afternoon, I was given a room facing the street. It honestly felt like the walls were made of paper — I could hear everything as if I were standing outside. I asked to change rooms and, without any problem, was given another one on the opposite side of the building. Unfortunately, that side was even louder. It faces restaurants, and in one of them the music was so loud that I could literally hear every word in my room. The music only stopped around 1 a.m., and this was in the middle of the week. I don’t even want to imagine how long it goes on during weekends. It was terrible — sleeping was basically impossible. The same applies to noise from the hallway. Any time someone was there, everything could be heard clearly inside the room, as if the doors were also made of paper. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a very limited selection. I’d rate it about 3 out of 5. To sum up: if you’re looking for a nice, clean hotel in a great location, this is a perfect choice. But if you’re looking for a place where you can actually relax and rest, this is not the hotel for you.

Check in and check out were both fast and efficient, and no deposit was required which is a huge plus, GSAs were polite. The room is clean, and spacious enough, and the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the room full of all the amenities that you need. However the TV is not a smart TV, no Netflix or YouTube, and mostly Thai channels only. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. Guests have no control over the AC in the room, you cannot adjust the temperature, fan speed, or turn it on or off yourself. Even simple situations, like wanting to turn the AC off temporarily, require calling reception, this is very inconvenient. Guests have different comfort needs throughout the day and night, for example while showering and you wanna turn it off to avoid catching a cold. It is not possible without calling reception. Having to contact the front desk every time for such basic adjustments is not really guest-friendly. The gym is very small and has almost no machines, so it’s quite limited. Restaurant staff were friendly, the food was good, and room service was good.

Excelente hotel, fácil de encontrar, buena ubicación y amplio aparcamiento. Reservamos tres habitaciones de un dormitorio con balcón, todas orientadas al este y ubicadas en la cuarta planta. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas, bien diseñadas y equipadas. Las camas, almohadas y ropa de cama son de primera calidad. Sin embargo, deberíamos haber garantizado un buen descanso (ver más detalles a continuación)... Utilizamos el servicio de habitaciones, que fue excelente, y pedimos desayuno para seis personas durante dos mañanas seguidas. El desayuno estaba bien, pero no era excepcional; aun así, nuestro grupo, compuesto por personas tailandesas y europeas de tres generaciones, lo disfrutó mucho. Una queja: frente al hotel, al este, hay una mansión enorme con una entrada llena de coches de lujo y lo que parecen ser tres o cuatro loros, cacatúas o aves similares. Cada mañana nos despertaban los chillidos y graznidos de estos pájaros, a las 5:15 y a las 5:20 respectivamente. Le comentamos este problema a la recepción al momento de la salida y, aunque todos nos sonrieron amablemente, está claro que o no lo saben o no les importa. Mensaje para los gerentes del hotel: ¡hablen con sus vecinos ruidosos (y egoístas)! Uno

Second time I have stayed here and will stay again when in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful if needed. Location is perfect for the nightlife and restaurants and the Central Mall and night markets for all your shopping. Highly recommend

시내 중심가 에서는 좀 떨어진 곳이라 교통 수단이 없으면 다니기 힘든 위치에 있다 그 외에는 조용 하고 편했다 특히 조식도 좋았지만 호테 주위에 식사 할만한 곳이 없기에 늦은 시간 에도 호텔에서 식사가 가능 하다 볶음밥 맛은 일품 이였다 단점은 화장실과 샤워실이 너무 협소 하다

I had such a wonderful stay here for my birthday! I spent two nights at the hotel, and everything made the celebration feel extra special. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing, and the atmosphere of the hotel made the whole experience even more memorable. During my visit, the key was location and value. The latter was terrific. The hotel is extraordinarily convenient and a short walk to Central Plaza. Even though it’s on a main street, rooms (moderate size ) in the back of the hotel are remarkably quiet. The rooftop pool (7th fl) is accessible only by a long climb up two sets of stairs. The exercise room is small and in need of renovation.

Not sure what was up with the a/c but I had to phone reception each time I returned to my room to turn it back on Maybe they save power im not sure Was kind of annoying Swimming pool was A POOL not a single banana lounge or staff in sight cleaners were all over it came sprinting to my room with my laundry when she spotted me 'bless' Requested a queen bed received two singles pushed together Language barrier was difficult at front counter they had a good heart they just weren't fluent with any English nor can I speak thai so I guess it works both ways in a foreign country Bathroom was nice enough drain was semi blocked with was a bit annoying Would I stay again -if I really had to i would the price was cheap enough but im sure there are better hotels in the area
