The hotel itself is really beautiful, clean, and perfect for photos. The location is also ideal. That’s basically all when it comes to the positives. As for the negatives: when I arrived in the late afternoon, I was given a room facing the street. It honestly felt like the walls were made of paper — I could hear everything as if I were standing outside. I asked to change rooms and, without any problem, was given another one on the opposite side of the building. Unfortunately, that side was even louder. It faces restaurants, and in one of them the music was so loud that I could literally hear every word in my room. The music only stopped around 1 a.m., and this was in the middle of the week. I don’t even want to imagine how long it goes on during weekends. It was terrible — sleeping was basically impossible. The same applies to noise from the hallway. Any time someone was there, everything could be heard clearly inside the room, as if the doors were also made of paper. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a very limited selection. I’d rate it about 3 out of 5. To sum up: if you’re looking for a nice, clean hotel in a great location, this is a perfect choice. But if you’re looking for a place where you can actually relax and rest, this is not the hotel for you.

Nice hotel have pool friendly staff we changed rooms and was no problem and no extra cost we even got a bigger room good hotel

Check in and check out were both fast and efficient, and no deposit was required which is a huge plus, GSAs were polite. The room is clean, and spacious enough, and the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the room full of all the amenities that you need. However the TV is not a smart TV, no Netflix or YouTube, and mostly Thai channels only. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. Guests have no control over the AC in the room, you cannot adjust the temperature, fan speed, or turn it on or off yourself. Even simple situations, like wanting to turn the AC off temporarily, require calling reception, this is very inconvenient. Guests have different comfort needs throughout the day and night, for example while showering and you wanna turn it off to avoid catching a cold. It is not possible without calling reception. Having to contact the front desk every time for such basic adjustments is not really guest-friendly. The gym is very small and has almost no machines, so it’s quite limited. Restaurant staff were friendly, the food was good, and room service was good.

Gem of a hotel in Udon Thani city based on a middle eastern theme. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable and everything exuded class. Definitely one of the top hotels in Udon Thani. There is a small waterpark next door and it’s within short walking distance to the main lake.

Very nice rooms and very affordable. Great location for restaurants and only a few minutes walk to central plaza and UD town markets. Staff are very friendly

시내 중심가 에서는 좀 떨어진 곳이라 교통 수단이 없으면 다니기 힘든 위치에 있다 그 외에는 조용 하고 편했다 특히 조식도 좋았지만 호테 주위에 식사 할만한 곳이 없기에 늦은 시간 에도 호텔에서 식사가 가능 하다 볶음밥 맛은 일품 이였다 단점은 화장실과 샤워실이 너무 협소 하다

¡Muy buena ubicación! A menos de 10 minutos a pie del centro comercial (Central Udon), también a menos de 15 minutos a pie del centro comercial UD TOWN. El hotel dispone de un servicio de lavandería (abre 24h) a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Requisito de 200THB efectivo para depósito, cuando se ingresa. Estaba en una habitación doble - parecía un poco vieja, pero bien mantenida, limpia, y la mayoría de las instalaciones están disponibles en la habitación. La piscina, el gimnasio y un bar están situados en el techo (al comienzo se le darán bonos de bebida y desayuno). Breakfast: pan, mantequilla, jamón, arroz, huevos fritos, omeleta, salada, melocotones, pineapples, agua y zumo de naranja.

La habitación es muy buena, vale más que el precio, la habitación es grande, limpia, el agua fluye fuerte, importante, hay afuera para sentarse fuera, puede fumar directamente fuera, cerca de la fuente de comida, caminar un poco, justo delante del hotel, que viene a Udon, recomenda este lugar, el mejor valor para dinero.

Not sure what was up with the a/c but I had to phone reception each time I returned to my room to turn it back on Maybe they save power im not sure Was kind of annoying Swimming pool was A POOL not a single banana lounge or staff in sight cleaners were all over it came sprinting to my room with my laundry when she spotted me 'bless' Requested a queen bed received two singles pushed together Language barrier was difficult at front counter they had a good heart they just weren't fluent with any English nor can I speak thai so I guess it works both ways in a foreign country Bathroom was nice enough drain was semi blocked with was a bit annoying Would I stay again -if I really had to i would the price was cheap enough but im sure there are better hotels in the area
