Location & View: 💯 Highly recommended. The location and view are excellent. That said, the place is very busy, so late check-out isn’t accommodated—which is understandable considering the constant turnover. With guests coming in and out and a full unit to clean (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area), it’s realistic to expect that it may not always be pristine. I booked this place twice, one week apart, staying almost a week each time. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so even in 4–5 star hotels I bring disinfectant and alcohol. For Airbnbs especially, I don’t feel comfortable using towels or beddings knowing how some guests can be inconsiderate. This place is a combination of pros and cons for me. I love the location, space, and layout, but during my first stay I noticed signs that the bed linens may have been tidied rather than fully changed. Because of that, I brought my own bed cover and sheets and didn’t use the comforter. For my second booking, I communicated with the very responsive owner and requested flexibility with check-in so cleaning wouldn’t be rushed. That made a big difference—the unit was noticeably cleaner (even the couch was vacuumed), which I really appreciated. One suggestion: adding shower curtains or upgrading to shower doors would help keep the bathroom floors dry—it’s always nice to see dry bathroom floors. Overall, I love the place and would still recommend it, especially for the location and space, but cleanliness details really matter for guests like me.

La habitación era limpia y espaciosa. El propietario de la unidad también fue muy útil y respondió rápidamente a nuestras preguntas. My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

I have used other vacation apps to plan my travels -I have just realized Trip.com is top notch when it comes to preparing/reminders/changes for the upcoming hotel/flight . Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country Like USA(I am Asian and American raised ) As a SE Asian traveler -they are NOT prepared to the needs: Promptness Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME (Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late . I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening

The unit was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful, and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to High Street. Highly recommend!

I had made the mistake of booking a property using Agoda, that was a disaster as they didn't endorse our stay nor respond to messages! I then found this place in Trip...and the situation went from disaster to glorious peace! Maggie was simply AWESOME 😎! I booked, was endorsed, checked in, and resting in the apartment in less than 20 minutes!!! The place is very comfy, with everything you may need, all in great condition. My only suggestion would be to spray insecticide a bit more frequently because we came across 2-3 small bugs around the kitchen area. Nothing dramatic, I honestly just can't think of anything else that could be improved. Massive thanks from us. I hope I can stay again soon!!!!

Beddings - Since luma na yung mga ginagamit nilang beddings particularly bed sheets and pillow cases, expect that there were old stains and marks. You may raise it with the reception if the look is so shabby for your eyesight. They will happily replace it. If the aircon is not cold enough for you or anything that creates you discomfort, they will do their best to address your concern even if it takes you move to the other room. Staffs were very helpful. Location is is strategically located but during night it may appear unsafe because it is near in the residential area (many workers from BGC walks there at night since it was their way going to their respective dorms or transportation) so for me, personally, I don’t feel unsafe at all walking going there from BGC during 12mn. Amenities not so much, just a very basic accommodation.

Al entrar en la habitación, lo primero que hice fue comprobar que estuviera limpia y bien mantenida. Sin embargo, el suelo estaba muy polvoriento y no había zapatillas. En el baño, la bañera tenía algo sucio y grasiento goteando por el grifo. Además, los bordes de los azulejos de la ducha estaban descuidados y el papel higiénico estaba usado. En general, la habitación estaba bien, los sofás e incluso el aire acondicionado hacía que la habitación estuviera muy fría. Una de mis partes favoritas fue la zona de maquillaje, con un espejo de tocador y buena recepción de televisión. El personal es amable y permiten visitas, aunque con ciertas limitaciones. En general, fue una buena experiencia, pero debido a la falta de limpieza, tengo que dar una opinión sincera. Además, el precio es muy económico para una noche para dos personas, realmente asequible y, sin duda, merece la pena.

Es espacioso y la ubicación es conveniente. El cuarto está cerca de la piscina. Nuestros disfraces y futones nos gustan, y hay mucho de cocinas y toallas. También hay cocina y cuchillos. El agua también funciona bien. En el caso de los hoteles, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de interés muy grande, pero no se puede encontrar un lugar donde no se puede encontrar. También el corredor de edificios (al mar del cuarto) huele bien como curry. La televisión inteligente no tiene Netflix alto tiene otros servicios de penetración, tuvimos que tirar nuestro laptop para poder ver.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
