«It's okay for booking if you're in a pinch and just need somewhere to stay, the room itself is clean which is where you're staying 99.99% of the time but some areas are not clean, water pressure in the bathroom is inconsistent, same with the AC. The electric sockets are far from the bedside tables. No slippers. The location is a bit of a hassle to get to, at least compared to other similar priced accommodations in the area»

«Toilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.»

- The small bathroom in the room with just the sink and toilet is so nicely done (see photo.
- Bathroom has a bath
- The gym is the best I’ve seen in the Philippines (see pictures)
- Jacuzzi and warm bath in the gym is awesome (see pictures)
Cons
- minibar is woeful (see pictures)… one snickers bar, one bag of M&M’s when I paid for a room for three people.
- TV’s are too small in both bedroom and living room.
- There are two small lights under the bedside cabinet each side of the bed that are literally impossible to switch off at night..
- The Davidoff shop has a smoking lounge which is more of a cheap cafe than a lounge (see photo). The alternative smoking area in the hotel has no seats and not really very pleasant either.
- The road noise from outside late at night and early in the morning is completely unacceptable.
We booked the best room available and the notice late at night ruined our stay so much we checked out a day early instead of accepting a DOWNGRADE as all of the Premier Suites overlook main roads and crossroads! Not exactly ‘luxury’.

UUsuario anónimoThis hotel was excellent - large room, perfect location, food quality of breakfast buffet was top notch. I think I was also upgraded to a bigger room which was awesome. There was a bit of an unnecessary delay with checking in as not all reception desks were staffed, but overall, I still had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel ❤️👍🏻

ZZhangjiantianyaThere’s only one towel in the room for showering. No tolerance to the early check in and late check out, no clear message for the check out reminder except for a tiny paper when I check in. I arrived at the hotel at 8 am due to the early flight and waited for 4 hours before they allow me to check in, otherwise there’s additional charge. They also charged me additional fee for 2 hours late check out. Will not visit again, maybe I’m a bad customer for you.

AAnthony TabunanWe booked it for last minute like early in morning around 4AM because me and my friends are looking for short rest after we went to KTV bar and I like how the reservation get smooth until we checked in. Though the location is quite far but it saved us from that day . We are 6 pax and we were able to sleep well even in a short period of time. The room is clean and they have extra beds. We love the amenities. I recommend this for emergency stay.
