I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the facilities were well maintained, and everything I needed was provided. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, which allowed me to rest well after a busy day. The location was also excellent. It was convenient to get around, and there were many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. This made my trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. One thing that impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The hotel clearly cares about its guests and works hard to provide the best possible experience. Every member of the staff treated me with kindness and respect, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit. Bonito y pequeño hotel. CR demasiado pequeño. El bueno: Personal agradable. Check-in sin problemas. No se requiere depósito por ”daños”. Limpiar zonas comunes y habitación limpia. Buena cama y ropa de cama. Toallas limpias. Gran flujo de agua caliente para la ducha. Caja de seguridad en hab. TV por cable con buena selección de canales. Aire acondicionado silencioso. Pensando en el Medio Ambiente con procedimiento de reutilización de ”toallas” y embalaje reducido (Se proporciona jarra de agua para llenar con dispensador en el pasillo, dispensadores de jabón de manos, gel de baño y champú). Buen desayuno filipino servido en un pequeño restaurante con condimentos. Ubicación conveniente para visitar el hospital Chong Hua. Zona cercana Parada de taxis. Camine hasta Robinsons Fuente y McDo. El malo: Tazas, pero no tetera. Pequeño CR donde la entrada de 2 personas es imposible, incluso con coreografía. La caja fuerte de la habitación es muy pequeña. Sin frigorífico. Sin tapete CR. El feo: Niños de la calle durmiendo a la intemperie, muy cerca del Hotel. La punta: Pide una habitación donde el WiFi sea bueno. La conclusión: Buen valor para el dinero. Lo suficientemente bueno como para volver. -- fin --

Pretty old hotel.The lobby is clean and tidy overall,but the check in is slow.We arrived 5 mins early and it took 20 mins for the reception to check us in.On the other hand ,the room and the bathroom is not well furnished.Cracks,Stains and watermarks are conspicuous.Wouldn’t recommend anyone who has over 50usd budget to stay in here.I would recommend paying 20 dollars more to get better service ,as well as better room environments .

Staff: Everyone is nice, accommodating and easy to talk to.  Bed: Not sure if it’s only my bed, but near board area, it keeps on creating a creaking sound disturbing other guests.  -Clean and comfy Aircon: A bit hot, not sure if someone keeps changing the aircon temp, get sweaty sometimes.  Recommendation - noticed some guests doesn’t care about people sleeping in the area and just casually talking inside for a long time. 2 young foreign girls, having a love story during my sleep :D, anyway, please remind your guest to be quite at all times and have their chats and snacks outside or in the lobby.

I had a pleasant stay at the place that I booked. The room was clean and well-maintained. Some of the staff are polite and friendly. The amenities were excellent especially the pool area and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, I had a good experience except for the receptionist who accomated us on July 1, 2026 at around 4pm. She’s not approachable and not friendly at the same time. She didn’t bother to smile upon welcoming the guest to the hotel. I hope she’ll be friendly next time when accomodating her guest especially she’s dealing with people in the front desk.

The place is nice, with wide space for couple. Shampoo with conditioner, hand lotion and handwash were provided, also toothbrush with tothpaste. Coffee with creamer and kettle were proviided everyday too. Daily cleaning was done even without request, but dirts on the floor were not well swept. I reuested for a double bed and was granted. Bed, pillows and blankets were comfortably soft. Pool is wide and the roofdeck is accessible, with breathtaking view. Elevator takes time, matbe due to many guests. It's located near bus stations, at the IT park where you can easily ride to places in the city. Overall, a vert satisfactory stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive; my room felt fresh and tidy throughout my stay. 🧼 The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist. Plus, the facilities are great—there’s a fitness center to keep you active and a cozy bar to unwind after a day of adventures. Overall, a solid 4-star experience that I’d recommend to anyone visiting Cebu! 🍹

La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación, pero la habitación está muy cerca de la habitación. No obstante, todavía volveré.

Sentí que era una pena alquilar una habitación tan grande por un precio tan barato. Parece perfecto para que lo utilice la población local. Escuché que ha estado en el negocio por más de 30 años. Hay algunas cosas que deberían preocupar a los nuevos turistas japoneses cuando se alojan aquí. ① Fallo del refrigerador dejado desatendido ②Fuga de agua del fregadero ③ Estándar Sin agua caliente. El drenaje del drenaje es deficiente. ④Sin control de aire acondicionado. Ajuste de salida No es una llave de tarjeta, así que la dejo encendida todo el día, así que hace demasiado frío. La factura de la luz es un desperdicio. ⑤¿Cuánto tiempo hace que no limpias tu casa? extremadamente sucio ⑥T.V No hay manual de instrucciones, así que no lo usaré. Supongo que nada ha mejorado en 30 años. Si se reforman y mejoran con los tiempos, incluso si ofrecen habitaciones a bajo precio, su reputación puede verse aún más afectada. Es una pena.
