Hoteles en Cebú con aparcamiento

Primero los cons , El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. .Para obtener una botella de agua tuve que esperar más de 30 minutos y 5 llamadas . Podría ser cuz era una noche de viernes . No me gustaba su bar de rectificación , el ambiente era bueno pero los cocktails no eran buenos .de hecho, uno de los cocktails les dije a cambios como han perdido completamente mis instrucciones . Ahora los Pros El hotel está situado justo al lado del parque informático y se conecta directamente al centro de Ayala. El hotel tiene una mesa de trabajo funcional para trabajadores remotos . Esta ubicación me encontré mejor que el lado de la ciudad SM . El cuarto estaba limpio , cómodo camas . mucho espacio en el tapón .no tuvo la oportunidad de utilizar su piscina . Muy modernas habitaciones probablemente renovadas o construidas recientemente .

We visited Cebu's second best premium hotel over the weekend to relax and celebrate my wife's birthday quietly. The room was pleasant, but the wooden floor tiles occasionally felt hollow, indicating there might be an issue. I requested butler service, yet it took several hours and multiple follow-ups, which was disappointing for a five-star hotel. The breakfast was underwhelming, especially considering Fili Hotel, a more affordable and superior option than Nustar. I didn't enjoy their breakfast at all. The pools were under renovation; fortunately, one was available for swimming with the kids, but it would have been better if all facilities were operational. Overall, the hotel's readiness seemed lacking, and the staff appeared passive. During check-in, the staff's attitude was unhelpful; the lady was stressed and didn't explain breakfast details or hours, merely handing over the key. I likely won't stay at Nustar again and would prefer Fili if I return. For family stays, I recommend Fili over Nustar.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? El hotel está muy bien para una escala de una noche antes de ir a las playas del sur. Ubicado justo al lado del Mercado nocturno Sugbo, donde se come bárbaro. Tiene un 7eleven en la puerta. El personal es muy atento y resuelve rápido cualquier inconveniente. La habitación es cómoda y estaba relativamente limpia. Nos arreglaron el traslado del aeropuerto. Llegamos a la noche, luego de un muy largo viaje de todo el día, pero nuestra habitación claramente no estaba preparada, o al menos revisada. No andaba la TV ni la caja de seguridad. Debimos bajar a pedir que lo arreglen. Luego de esperar a que intenten arreglarlo, y como no lo lograron, nos cambiaron de habitación. La nueva habitación tenía una tv que funcionaba, pero no la caja de seguridad. Nos rendimos y conformamos, era demasiado tarde ya. Te hacen dejar un depósito en efectivo al entrar y revisan la habitación antes de devolverlo.

Bonito y pequeño hotel. CR demasiado pequeño. El bueno: Personal agradable. Check-in sin problemas. No se requiere depósito por ”daños”. Limpiar zonas comunes y habitación limpia. Buena cama y ropa de cama. Toallas limpias. Gran flujo de agua caliente para la ducha. Caja de seguridad en hab. TV por cable con buena selección de canales. Aire acondicionado silencioso. Pensando en el Medio Ambiente con procedimiento de reutilización de ”toallas” y embalaje reducido (Se proporciona jarra de agua para llenar con dispensador en el pasillo, dispensadores de jabón de manos, gel de baño y champú). Buen desayuno filipino servido en un pequeño restaurante con condimentos. Ubicación conveniente para visitar el hospital Chong Hua. Zona cercana Parada de taxis. Camine hasta Robinsons Fuente y McDo. El malo: Tazas, pero no tetera. Pequeño CR donde la entrada de 2 personas es imposible, incluso con coreografía. La caja fuerte de la habitación es muy pequeña. Sin frigorífico. Sin tapete CR. El feo: Niños de la calle durmiendo a la intemperie, muy cerca del Hotel. La punta: Pide una habitación donde el WiFi sea bueno. La conclusión: Buen valor para el dinero. Lo suficientemente bueno como para volver. -- fin --

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del parque. Hay piscina y restaurante en la azotea, con vistas espectaculares. La habitación es limpia, luminosa y espaciosa. Hay una cafetería en la planta baja y un 7-Eleven cerca. Nos alojamos un día antes de nuestro vuelo y quedamos encantados con todo.

The Details: No plastic water bottles or generic tech. Instead, there was a vintage-style Marshall Bluetooth speaker playing soft acoustic jazz when we walked in, a ceramic electric kettle, and freshly baked shortbread cookies waiting on a ceramic plate.

Rooms were pretty big! Only issue was with pests coming out. I had a talk with their housekeeping team about what to do so that the issue will be resolved. Hopefully they take action.

This is my first time booking this hotel and I thought I will never have a chance to stay here. Before my wedding, I booked this hotel since it’s near the church location. We enjoyed the stay. It’s just that we did not get to enjoy the TV because YouTube or other apps won’t work. All throughout the stay we weren’t able to use the TV. Also I called the lobby 5x to ask for a replacement for the 2 mugs for coffee before someone actually gets there to replace it AT THE MORNING. Haven’t also had the time to enjoy pool because we check in late. But their service is good. The hotel is nice. I will surely book again if their TV is already fixed lol. Also two key cards for room and elevator is really hassle on our part. It should’ve been 1 key card, all access, 2pcs since we’re 2 adults. I really appreciate the hotel staff for catering my entourage, we were able to prepare before my wedding and took some pictures at the lobby and pool. Thank you!
