Stayed at Riad Mama for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service. They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Este Riad está situado a las afueras de la Medina, cerca de una de las carreteras principales, lo que hace que coger un taxi sea muy fácil. Al estar fuera de las murallas, tiene altos muros que rodean el patio, y se necesita una llave para entrar, lo que lo hace muy tranquilo. El desayuno preparado por los anfitriones fue delicioso y ellos fueron muy amables.

Podíamos desayunar entre las 8:00 y las 10:00. Podíamos elegir entre sentarnos dentro o en la terraza. Se permitía fumar en la terraza. El pan, el café, el zumo de naranja natural y la elegante vajilla estaban deliciosos. La presión del agua de la ducha era un poco baja. El agua caliente también se enfriaba a veces, pero no fue un problema grave. El personal del hotel nos ayudó a imprimir los billetes y a reservar un taxi al aeropuerto. Todos fueron muy amables y nos recibieron con una sonrisa encantadora. Estaba cansada de las multitudes de Marrakech, pero este hotel fue un lugar estupendo para relajarme. Sin duda, volvería.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the stunning view from the window added an extra touch of relaxation.

Habíamos comunicado nuestra hora de llegada por chat. Sin embargo, no había nadie, pero tuvimos suerte de que otros huéspedes nos abrieran la puerta. Intentamos contactarlos por teléfono y chatear, y finalmente elegimos una habitación. El final de la historia es triste, pero esta experiencia no se compara con el resto de nuestra estancia. El riad está muy bien ubicado, el personal es amable y una señora encantadora prepara un desayuno delicioso con pan y pasteles caseros por la mañana. Creemos que la mala experiencia fue más bien cuestión de mala suerte, en parte porque llegamos justo cuando terminaba el Ramadán. Un consejo: que el riad compre un timbre que puedan conectar a su teléfono. Las comodidades son básicas pero buenas. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Está limpio, y con una cama cómoda y un desayuno delicioso, no se necesita nada más. Y fueron muy amables al organizarnos un taxi para volver al aeropuerto.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

The location is tolerable, the service is good, only the administrator tried to impose expensive tours, it's better to book them yourself on booking and not listen to them. There were not enough hooks in the bathtub for hangers. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful
