Nice, modern and new hotel in Kinosaki onsen with great hospitality from the hotel owner and his staff. I was welcomed by the owner at the door when I arrived, and they even prepared a beautiful greeting card on my arrival. Welcome drink was provided and the owner recommended good restaurants and provided the USP of each onsen in Kinosaki. The room is spacious, clean and new! I especially like the Japanese style of the hotel. Yutaka and 1-day onsen pass were provided for my stay. As the next day I had to move to another hotel, the owner very kindly helped me to transport my luggage to another hotel near the JR station. Overall, excellent stay, excellent people and excellent breakfast! :) Would love to visit Kinosaki onsen again and stay with Utsuroi Tsuchiya.

Está bastante lejos de todos los restaurantes y de todos los onsen, pero tienen instalaciones para enviarlos a visitar todos los lugares alrededor de Kinosaki. Este servicio de transporte en automóvil comienza a las 4 p. m. Te proporcionan yukata y sandalias japonesas tradicionales (getta) para caminar por la ciudad. Está bastante lejos de la estación de tren, pero por suerte el servicio de información turística ofrece un autobús gratuito a este lugar. Incluso bastante lejos de otros lugares, pero nos encanta quedarnos aquí. Si les gusta caminar como a nosotros, pasarán por el túnel como atajo desde el hotel a la ciudad. La experiencia del desayuno es genial por la comida y el entorno. Nos proporcionaron una habitación privada para disfrutar del desayuno.

El hotel ha sido renovado, así que la fachada es muy nueva. Casi pensé que me había equivocado de lugar. Las habitaciones también son nuevas, pero la piscina termal del hotel es muy pequeña. Hay una piscina termal exterior cerca del hotel, pero hay que ajustar el horario porque no abre todos los días.

Останавливались в отеле в октябре 2024 года. Взяли два номера на двоих. Плюсы: 1. Великолепные номера в стиле классического рекана: все очень красивое, аутентичное, масса мелких деталей, записок и подсказок для гостей, интересных безделушек в номере. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха. 2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам). 3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже. 4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель. 5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать. 6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались). 7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры. 8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный. Нюансы: 1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала. 2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

La habitación es grande y el dormitorio es muy cómodo. Toda la ciudad es muy agradable y cálida y le gusta el sabor. Hay muchas tiendas que vale la pena comer. La casa de la madre y la hija/la hija en el mar está muy bien, No.1 café y sandwich de desayuno también están muy bien. Nuestras dos noches de comida que habíamos reservado, un día antes de llegar, el hotel tenía un poco de alojamiento *****. Según el gobierno japonés, el hotel no puede proporcionar comida durante tres días consecutivos, por favor, el hotel ayude a reservar comida de piedra en otros hoteles y aceptar una devolución de comida. El hotel ayuda a reservar la famosa casa de West Village, muy deliciosa, el hotel también nos pagó todo el vino de esa noche como compensación, se puede decir que es muy sincero.

從JR車站到酒店沒有專屬的小車可以根據工作人員的安排上那種按照路線分別送幾家酒店客人的那種中巴可能需要等一會兒，如果沒有行李也可以步行到酒店順便逛一下小鎮大約12分鐘左右的步行路程，位置還是不錯的距離纜車很近。房間面積也比較大預訂了洋室房對關節不好長者非常友好！酒店一樓有公共温泉地方不大比較乾淨，2樓有2個私湯需要提前預約，入住時記得約一下否則選擇的時間就會受限，前台表示預訂帶餐的房間可以免費享受2樓的私湯，早上9:30之前有免費咖啡，總的來説還是不錯的！退房後如果不着急回可以用酒店給的二維碼去小鎮的日歸湯泉泡每一個都有自己的特色也很不錯！

Upon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.

Enjoyed our stay and experiencing our first onsen and kaiseki! They provided us with yukatas and passes to access the public baths, also had 3 private onsens on site. Friendly staff, lots of food included in the dinner and breakfast which they serve in your room and set up/pack up your bedding, with option for continental breakfast on our 2nd day instead of japanese style. Quiet, clean and futon bed was surprisingly comfortable. It’s about 8min walk from the train station which was fine for us but there’s a bus shuttle option right outside the station, and the hotel also offer bag drop off for a small fee when you leave so you don’t need to carry them. It’s close to the ropeway that you can ride up for nice views. Also right near the best public onsen in our opinion. (Be sure to check the onsen hours we missed out on one and note 2 are currently closed for renovations). A few things worth noting - breakfast is served early, you can pick 8 or 8.30am. If you are sensitive to light, it’s not completely dark when sleeping, sun comes through the windows as it has the traditional paper screen style. Also there in not a shower in your room, you need to use the onsen showers (either the private ones on site which you can’t book so can’t guarantee availability but both times we wanted to use them we were able to, or at the public onsens.) Overall we would recommend staying here to treat yourself to some peaceful rest and relaxation.

We had a fantastic stay at this Ryokan. The staff were so attentive and welcoming (Thanks to our room attendant, Suzan) We arrived a little earlier than check in but we could go up to the room and were provided with tea. The room was beautiful and the beds were prepared when we were eating dinner. We were shown how to wear the yukata and even had welly boots for the rainy weather. The food was the highlight, fresh seasonal ingredients (crab!) which was displayed like a piece of art. I wish we stayed longer, well worth the money!
