I had a wonderful stay at this Onsen hotel! The service was exceptional, with staff being attentive and friendly throughout my visit. The location is excellent which isvery convenient for exploring the area, as Goshonoyu is nearby, and you can walk to other Onsens within 5 minutes. Additionally, the Kinosaki Onsen Ropeway is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a stunning view from the mountain. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Kinosaki Onsen!

La habitación es grande y el dormitorio es muy cómodo. Toda la ciudad es muy agradable y cálida y le gusta el sabor. Hay muchas tiendas que vale la pena comer. Nuestras dos noches de comida que habíamos reservado, un día antes de llegar, el hotel tenía un poco de alojamiento *****. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха. 2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам). 3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже. 4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель. 5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать. 6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались). 7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры. 8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный. Нюансы: 1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала. 2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

Enjoyed our stay and experiencing our first onsen and kaiseki! They provided us with yukatas and passes to access the public baths, also had 3 private onsens on site. Friendly staff, lots of food included in the dinner and breakfast which they serve in your room and set up/pack up your bedding, with option for continental breakfast on our 2nd day instead of japanese style. Quiet, clean and futon bed was surprisingly comfortable. It’s about 8min walk from the train station which was fine for us but there’s a bus shuttle option right outside the station, and the hotel also offer bag drop off for a small fee when you leave so you don’t need to carry them. It’s close to the ropeway that you can ride up for nice views. Also right near the best public onsen in our opinion. (Be sure to check the onsen hours we missed out on one and note 2 are currently closed for renovations). A few things worth noting - breakfast is served early, you can pick 8 or 8.30am. If you are sensitive to light, it’s not completely dark when sleeping, sun comes through the windows as it has the traditional paper screen style. Also there in not a shower in your room, you need to use the onsen showers (either the private ones on site which you can’t book so can’t guarantee availability but both times we wanted to use them we were able to, or at the public onsens.) Overall we would recommend staying here to treat yourself to some peaceful rest and relaxation.

Upon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.

We had a fantastic stay at this Ryokan. The staff were so attentive and welcoming (Thanks to our room attendant, Suzan) We arrived a little earlier than check in but we could go up to the room and were provided with tea. The room was beautiful and the beds were prepared when we were eating dinner. We were shown how to wear the yukata and even had welly boots for the rainy weather. The food was the highlight, fresh seasonal ingredients (crab!) which was displayed like a piece of art. I wish we stayed longer, well worth the money!

The experience was generally great. The hotel is surrounded by clear waters and a beautiful geopark that offers stunning views and a lovely hike. The hotel is famed for its crab kaiseki, which most visitors here come for. However, they do not convey that you will only get to eat the crabs once even if you have a longer stay. The rooms are old and dated, but comfortable and clean. The hotel's service is acceptable but only one staff speaks English.
