No muy lejos de la estación de Kinosaki, accesible en 10 minutos, a solo 100 m en la calle del lado izquierdo de la ciudad; hay varios yukatas para elegir cuando se compra (de cerca + se sienten viejos y descoloridos, el mismo estilo que algunos hoteles (la chaqueta del chaleco contrasta con el espacio). La tienda siempre es vieja por dentro, y es sorprendente que haya una falta de enchufes USB en esta época. La cena para dos noches es normal, con algunas patas de cangrejo (no lo suficientemente frescas), y la carne de pescado sashimi en realidad está acanalada, ¡pero el restaurante de sashimi en la esquina de la calle es plano y delicioso! La habitación está llena de olor a carne cuando se come ta tami en la sala del tesoro, y el olor a carne también está en todas partes cuando se duerme. También descubrí que Japón, especialmente aquí, también emplea a muchos trabajadores extranjeros. Mi hermana dijo que ha estado aquí durante 10 meses desde Vietnam, y está llena de sonrisas. Todavía hay margen de mejora.

El hotel de Onsen me ofrece un servicio excepcional, con un personal atento y amable durante toda mi visita. La ubicación es excelente, que es muy conveniente para explorar la zona, ya que Goshonoyu está cerca, y puedes caminar a otros Onsen en 5 minutos. Además, el Kinosaki Onsen Ropeway es sólo un paseo 5-minute, ofrece una vista impresionante de la montaña.

Останавливались в отеле в октябре 2024 года. Взяли два номера на двоих. Плюсы: 1. Великолепные номера в стиле классического рекана: все очень красивое, аутентичное, масса мелких деталей, записок и подсказок для гостей, интересных безделушек в номере. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха. 2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам). 3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже. 4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель. 5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать. 6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались). 7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры. 8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный. Нюансы: 1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала. 2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

La habitación era espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda. Todo el pueblo de Joki Onsen era muy agradable y relajante; ¡me encantó! Hay muchos restaurantes que vale la pena probar, como Umi no En y un izakaya regentado por una madre y su hija/nuera, ambos bastante buenos. El café y los sándwiches de desayuno de No.1 también estaban muy ricos. Originalmente habíamos reservado una noche con dos comidas y dos noches de alojamiento, pero el día antes de nuestra llegada, un huésped del hotel tuvo una leve indisposición. Según las regulaciones del gobierno japonés, el hotel no podía proporcionar comidas durante tres días consecutivos. Así que le pedimos al hotel que nos ayudara a reservar una cena kaiseki en otro hotel y aceptamos un reembolso por la comida. El hotel nos ayudó a reservar en el famoso Nishimuraya, que estaba delicioso. El hotel incluso pagó todas nuestras bebidas esa noche como compensación, lo cual fue muy amable de su parte.

從JR車站到酒店沒有專屬的小車可以根據工作人員的安排上那種按照路線分別送幾家酒店客人的那種中巴可能需要等一會兒，如果沒有行李也可以步行到酒店順便逛一下小鎮大約12分鐘左右的步行路程，位置還是不錯的距離纜車很近。房間面積也比較大預訂了洋室房對關節不好長者非常友好！酒店一樓有公共温泉地方不大比較乾淨，2樓有2個私湯需要提前預約，入住時記得約一下否則選擇的時間就會受限，前台表示預訂帶餐的房間可以免費享受2樓的私湯，早上9:30之前有免費咖啡，總的來説還是不錯的！退房後如果不着急回可以用酒店給的二維碼去小鎮的日歸湯泉泡每一個都有自己的特色也很不錯！

Upon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.

Enjoyed our stay and experiencing our first onsen and kaiseki! They provided us with yukatas and passes to access the public baths, also had 3 private onsens on site. Friendly staff, lots of food included in the dinner and breakfast which they serve in your room and set up/pack up your bedding, with option for continental breakfast on our 2nd day instead of japanese style. Quiet, clean and futon bed was surprisingly comfortable. It’s about 8min walk from the train station which was fine for us but there’s a bus shuttle option right outside the station, and the hotel also offer bag drop off for a small fee when you leave so you don’t need to carry them. It’s close to the ropeway that you can ride up for nice views. Also right near the best public onsen in our opinion. (Be sure to check the onsen hours we missed out on one and note 2 are currently closed for renovations). A few things worth noting - breakfast is served early, you can pick 8 or 8.30am. If you are sensitive to light, it’s not completely dark when sleeping, sun comes through the windows as it has the traditional paper screen style. Also there in not a shower in your room, you need to use the onsen showers (either the private ones on site which you can’t book so can’t guarantee availability but both times we wanted to use them we were able to, or at the public onsens.) Overall we would recommend staying here to treat yourself to some peaceful rest and relaxation.

We had a fantastic stay at this Ryokan. The staff were so attentive and welcoming (Thanks to our room attendant, Suzan) We arrived a little earlier than check in but we could go up to the room and were provided with tea. The room was beautiful and the beds were prepared when we were eating dinner. We were shown how to wear the yukata and even had welly boots for the rainy weather. The food was the highlight, fresh seasonal ingredients (crab!) which was displayed like a piece of art. I wish we stayed longer, well worth the money!
