No muy lejos de la estación de Kinosaki, accesible en 10 minutos, a solo 100 m en la calle del lado izquierdo de la ciudad; hay varios yukatas para elegir cuando se compra (de cerca + se sienten viejos y descoloridos, el mismo estilo que algunos hoteles (la chaqueta del chaleco contrasta con el espacio). La tienda siempre es vieja por dentro, y es sorprendente que haya una falta de enchufes USB en esta época. La cena para dos noches es normal, con algunas patas de cangrejo (no lo suficientemente frescas), y la carne de pescado sashimi en realidad está acanalada, ¡pero el restaurante de sashimi en la esquina de la calle es plano y delicioso! La habitación está llena de olor a carne cuando se come ta tami en la sala del tesoro, y el olor a carne también está en todas partes cuando se duerme. También descubrí que Japón, especialmente aquí, también emplea a muchos trabajadores extranjeros. Mi hermana dijo que ha estado aquí durante 10 meses desde Vietnam, y está llena de sonrisas. La habitación era muy espaciosa y la cama era tatami. El personal de recepción fue muy paciente, nos explicó y nos llevó al lugar de aguas termales más alejado. El desayuno era muy rico y estaba delicioso. Me quedaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que venga. Había un par de grullas blancas en el jardín que acababan de dar a luz a un bebé. Tuve la suerte de verlo. Saldré volando en dos semanas.

El alojamiento estaba un poco lejos de la estación, pero estaba bien porque estaba justo enfrente del teleférico y las aguas termales. La habitación era espaciosa, tranquila y limpia. El personal también fue muy amable, así que pude alojarme cómodamente. Volveré en mi próximo viaje.

A very good location right across family mart and nearest to Di Yu Tang. Right adjacent is a bbq, seafood cafe. Overall, it is a very well maintained ryokan majority of their floor is tatami. Which also means u cannot roll ur cabin size in its premises. Their staff will help u carry it to ur room. We are only given 1 key to our room despite we are husband and wife and going to different male and female public baths. This is not too thoughtful. Hence it will be wise to deliver ur luggage and travel light to Kinosaki Onsen. The Kaisenki is above average. Nonetheless it is a very comfortable stay.

從JR車站到酒店沒有專屬的小車可以根據工作人員的安排上那種按照路線分別送幾家酒店客人的那種中巴可能需要等一會兒，如果沒有行李也可以步行到酒店順便逛一下小鎮大約12分鐘左右的步行路程，位置還是不錯的距離纜車很近。房間面積也比較大預訂了洋室房對關節不好長者非常友好！酒店一樓有公共温泉地方不大比較乾淨，2樓有2個私湯需要提前預約，入住時記得約一下否則選擇的時間就會受限，前台表示預訂帶餐的房間可以免費享受2樓的私湯，早上9:30之前有免費咖啡，總的來説還是不錯的！退房後如果不着急回可以用酒店給的二維碼去小鎮的日歸湯泉泡每一個都有自己的特色也很不錯！

Upon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.

Enjoyed our stay and experiencing our first onsen and kaiseki! They provided us with yukatas and passes to access the public baths, also had 3 private onsens on site. Friendly staff, lots of food included in the dinner and breakfast which they serve in your room and set up/pack up your bedding, with option for continental breakfast on our 2nd day instead of japanese style. Quiet, clean and futon bed was surprisingly comfortable. It’s about 8min walk from the train station which was fine for us but there’s a bus shuttle option right outside the station, and the hotel also offer bag drop off for a small fee when you leave so you don’t need to carry them. It’s close to the ropeway that you can ride up for nice views. Also right near the best public onsen in our opinion. (Be sure to check the onsen hours we missed out on one and note 2 are currently closed for renovations). A few things worth noting - breakfast is served early, you can pick 8 or 8.30am. If you are sensitive to light, it’s not completely dark when sleeping, sun comes through the windows as it has the traditional paper screen style. Also there in not a shower in your room, you need to use the onsen showers (either the private ones on site which you can’t book so can’t guarantee availability but both times we wanted to use them we were able to, or at the public onsens.) Overall we would recommend staying here to treat yourself to some peaceful rest and relaxation.

We had a fantastic stay at this Ryokan. The staff were so attentive and welcoming (Thanks to our room attendant, Suzan) We arrived a little earlier than check in but we could go up to the room and were provided with tea. The room was beautiful and the beds were prepared when we were eating dinner. We were shown how to wear the yukata and even had welly boots for the rainy weather. The food was the highlight, fresh seasonal ingredients (crab!) which was displayed like a piece of art. I wish we stayed longer, well worth the money!

ที่พักติดสถานีรถไฟเลย เดินทางสะดวกมากๆ ชอบมากๆ ที่โรงแรมมีให้แช่เท้าด้วย มีชุดยูกาตะและอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำในออนเซ็นให้ใช้ ฝากกระเป๋าได้ ห้องพักสวยแบบญี่ปุ่นมากกก อุปกรณ์ในห้องใช้งานง่าย มีตู้เย็นมีน้ำดื่ม ชอบมากๆ เลย แต่วันนั้นใกล้เดินทางเลยเอากระเป๋าเดินทางใบใหญ่ไปด้วย โชคร้ายที่ไม่มีลิฟต์เลยต้องแบกกระเป๋าขึ้นไปชั้น 3 เอง เหนื่อยมากกก แต่สนุกค่ะ 💖
