UUsuario invitadoNice, modern and new hotel in Kinosaki onsen with great hospitality from the hotel owner and his staff. I was welcomed by the owner at the door when I arrived, and they even prepared a beautiful greeting card on my arrival. Welcome drink was provided and the owner recommended good restaurants and provided the USP of each onsen in Kinosaki. The room is spacious, clean and new! I especially like the Japanese style of the hotel. Yutaka and 1-day onsen pass were provided for my stay. As the next day I had to move to another hotel, the owner very kindly helped me to transport my luggage to another hotel near the JR station.
Overall, excellent stay, excellent people and excellent breakfast! :)
Would love to visit Kinosaki onsen again and stay with Utsuroi Tsuchiya.

UUsuario invitadoNo muy lejos de la estación de Kinosaki, accesible en 10 minutos, a solo 100 m en la calle del lado izquierdo de la ciudad; hay varios yukatas para elegir cuando se compra (de cerca + se sienten viejos y descoloridos, el mismo estilo que algunos hoteles (la chaqueta del chaleco contrasta con el espacio). La tienda siempre es vieja por dentro, y es sorprendente que haya una falta de enchufes USB en esta época. La cena para dos noches es normal, con algunas patas de cangrejo (no lo suficientemente frescas), y la carne de pescado sashimi en realidad está acanalada, ¡pero el restaurante de sashimi en la esquina de la calle es plano y delicioso! La habitación está llena de olor a carne cuando se come ta tami en la sala del tesoro, y el olor a carne también está en todas partes cuando se duerme. También descubrí que Japón, especialmente aquí, también emplea a muchos trabajadores extranjeros. Mi hermana dijo que ha estado aquí durante 10 meses desde Vietnam, y está llena de sonrisas. Todavía hay margen de mejora.

UUsuario invitadoUn excelente lugar para alojarse. El hotel es completamente nuevo y parece un ryokan tradicional con un toque moderno. El personal es muy atento y amable. El hotel tiene sus propios onsens, lo que más nos gustó de Kinosaki (¡teníamos un pase para onsens públicos incluido en el precio!). ¡Kaiseki fue una experiencia especial! La ubicación está un poco lejos de la estación (a unos 15-20 minutos a pie), pero el traslado soluciona este problema si llevas equipaje pesado. :) ¡Este hotel es totalmente recomendable!

UUsuario anónimoEl hotel ha sido renovado, así que la fachada es muy nueva. Casi pensé que me había equivocado de lugar. Las habitaciones también son nuevas, pero la piscina termal del hotel es muy pequeña. Hay una piscina termal exterior cerca del hotel, pero hay que ajustar el horario porque no abre todos los días.

UUsuario invitadoVery nice Japanese hotel with good service and facilities (public hot spring bath where women and men are separate and several private hot spring baths that I recommend to book in advance). We also had an amazing massage in the hotel spa. The down side would be that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japansese futons) and that the personnel doesn't speak very good English (but are very nice and are trying their best to help)

Плюсы:
1. Великолепные номера в стиле классического рекана: все очень красивое, аутентичное, масса мелких деталей, записок и подсказок для гостей, интересных безделушек в номере. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха.
2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам).
3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже.
4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель.
5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать.
6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались).
7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры.
8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный.
Нюансы:
1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала.
2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

Attentive, kind and helpful staff who were so supportive with language barrier, they even had staff who spoke English explain food and give us print outs which was so gratefully received and truly made a huge difference to our stay. Thank you Keita!
The gardens were peaceful, the room was traditional and a completely peaceful retreat. There is a personal bath included each night which was clean and wonderful. The baths at the inn are excellent, I loved the outdoor one in the snow.
It's a good location to explore the other baths in Kinosaki which are included in the stay, you can even continue going to the baths after you check out if your transport leaves later.
This is very good value for money when you consider everything included, and we are so happy to have visited. Wonderful and full of tradition, and the owners are amazing. Hugely recommended!

UUsuario invitadoEnjoyed our stay and experiencing our first onsen and kaiseki!
They provided us with yukatas and passes to access the public baths, also had 3 private onsens on site.
Friendly staff, lots of food included in the dinner and breakfast which they serve in your room and set up/pack up your bedding, with option for continental breakfast on our 2nd day instead of japanese style.
Quiet, clean and futon bed was surprisingly comfortable.
It’s about 8min walk from the train station which was fine for us but there’s a bus shuttle option right outside the station, and the hotel also offer bag drop off for a small fee when you leave so you don’t need to carry them.
It’s close to the ropeway that you can ride up for nice views. Also right near the best public onsen in our opinion. (Be sure to check the onsen hours we missed out on one and note 2 are currently closed for renovations).
A few things worth noting - breakfast is served early, you can pick 8 or 8.30am. If you are sensitive to light, it’s not completely dark when sleeping, sun comes through the windows as it has the traditional paper screen style. Also there in not a shower in your room, you need to use the onsen showers (either the private ones on site which you can’t book so can’t guarantee availability but both times we wanted to use them we were able to, or at the public onsens.)
Overall we would recommend staying here to treat yourself to some peaceful rest and relaxation.

La ciudad es tranquila y tiene un fuerte sabor local. El hotel en el que nos alojamos estaba en lo profundo de la calle de aguas termales. El hotel estaba dividido en dos partes. A ambos lados de la carretera, nos hospedamos en una antigua casa de tatami de estilo japonés. bastante bueno. Había un personal de servicio que hablaba chino. La comunicación también es más fácil. La distancia desde el hotel a Shichiwaitang no es muy grande. Hay un servicio de traslado en autobús desde la estación de Kinosaki hasta el hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente.

UUsuario invitadoI stayed here for one night with my husband and our 9-year-old daughter, and we loved our visit. The hotel was accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early. Our room was very clean, the staff were attentive, and we could tell they wanted us to have a nice stay. The location was perfect - set back on a quiet street but right in the middle of all the onsens and shopping. We opted for the crab dinner, and it was an absolute feast. We ate for hours and still couldn't finish everything. They asked if we wanted to keep it for breakfast (which, of course, we did), so they served it in the morning along with the breakfast they planned. It was wonderful. They have a small onsen in the building, which was nice because the three of us could enjoy one bath together before going to the gender-separated onsens in town. I highly recommend staying here for a lovely and authentic Japanese experience.
