UUsuario invitadoNice, modern and new hotel in Kinosaki onsen with great hospitality from the hotel owner and his staff. I was welcomed by the owner at the door when I arrived, and they even prepared a beautiful greeting card on my arrival. Welcome drink was provided and the owner recommended good restaurants and provided the USP of each onsen in Kinosaki. The room is spacious, clean and new! I especially like the Japanese style of the hotel. Yutaka and 1-day onsen pass were provided for my stay. As the next day I had to move to another hotel, the owner very kindly helped me to transport my luggage to another hotel near the JR station.
Overall, excellent stay, excellent people and excellent breakfast! :)
Would love to visit Kinosaki onsen again and stay with Utsuroi Tsuchiya.

UUsuario invitadoEl viejo hotel de calentamiento, un poco en el interior del suelo, pero muy tranquilo. La puerta también tiene la venta de póngeles de pino para 9 descuentos, puede empaquetar el paquete rápido.
Tendré que cocinar la cena del hotel, el nivel es muy alto, incluso los platos están en línea, ya se han comido muy dulces y muy dulces, pero porque es muy comido, finalmente se han acabado el arroz y la pasta, el precio del alcohol también es muy alto, la temporada de pimientos de pino vale la pena vivir una vez. VViviSEstá bastante lejos de todos los restaurantes y de todos los onsen, pero tienen instalaciones para enviarlos a visitar todos los lugares alrededor de Kinosaki. Este servicio de transporte en automóvil comienza a las 4 p. m. Te proporcionan yukata y sandalias japonesas tradicionales (getta) para caminar por la ciudad.
Está bastante lejos de la estación de tren, pero por suerte el servicio de información turística ofrece un autobús gratuito a este lugar.
Incluso bastante lejos de otros lugares, pero nos encanta quedarnos aquí. Si les gusta caminar como a nosotros, pasarán por el túnel como atajo desde el hotel a la ciudad. La experiencia del desayuno es genial por la comida y el entorno. Nos proporcionaron una habitación privada para disfrutar del desayuno.

MM.Sim007La calidad del servicio de la habitación es 10/10. Todas las habitaciones son atentas y multitascos, son recepción, cocina (desayuno) concierge y mantenimiento de la casa. Nos quedamos por dos noches en una habitación cuadrada frente al río, enorme tamaño y cómodos camas. La noche estaba tranquila y no escuchar pasos de pie, aunque es un edificio construido en la antigua estructura. Recomendado para parejas sin hijos y nit adecuado para ancianos o discapacitados, necesita subir 3 tiendas si se queda en la tercera inundación. ¡Muy recomendado!

UUsuario anónimoLimpieza: En general, estuvo bien, pero había bichos que se colaban en la habitación (incluso con todas las ventanas y puertas cerradas). No eran cucarachas ni otras plagas, probablemente debido a los campos de cultivo al otro lado de la calle. El desayuno y la cena también eran aceptables.
Ubicación: El hotel está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación JR, pero un minibús lleva directamente al hotel. Después del check-out, te llevarán a tu primer destino deseado, incluyendo la estación JR. Muy atentos.
Servicio: Aunque el personal no hablaba bien inglés, hicieron todo lo posible por explicar la situación y fueron muy atentos con el servicio de transporte (como se mencionó anteriormente). Te servirán té durante el tiempo de espera para el check-in y el check-out.
Instalaciones: El hotel no es nuevo, pero las aguas termales son funcionales y aceptables.

Hay 4 baños privados, que se pueden utilizar siempre que no haya nadie más.
La mayoría de ustedes irán a la sopa de las siete afuera, por lo que no hay necesidad de hacer cola.
El desayuno y la cena son variados y frescos, pero las porciones son pequeñas.

Not foreigner ( Western & Asian) friendly. We travelled around 70 Roykan in the last 3 years and this is the wrost service we ever had. Japanese get to seat and offered juices when they checked in while we have to stand at the front desk and no juice offered. We asked for the yukata rental (free rental) and the young staff just ignore us twice. We asked for sizes a few times then he just said it’s all here. Then when we picking the only two small sizes he grabbed and give it to the Japanese girl and ignore us or never ask us before he took it as he knows we are looking into those. Very rude.
Most of ryokan will bring you to the room or assist to bring luggage or already put in the room for you. This one you do everything yourself after check in.
When we get into the hotel room it’s hot as no aircon is on. Then air con is broken so we called reception. With their broken English they insisted I don’t know how to turn on the aircon which I told them the air con is broken, after 15mins on the phone showing me how to on I keep telling them to send the staff up as we are so hot in the room as it’s summer and no window open and no fan was on after moving luggage. They came up and fix the air con for 45mins then told us it’s broken and need to change room. The whole hour we were sweating but no offer of water / drinks or anything and we just stand in the room while they fixing. When they decided the room need to be changed, they asked us to wait downstairs but leave the luggage in the room so we thought they will move luggage to the new room but they did not. Staff see us so hot at lobby didn’t tell us there is free drinking machine that we can get ice juices , they just watch us hot and sweat and not saying a word. When the new room is finished, they gave us the new room key and asked us to move the luggage ourself and return the old key. No help at all and wasted 1.5 hours of our onsen time. No apologies as well. I feel like being treated like a trash. Not enjoyable at all.
I paid extra for the sea view room which when they change my room they offered a slightly bigger room but my sea view was mostly blocked (in the pic )which I am not so happy.
There is amenities corner at the lobby, at night after the onsen we come back and want to take the lotion as early on it was gone and they didn’t replenish, the female staff have a bad attitude and flip her eyes ask us which room we stayed, we showed her the key and she said the cream is already in the room which her broken English. There is one set in the room but those are small one time pack which we finish after we had the onsen so we want to take another one. She was rude and insist we can’t take. Her attitude was so bad seems like we are stealing. There is an amenities cornor, if you not allowing guest to take please do not have this setup.
Food is okay with the buffet. Wagyu beef is nice but they is a normal standard for Japanese onsen buffet nothing too special.
Overall, with the price paying compare to other roykan in Japan, this hotel have very bad service to non Japanese. There is also nothing special for this onsen. Probably best to try somewhere else.

Ttravel-with-meWe had a fantastic stay at this Ryokan. The staff were so attentive and welcoming (Thanks to our room attendant, Suzan) We arrived a little earlier than check in but we could go up to the room and were provided with tea. The room was beautiful and the beds were prepared when we were eating dinner. We were shown how to wear the yukata and even had welly boots for the rainy weather. The food was the highlight, fresh seasonal ingredients (crab!) which was displayed like a piece of art. I wish we stayed longer, well worth the money!

UUsuario invitadoI stayed here for one night with my husband and our 9-year-old daughter, and we loved our visit. The hotel was accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early. Our room was very clean, the staff were attentive, and we could tell they wanted us to have a nice stay. The location was perfect - set back on a quiet street but right in the middle of all the onsens and shopping. We opted for the crab dinner, and it was an absolute feast. We ate for hours and still couldn't finish everything. They asked if we wanted to keep it for breakfast (which, of course, we did), so they served it in the morning along with the breakfast they planned. It was wonderful. They have a small onsen in the building, which was nice because the three of us could enjoy one bath together before going to the gender-separated onsens in town. I highly recommend staying here for a lovely and authentic Japanese experience.
