No muy lejos de la estación de Kinosaki, accesible en 10 minutos, a solo 100 m en la calle del lado izquierdo de la ciudad; hay varios yukatas para elegir cuando se compra (de cerca + se sienten viejos y descoloridos, el mismo estilo que algunos hoteles (la chaqueta del chaleco contrasta con el espacio). La tienda siempre es vieja por dentro, y es sorprendente que haya una falta de enchufes USB en esta época. La cena para dos noches es normal, con algunas patas de cangrejo (no lo suficientemente frescas), y la carne de pescado sashimi en realidad está acanalada, ¡pero el restaurante de sashimi en la esquina de la calle es plano y delicioso! La habitación está llena de olor a carne cuando se come ta tami en la sala del tesoro, y el olor a carne también está en todas partes cuando se duerme. También descubrí que Japón, especialmente aquí, también emplea a muchos trabajadores extranjeros. Mi hermana dijo que ha estado aquí durante 10 meses desde Vietnam, y está llena de sonrisas. Todavía hay margen de mejora.

Está bastante lejos de todos los restaurantes y de todos los onsen, pero tienen instalaciones para enviarlos a visitar todos los lugares alrededor de Kinosaki. Este servicio de transporte en automóvil comienza a las 4 p. m. Te proporcionan yukata y sandalias japonesas tradicionales (getta) para caminar por la ciudad. Está bastante lejos de la estación de tren, pero por suerte el servicio de información turística ofrece un autobús gratuito a este lugar. Incluso bastante lejos de otros lugares, pero nos encanta quedarnos aquí. Si les gusta caminar como a nosotros, pasarán por el túnel como atajo desde el hotel a la ciudad. La experiencia del desayuno es genial por la comida y el entorno. Nos proporcionaron una habitación privada para disfrutar del desayuno.

对不是日本人完全不友善的酒店 Not foreigner ( Western & Asian) friendly. We travelled around 70 Roykan in the last 3 years and this is the wrost service we ever had. Japanese get to seat and offered juices when they checked in while we have to stand at the front desk and no juice offered. We asked for the yukata rental (free rental) and the young staff just ignore us twice. We asked for sizes a few times then he just said it’s all here. Then when we picking the only two small sizes he grabbed and give it to the Japanese girl and ignore us or never ask us before he took it as he knows we are looking into those. Very rude. Most of ryokan will bring you to the room or assist to bring luggage or already put in the room for you. This one you do everything yourself after check in. When we get into the hotel room it’s hot as no aircon is on. Then air con is broken so we called reception. With their broken English they insisted I don’t know how to turn on the aircon which I told them the air con is broken, after 15mins on the phone showing me how to on I keep telling them to send the staff up as we are so hot in the room as it’s summer and no window open and no fan was on after moving luggage. They came up and fix the air con for 45mins then told us it’s broken and need to change room. The whole hour we were sweating but no offer of water / drinks or anything and we just stand in the room while they fixing. When they decided the room need to be changed, they asked us to wait downstairs but leave the luggage in the room so we thought they will move luggage to the new room but they did not. Staff see us so hot at lobby didn’t tell us there is free drinking machine that we can get ice juices , they just watch us hot and sweat and not saying a word. When the new room is finished, they gave us the new room key and asked us to move the luggage ourself and return the old key. No help at all and wasted 1.5 hours of our onsen time. No apologies as well. I feel like being treated like a trash. Not enjoyable at all. I paid extra for the sea view room which when they change my room they offered a slightly bigger room but my sea view was mostly blocked (in the pic )which I am not so happy. There is amenities corner at the lobby, at night after the onsen we come back and want to take the lotion as early on it was gone and they didn’t replenish, the female staff have a bad attitude and flip her eyes ask us which room we stayed, we showed her the key and she said the cream is already in the room which her broken English. There is one set in the room but those are small one time pack which we finish after we had the onsen so we want to take another one. She was rude and insist we can’t take. Her attitude was so bad seems like we are stealing. There is an amenities cornor, if you not allowing guest to take please do not have this setup. Food is okay with the buffet. Wagyu beef is nice but they is a normal standard for Japanese onsen buffet nothing too special. Overall, with the price paying compare to other roykan in Japan, this hotel have very bad service to non Japanese. There is also nothing special for this onsen. Probably best to try somewhere else.

Останавливались в отеле в октябре 2024 года. Взяли два номера на двоих. Плюсы: 1. Великолепные номера в стиле классического рекана: все очень красивое, аутентичное, масса мелких деталей, записок и подсказок для гостей, интересных безделушек в номере. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха. 2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам). 3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже. 4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель. 5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать. 6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались). 7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры. 8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный. Нюансы: 1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала. 2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

乘東航MU225於11:50落地大阪關西機場。出關取行李很快，12:30便上了蜜柚旅行訂的網約車（全新阿爾發3255元）3小時多點就到了小眾而有名的城崎温泉的酒店。其實飛機不晚點是可以乘JR（關西-大阪站-城崎温泉），出站可乘免費巴士到酒店。酒店比較新，雙床房很舒適，就是小冰箱裏酒水不免費，有些小氣。第一天晚餐是松葉蟹為主的懷石料理，第二天是魚系列。第二天乘纜車登高。温泉小鎮上小吃很多，海鮮、擔馬牛（其實就是神户牛，因神户無牛衹有口岸而冠名）。另外，酒店提供pass可免費去鎮上七家温泉泡池泡湯。第三天我們10點check out後便泡了3家，吃了海鮮午餐後，乘14:14的特快JR去了神户（附了JR時客表）。去大阪也很方便！

Прекрасно расположенный отель в тихом и уедененном месте. Доброжелательный персонал, который во всем помогает. У нас был номер с видом на сад с водопадом и возможностью выхода в сад. За это отдельное спасибо. По питанию: если берете завтраки и ужины, учитывайте, что время ужина - 2 часа, завтрака - 1 час. Это нужно понимать, если планируете день. Это питание в классическом японском стиле в ресторане отеля. Еда подается по очереди, все свежее и вкусное. Еды очень много. То есть ее так много, что это перебор как по мне. Ужин - это просто огромное количество еды. Рыба, крабы, закуски и тд. По отелю нам помогала девушка из Непала Kunvar Niruta, которая также нам помогала с питанием (рассказывала как и что правильно есть). По онсенам - есть приваты с фруктами и цветами (время пользования - 40 минут), которые можно забронировать раз в день, есть просто приваты, время пользования которыми не ограничено. Есть общественные бани. Также до станции ходит шатл-бас от отеля. Все в отеле хорошо, красиво, уютно, прикольно, аутентично, но вот короткий кран в умывальнике в номере, сильно неудобный, а так все отлично

Upon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.

Enjoyed our stay and experiencing our first onsen and kaiseki! They provided us with yukatas and passes to access the public baths, also had 3 private onsens on site. Friendly staff, lots of food included in the dinner and breakfast which they serve in your room and set up/pack up your bedding, with option for continental breakfast on our 2nd day instead of japanese style. Quiet, clean and futon bed was surprisingly comfortable. It’s about 8min walk from the train station which was fine for us but there’s a bus shuttle option right outside the station, and the hotel also offer bag drop off for a small fee when you leave so you don’t need to carry them. It’s close to the ropeway that you can ride up for nice views. Also right near the best public onsen in our opinion. (Be sure to check the onsen hours we missed out on one and note 2 are currently closed for renovations). A few things worth noting - breakfast is served early, you can pick 8 or 8.30am. If you are sensitive to light, it’s not completely dark when sleeping, sun comes through the windows as it has the traditional paper screen style. Also there in not a shower in your room, you need to use the onsen showers (either the private ones on site which you can’t book so can’t guarantee availability but both times we wanted to use them we were able to, or at the public onsens.) Overall we would recommend staying here to treat yourself to some peaceful rest and relaxation.

La ubicación es inmejorable, enclavada en un callejón junto a Jizo-yu (un baño japonés tradicional), tranquila y alejada de la calle principal, por lo que no hay ruido de coches ni el traqueteo de los zuecos. El registro de entrada es a las 16:00. Si llega antes, puede que no haya nadie; simplemente deje su equipaje en la puerta y dé un paseo. Hay cámaras de seguridad por todas partes, así que es muy seguro. Las habitaciones varían en tamaño; la que se le asigne dependerá totalmente de la suerte. Pero tenga la seguridad de que cada habitación tiene su propio carácter único, muy japonés, con fragantes tatamis y detalles cuidados. Por una noche de estancia, cada persona recibe dos pases para el baño, así que planifique en consecuencia: uno por la tarde, otro en el baño privado de la casa de huéspedes por la noche y otro en el baño público a las 7:00 del día siguiente, después del cual podrá marcharse. Las comidas fueron sorprendentemente deliciosas, todos platos caseros japoneses. Tuvimos la suerte de probar el cangrejo de las nieves, que nos encantó. El único inconveniente fue la comunicación. Ninguno de los empleados de esta pensión familiar hablaba inglés, e incluso el software de traducción no era preciso. Básicamente, ellos hablaban japonés, yo inglés y mi amigo chino: ¡una conversación a tres bandas! Sin embargo, los dueños fueron muy amables.
