Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Villa was very well kept, with excellent views of the ocean. Pleasantly surprised by complimentary puddings and drinks. Manual grinder and coffee beans were a nice touch. Cons: Unable to drive directly to the villa due to safety policy. This made loading/unloading luggage very inconvenient. The walk to the carpark required negotiating a slippery gravel slope, which was even more dangerous in low-light conditions. Recommend to improve this with proper stairs or paved pathway.

The location is quite nice, just a 10–15 minute walk to the main shopping street. The hotel uses a self-service check-in system, but the process is straightforward and not difficult at all. The room is surprisingly spacious, with a kitchen and laundry area, which was very convenient. However, the bed sheets and bedding are quite old, so it would be great if the owner could consider replacing them with new ones. The main issue during our stay was the gas canisters stored right in front of the entrance. I understand that they may be necessary for heating or other purposes, especially during the harsh winter. However, unfortunately, the gas smell got into our room, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. We had to keep the window open throughout the night to reduce the smell. I would strongly recommend that the owner consider storing the gas canisters somewhere else, away from the entrance and guest rooms. I think this would significantly improve both the comfort and safety of the stay.

Room in dorm spacious. We have place for suitcase, and we can move freely in the room. Big sharing bathroom. Clean and well located. 10min from the train station. Very convenient and easy to self check in after 7pm. inconvenient: smell of food in the room, miss a small shelf: I'm not used to sleep under my phone(...-_-) and the light of the bed, is really low. We can't even read. But I will recommend it.

The room was small but super clean and cleverly set up with cool high-tech features. The lighting was cozy and made the space feel really comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, but dinner was absolutely exceptional—definitely a highlight of the stay. The location is great too, right next to the river, which is perfect for a peaceful morning walk. The staff at check-in were super friendly and helpful. Overall, a really pleasant experience!

I chose this guesthouse for its proximity to the train station and great value for the money, and I'm so glad I did! Even though it's a bit far from Sapporo city, the short 2-minute walk to the train station made getting around a breeze. The unit had everything I needed, including a washing machine and cooking essentials, which really made my stay comfortable. I definitely plan to book this guesthouse again for my next winter trip!

這次來小樽，在這家酒店住了兩晚，特別滿意！酒店前台和工作人員服務態度真的特別特別好，入住體驗超棒！酒店裡有温泉，早餐晚餐也準備得很豐盛，晚餐是在一個單獨的小和室，私密性很好！出行方面，門口就是巴士站，坐巴士去市區很便利，另外酒店早上九點半也有免費的接駁車可以到市區的巴士站，總之特別滿意的一次入住！再次誇獎一下服務態度，真的很棒～住得很開心的兩天！

Positive: 1. Great Location decent size room with double sized beds with big space to move around compare to most other Japanese hotel 2. love the indoor parking at basement garage, especially during winter no snow cleaning required every morning. Negative: 1. lift is out of service, very inconvenient for people with big luggage, had to carry all the way up to the 3rd Floor. 2. Fake carpets on stairs, almost tripped over couple of times. 3. Owner never responds when assistance needed, upon on check-in, the pin code been given is useless because the room door are always unlocked, actual key is placed on the table in the room. Tried to contact the owner via WeChat WhatsApp line phone calls none of above responded, just seemed like the hotel is unmanned the whole time. 4. Had a little incident one morning where one of the guest parked his car right front of the parking garage door, which blocked my way out, again had to contact the owner, never responded, got no choice but to contact police for help.

Ventajas: el entorno natural es bueno, el agua verde y las montañas rodeadas, el aire es fresco, y se puede ver estrellas en las noches. Desventajas: A una distancia de la ciudad, hay un gran hotel cerca de la ciudad que puede ofrecer servicio de comida. No hay ventilador ni jaulas de agua caliente (las jaulas están compartidas en la recepción, el corredor tiene compartidas máquinas de agua caliente). No hay mesa en la habitación y no es conveniente poner cosas. El tipo de habitación que se ofrece es diferente de la descripción de Trip.com (sin sofá).

Pro: Nice looking apartment, spacious for family of 4. Carpark lot was provided for the guest. Easy to check-in Walking distance to the otaru canal Cons: There was urine stench inside the toilet. I had to clean the toilet seat and around it unfortunately the smell still remained. Secondly, we can smell cigarette at the living room in the morning as we believed that there was a guest smoking g from upstairs or downstairs.
