Excellent onsen with very nice private onsen in the room surrounded by Sakura trees. Very nice omakase dinner served in room, excellent service from the team. Lounge area serving beer, sparkling wines and other non alcoholic beverage all inclusive in the package price is a nice touch. Highly recommended

服務：日式服務基本無處挑剔，唯獨前台與服務生英語口音交流有點障礙。旅店自帶一次接客服務，要是還有送客服務就完美了。 衞生：整潔無浮灰，所有物品疊放整齊。 温泉：和式温泉旅館等重中之重，兩湯輪換，半山腰的雪景同時俯瞰小樽，美極了，水温合適，設備齊全，就是換衣間因為年代久遠沒有擴建顯得有些狹小，不過在沒有幾個住客的旅館無傷大雅，有時可以享受到一人温泉。 餐食：帶一份晚餐與早餐，一泊二食。晚餐omakase，食材是獨屬冬季北海道的鮮美，口味因人而異，總體質量不錯；早餐經典日式早餐，清淡健康。 通勤：享受這樣富有韻味的温泉和式旅館，必不可少得忍受它不便利的交通，酒店在山上，若是沒有提前聯繫好接送，衹能打車。 設施：年代久遠卻不破敗，所有房間設施都有舒適的使用體驗。温泉區設施大部分使用體驗很好，保留傳統的用浴流程，吹風機稍顯老舊。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family had a wonderful stay at UNWIND Hotel Sapporo. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. We also enjoyed the free wine service in the evening, which was a lovely touch and made our stay feel even more special. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced at JPY 1,500 per night, making it easy for us to explore Hokkaido by car. Overall, our family loved this hotel and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families and travelers with a rental car!

I had a wonderful stay at OMO5 Otaru. The hotel strikes a great balance between modern comfort and Otaru’s historic charm, with beautifully designed and up-to-date interiors. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, making it a comfortable place to unwind. The facilities were excellent and there are little touches that encourage guests to explore Otaru. The carpark was however very limited (6 lots) and we were directed to the tourist carpark about 10min walk away. Every staff member I interacted with was warm and professional. Combined with its convenient location within walking distance of the Otaru Canal, shopping streets, and many restaurants, OMO5 Otaru is an excellent base for exploring the city. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit.

Hotel is cozy and quiet Nice view ( otaru canal ) from the room , especially the sunrise . I very enjoy which it Room space is good enough , even you unpack your luggage , it’s still have space to walk

It's an interesting experience as the hotel is situated at the outskirts. The onsen in the room is perfect, with a perfect seat view. Room is pretty old school and big. As the location is pretty remote, there isn't much night activity around. It is pretty kind of the hotel to offer shuttle service to Otaru JR.

free parking, nearby grocery supermarket within walking distance. Room is big & easier for check-in & check out process. price is valuable.

La ubicación es muy conveniente si estás en ski/snowboard. Es bastante centralizado a la mayoría de las pistas y sólo 30 minutos en coche a la ciudad de Otaru. Sólo a la baja no hay comida cerca del hotel tiene 2 restaurantes. El japonés era excelente, bueno con un precio razonable, desgraciadamente sólo abierto unos días por semana.

El apartamento ofrece una estancia práctica y cómoda, especialmente para aquellos que buscan explorar Otaru en pie. La inclusión pensada de los tobillos y la pasta de dientes fue un buen toque, y la microonda fue útil para reaquecer rápidamente. El confort está bien gestionado con un aire acondicionado y un calefactor, que garantiza una temperatura agradable independientemente del tiempo. La máquina de lavar fue una gran comodidad, y tuvimos opciones para secar ropa en el pendiente dentro de la habitación o en el balcón. La ubicación es un destacado lugar, que está a poca distancia a pie de Otaru Canal y Sakaimachi Street. También nos pareció conveniente tener un Lawson y varios restaurantes cerca, aunque es una buena idea comprobar sus horas de apertura, ya que pueden variar. Consideraciones importantes para su estancia La ubicación es excelente, pero es importante señalar que la carretera que conduce al edificio es estrena, lo que podría ser especialmente difícil si conduciría, y no nos aconsejaríamos conducir durante el invierno debido a las condiciones de la carretera. Para los que tienen un coche, hay dos zonas de estacionamiento disponibles. El más cercano tiene tres franjas horarias, mientras que una opción ligeramente más amplia ofrece aproximadamente 12 franjas horarias. Tenga en cuenta esto, especialmente si usted concede prioridad a un lugar de estacionamiento más cercano.

Positive: 1. Great Location decent size room with double sized beds with big space to move around compare to most other Japanese hotel 2. love the indoor parking at basement garage, especially during winter no snow cleaning required every morning. Negative: 1. lift is out of service, very inconvenient for people with big luggage, had to carry all the way up to the 3rd Floor. 2. Fake carpets on stairs, almost tripped over couple of times. 3. Owner never responds when assistance needed, upon on check-in, the pin code been given is useless because the room door are always unlocked, actual key is placed on the table in the room. Tried to contact the owner via WeChat WhatsApp line phone calls none of above responded, just seemed like the hotel is unmanned the whole time. 4. Had a little incident one morning where one of the guest parked his car right front of the parking garage door, which blocked my way out, again had to contact the owner, never responded, got no choice but to contact police for help.
