(Nosotros encontramos sitio un poco tarde...). Cuesta entre 600 y 700 yenes al día; si no, aparcar en el hotel cuesta 1500 yenes y hay que desalojar el aparcamiento antes de las 11:00. Así que, si volviéramos a ir, aparcaríamos en el otro aparcamiento. El desayuno es increíble, ¡aunque estaba abarrotado! El onsen está bien, pero es una habitación pequeña, así que se llena mucho en las horas punta. ¡Aunque agradecimos las comodidades del onsen (productos para el cuidado de la piel)! Las vistas desde la habitación son bonitas si da a la montaña."

"Todo perfecto. El onsen, el ramen por la noche, el helado y el yokult gratis fueron un detalle muy agradable. El ambiente es muy agradable y el personal profesional siempre está disponible para ayudar. El aparcamiento automático de varias plantas en el establecimiento, para mayor tranquilidad, cuesta 1400 yenes. A menos que quieras dar una vuelta para encontrar algo 200 yenes más barato. La habitación era perfecta y las almohadas con memoria de forma permitieron dormir bien. Eso sí, a algunos les resultó un poco difícil. Por lo demás, no tengo quejas."

"This hotel is excellent in every aspect. The staff are incredibly friendly and, despite limited English, they make a genuine effort to communicate. Three staff members were waiting outside for our check-in, and they escorted us all the way to the door during check-out. The location is super convenient, right next to the Otaru Canal, and it's a quick walk to Otaru Station. The hotel offers a lounge (accessible to all guests) and a smoking area. Outside the public bath, there are complimentary ice cream and Yakult drinks. Our room window opened right onto the canal, and the room was fully equipped with everything we needed. We initially thought our room wouldn't have a bathtub, but to our surprise, it did, and the bathroom window also offered a direct view of the Otaru Canal. Even the bathwater is natural hot spring water! Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. While it might not suit everyone's palate, the Furukawa staff are very accommodating and try their best to make adjustments. For example, my fiancée doesn't eat raw food, and they were able to substitute those items for us. All in all, if you're looking to stay a night in Otaru, I highly recommend this hotel."
