Muchas gracias por la reseña del anterior huésped, ¡fue excelente! La experiencia coincide a la perfección con la descripción; es justo el tipo de hotel en el que quería alojarme. Limpio, higiénico y sin olores, es un bungalow de estilo japonés con capacidad para cuatro personas. Incluye cocina y lavandería; me siento más como en casa que en la mía. Me encanta la tranquilidad del entorno; me da la sensación de vivir en armonía con la naturaleza. ¡Es maravilloso despertar con el sol cada día! Ideal para quienes viajan por carretera.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Churaumi Village. The house we rented was perfectly equipped and very functional. The warm and efficient welcome made everything easy — from booking a truly authentic restaurant in Motobu to getting recommendations for the Bise Beach that we loved, where we saw the most amazing litlle fishes. Breakfast was traditional Okinawan and delicious, and the room had clear information folders that made our stay even smoother. I should also mention that I forgot my glasses, and Juri and Suzuki went above and beyond to send them back to us in France. Their patience and professionalism were truly outstanding — one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We would return without a second thought!”

The location and facilities inside the room are nice, however, the customer service is not ideal. It is normally assumed that after booking a hotel online with a booking confirmation, all necessary information is already on the confirmation letter. However, travelers who stay at this property will still have to actively reach out to the hotel for check-in ID in order to do self-check-in via iPad. It would be great if the hotel could reach out to the traveler before their check-in. What's even worse is that during the check-in process, we did a face-to-face meeting via iPad, and there was no information provided by the staff that we would need a password to enter the hotel after certain hours. After dinner outside, when we returned to the hotel, we were locked outside the hotel, and luckily, we were able to call the Japanese phone number via the public phone. It would have been a nightmare if there had been no public phone or if no one from the hotel had picked up the phone.

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La capacidad de la cabeza de la ducha era increíblemente fuerte, pude lavarme el pelo 2 veces más rápido que las duchas normales! La habitación era muy confortable, las camas también estaban cómodas, pero si necesitas espacios adicionales para tu familia, puedes usar un futon adicional (aunque tienes que pedir el cuenta y pagar). Me sorprendió durante mi estancia, casi no había clientes que hicieran mi experiencia de baño muy agradable.

It’s as advertised - little white cabins (around 8 of them) with its own parking space that should cater up to 2-3 cars that are not too far off from the main road but you won’t be disturbed by the driving noise or neighbours. The reception is also in a cabin that’s to your right when driving into the accommodation site. Our booking was payment on site (not prepaid) but the WiFi was down during check-in so had to pay cash - just take note if your booking is the same as ours. Not wheelchair or stroller friendly as there are steps leading to the door of your cabin. Cleanliness definitely can be improved but it’s bearable for 1 night stay. The amenities are not bad, comes with washing machine with detergent though no dryer. The kettle/boiler of our cabin was not in good condition as we bought water from the nearby Lawson. There’s 2 single beds & a sofa bed expandable to a queen size bed, so can fit 4 adults, but the sofa bed is not that comfortable as the centre has sunken quite a bit. There’s a frosted window in the shower that’s without curtain so showering is a bit weird, constantly aware of anyone is looking in.. Lawson is very close by, walkable but if you have your own car, just save the hassle & drive down. Not many restaurants or supermarkets around the area, so you’ll have to drive to get around. Overall, decent stay for 1 night at very reasonable price but cleanliness is something I hope they can improve greatly on.

Lovely hotel, nice building, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and good to stargaze nearby. They also have a micro pig - very cute. We rented their e-bikes and went to the beach in Ada. Food was ok, they also have vending machines selling drinks and meals. There are washers and dryers you can use as well. If you go there you really need a car or some form of transport.

El estacionamiento es suficiente, la estadía es autoayuda, la gente delantera casi pasa diez minutos para completarla, esperando media hora hasta llegar a nosotros, el piso no está en el suelo, un poco de humor, la habitación es limpia.

Las habitaciones del hotel son bonitas y grandes. El aparcamiento cuesta 1500 yenes. El precio de la habitación es muy barato. Hay una tienda de conveniencia cerca, a solo 2 minutos a pie. No se puede hacer el check-in temprano. Pero creo que es tranquilo, así que está bien.

En general, es un hotel decente. La ubicación no es ideal debido a la dificultad de cruzar el puente sin coche (no hay autobuses) y a la falta de supermercados abiertos las 24 horas cerca. La habitación era completamente blanca; me sentí como en un hospital. La almohada era incómoda y el aire acondicionado era malo, pero el refrigerador era increíblemente ruidoso. No pude dormir bien allí y me despertaba cada hora y media o dos horas. Terminé reservando otro hotel, perdiendo el dinero de dos noches, pero al menos dormí bien allí. No tengo ninguna queja del personal; fueron muy amables.

I got so many problems during the check in session and I was really disappointed about the arrangement. I did not received any check in guideline from the hotel before the check in day. When I arrived the location, i released that it is a residential apartment. I called the hotel hotline for help, a lady picked up my call, but claimed no one can speak English. She insisted no one can help me for check in. I called her 4 times, and also keep sending an email and messages asked for a check in guideline, but still no one can help. I can only called Trip.com CS for help, and it was already 00:00 at midnight. I was with my 6 year old son, hang out on the street. Under the assistance from Trip.com, with over 10 calls back and forth, I can finally got in the room, but it's already 2:30am. I spent 3 hours to check in the room.
