Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Churaumi Village. The house we rented was perfectly equipped and very functional. The warm and efficient welcome made everything easy — from booking a truly authentic restaurant in Motobu to getting recommendations for the Bise Beach that we loved, where we saw the most amazing litlle fishes. Breakfast was traditional Okinawan and delicious, and the room had clear information folders that made our stay even smoother. I should also mention that I forgot my glasses, and Juri and Suzuki went above and beyond to send them back to us in France. Their patience and professionalism were truly outstanding — one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We would return without a second thought!”

Везде ходили пешком. От остановки к Отелю дорога вверх, но не слишком утомительно идти пешком 9 минут, дорога хорошая. Можно в отеле брать на прокат электрические велосипеды 2000 иен в сутки, или почасовая оплата. Проживание было очень удобным и комфортным. Это кондоминиум и в номере есть всё необходимое для готовки и стирки.Номер чистый Печь газовая, но пользоваться просто. Есть микроволновка и всё необходимое. Есть сковородка и посуда, стиральная машина и сушилка. Служащий на стойке регистрации был очень любезен, по преварительному звонку помог нам заселиться после окончания времени заселения (наш рейс перенесли на позднее время, но нам оставили ключ в номере). Для звонка в отель пришлось просить служащего аэропорта на сервисной стойке, так как иностранцу купить японскую сим-карту для звонков невозможно ( в аэропорту продают только для интернета). Можно заказать завтраки: в отель приносят бенто-боксы каждое утро, вполне вкусно. На стойке есть кофе в дрип-пакетиках, зубные щётки и паста . После выселения ( до 11ч) разрешили оставить на стойке свои чемоданы до вечера, чтобы налегке погулять в последний раз по Ocean park и океанариуму.

Facilities-wise, not much as a service apartment. The shower ”column” in the master bedroom is really small ..., all the basins are at the wrong height, just too low. I need to bend more than 90 degrees to reach the tap and I am not tall. The redeeming point is that Family Mart is just beside the lobby. Parking is very ample and convenient.

Lovely hotel, nice building, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and good to stargaze nearby. They also have a micro pig - very cute. We rented their e-bikes and went to the beach in Ada. Food was ok, they also have vending machines selling drinks and meals. There are washers and dryers you can use as well. If you go there you really need a car or some form of transport.

Beautiful view and nice public bathhouse, but no cold plunge. The rooms are old and unrefined. Only two bright white overhead lights that cannot be dimmed, plus a single lamp on the nightstand that must be unplugged in order to plug in anything else near the beds, which are uncomfortable and creaky. Futon sets in the Japanese/Western room can only be used “with permission” and at an additional charge. Mini fridge sits on top of a baking sheet. Security latch for door does not have a corresponding part and is therefore is useless.

It’s as advertised - little white cabins (around 8 of them) with its own parking space that should cater up to 2-3 cars that are not too far off from the main road but you won’t be disturbed by the driving noise or neighbours. The reception is also in a cabin that’s to your right when driving into the accommodation site. Our booking was payment on site (not prepaid) but the WiFi was down during check-in so had to pay cash - just take note if your booking is the same as ours. Not wheelchair or stroller friendly as there are steps leading to the door of your cabin. Cleanliness definitely can be improved but it’s bearable for 1 night stay. The amenities are not bad, comes with washing machine with detergent though no dryer. The kettle/boiler of our cabin was not in good condition as we bought water from the nearby Lawson. There’s 2 single beds & a sofa bed expandable to a queen size bed, so can fit 4 adults, but the sofa bed is not that comfortable as the centre has sunken quite a bit. There’s a frosted window in the shower that’s without curtain so showering is a bit weird, constantly aware of anyone is looking in.. Lawson is very close by, walkable but if you have your own car, just save the hassle & drive down. Not many restaurants or supermarkets around the area, so you’ll have to drive to get around. Overall, decent stay for 1 night at very reasonable price but cleanliness is something I hope they can improve greatly on.

Our rooms are with ocean view. Excellent views in the morning. Rooms are generally clean and quiet. A washing machine is provided in each room. So we don’t need to go out to a specific laundry room to wash clothes. Washing powder is available at the front desk. 100 Yen per bag. Parking (1000 yen per day) is also available. Different kinds of restaurants can be found within 10 minutes’ walk.
