Location & Aesthetic
The positioning is peerless. To have Emerald Beach as your front yard and the aquarium as your neighbor is a luxury few hotels can claim. The architecture maximizes the stunning views of Ie Island, and the transition from the sophisticated lobby to the pristine coastal surroundings is seamless. The resort successfully captures the 'Okinawa Blue' spirit in every corner.
Service & Amenities
The service here felt notably more 'high-touch' and personalized. The staff navigate the complexities of a large-scale resort with grace and genuine warmth—a step above the standard 'transactional' service seen in city hotels. You can feel the passion and warmth the moment you arrive at the resort.
Accommodation Note
The rooms are impressively spacious by Japanese standards and the location is right in between Churaumi Aquarium and Bise Fukugi Tree Road by foot!!!
Guest Tip: Ensure you are present at your balcony to embrace the magnificent sunset. Watching the sun dip below the horizon around 5:00 PM is a transformative experience that defines the beauty of this resort.

UUsuario anónimoПервое впечатление от лобби пафосно-камерно. Провожают к столу, приносят приветственный напиток. Оформляют заселение. Комнаты большие, вид из окна прекрасный . Комнаты как на фото. Завтраки классные, каждое утро готовят яйцо бенедикт. Был один день сок из манго. Зеленое смузи каждый день. Можно сварить собу. А можно обменять завтрак на ланч в рядом стоящем отеле. И в него также можно ходить в бассейны, так как они там побольше. В описании номера написано, что вид на море, но на третьем этаже, немного мешает треугольная крыша, но вид все равно бомбический.

YYan ReevesWe had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically.
Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks.
Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan.
A few pieces of advice to the management:
1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours
2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them
3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once.
4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care?
5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician
6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies.
What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.

UUsuario invitadoUn ambiente tranquilo y amigable. Fue un lugar donde me enamoré de la comodidad. Había un inconveniente en tener que conducir porque no había tiendas de conveniencia ni restaurantes cerca, pero otros aspectos eran tan buenos que creo que podía soportar ese inconveniente.
En primer lugar, el baño era muy, muy grande y fácil de usar.

Sugerir que el hotel pueda proporcionar algo que expulsa insectos
El precio del hotel no es barato, la ubicación geográfica no es conveniente 
No puedo imaginar que nadie pueda ayudar a llevar el equipaje a la habitación después de la entrada.

JJC0613Este es un resort increíble con vistas y servicio excelentes. Me encanta el jacuzzi y la cama. Sin embargo, el desayuno está por debajo de la media para un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Se puede llegar a la zona de buceo en 15-20 minutos y está muy cerca del Cabo Manzamo. En fin, tengo que volver la próxima vez que viaje a Okinawa.

Aún no es temporada alta para los deportes acuáticos, por lo que algunas instalaciones están cerradas, pero puedes pasar la mayor parte del día paseando por la zona del hotel. El autobús gratuito puede circular entre la entrada principal y el vestíbulo, e incluso puedes tomar el autobús del aeropuerto hasta la central de autobuses frente a Onna Beach. En la mayoría de las ocasiones en el hotel puede encontrar personal de servicio que habla chino para comunicarse, pero para cenar se requieren reservas en línea, por lo que es necesario acostumbrarse.

WWEILUNGLa ubicación del hotel es un poco distante. Debe haber personas que conduzcan por sí mismas para llegar. Todas las habitaciones se transforman en el primer piso del mar para ver el panorama del mar por encima de los 2 pisos de varios túneles. La piscina es pequeña, el restaurante es también pequeño, no hay muchos habitaciones, el hotel puede ir directamente a la playa para jugar agua, El primer piso de la playa de vuelta con agua puede ser limpiado y la presión del aire puede limpiar el desierto en sus pies. El paisaje es muy bonito, es un pequeño hotel de vacaciones relajado y no perturbado.

UUsuario invitadoWe brought our 3+ years old boy on a 2 night stay during golden week (May 2024) and opted in for a dinner buffet on the first night. It was 2200 yen per adult n foc for my boy. The spread was limited but worth all its penny as the beef was so tender and juicy so i feasted on it. All other dishes were also very good.
The private beach was convenient and the water was so clear it looked like mineral water. There was a 50% discount voucher you can get from the hotel reception for the banana boat ride at the private beach and our boy enjoyed this and another ride. The young instructor who pulled us out on a jet ski for our water rides was friendly and went at a good speed for our 3 year old who was doing the water actitivties for the first time without us having to tell him to do so. He even went to the coral reefs and picked up a starfish n a sea cucumber to show our boy before returning it back to the sea. The water activites was affordable with the discount, price similar to Msia/Thailand/Indonesia resorts i have been to.
I was apprehensive booking this resort after reading the reviews on the state of the hotel showing signs of aging. However, the place was well maintained. There was an unpleasant smell when i opened the door to our room but its actually just the tatami which needed some airing. After opening the windows to let in the natural breeze, all was good. Cleaniness for toilet was good too; just need to figure out the temp control for the shower. The onsite onsen was clean and easily accessible at the basement, and wld have cost us at least 1200yen for a visit to a public onsite iin naha.
Totally recommend this resort for a fam outing with young children. I understand they have barrier free access rooms on the first floor of the resort so there were some families with elderly too.
