La ubicación era excelente, muy cerca de la estación JR. A poca distancia a pie de muchas atracciones turísticas. Había un Lawson justo al lado del hotel. El desayuno era sencillo pero lo suficientemente bueno para un desayuno rápido. El personal era amable y servicial. Sería mejor si se pudieran proporcionar discos de algodón.

Walking distance of 3 to 4 minutes from Hakodate Train Station. Besides a Gold Gym (2nd floor), Lawson convenience store. Near Tram stop, near bus station. Nearby is big store selling delicacies, pharmacy/ Drugstore. Waterfront about 10 minutes walk with some fresh seafood restaurants. Hakodate being an important export hub of seafood. Various fresh seafood abound.

The lovely old gentleman serving as at night was one of the best front desk staff I’ve ever met. We originally planned to arrive at the property in the afternoon. However, our flight was cancelled and we had to seek alternative, delaying our arrival time until 23:00. When we arrive, we thought we will be self-checking in. But as we step inside the property from a heavy snow, we saw this kind gentleman waiting for us right at the door. He greeted us, helped us check in, and explained everything clearly. He offered us free flow free drinks and free ice cream (which was also very tasty) When we wanted to have some late night snacks bought from a convenient store, he also helped us reheat the food. 誠にありがとうございます！ Everything else was great as well! The room was comfortable, the breakfast was yummy, and it’s so nice to have a hot spring after out in the cold for the entire day.

The room size is standard for Japan. There is a man-made hot spring with a good variety of shampoo and bath products available. The breakfast is standard—nothing special, but decent overall. Only one type of sashimi (squid) is offered. A convenience store is located right next door, just 1–2 minutes’ walk away, which is very convenient.

¡Amor de la hospitalidad del equipo, nos hace sentir bienvenidos! La habitación es muy decente, el desayuno complimentario es increíble!! Me gustaría recomendar este hotel para cualquiera que visite Hakodate, el Izakaya junto al hotel también es muy recomendado! El hotel está situado justo fuera del hotel, a muchos restaurantes de la zona, y ofrece una paraguas para su uso gratuito, que es extremadamente pensable y muy apreciado!

Not the closest from JR station, but just a straight walk for 10m around. So you get closer to local eatong area of 大門橫町! There are supermarkets, convince stores and tram station in a street walk. There is breakfast, many options of choices; self-service bar for soft, hot and cold drinks and snacks and even alcoholic items too; complimentary noodles at night time Washing machine, comic books, hot-spring spa, bike rental are all available. Also capsule or standard rooms as of your budgets. The staffs are kind and helpful, please keep your works, especially showing extra helps (foods and energy drinks) for runners on marathon race just same day.Thanks a lot🙏

Close to everything, good food places nearby, the minus can be called the super small bathroom (hard to fit into if you are 1.8+). For that price it’s ok

Cool little hotel hidden away in a corner of Hakodate. It's still walking distance from the station and other sights, the price is extremely affordable and they have snacks machines in the lobby. I got a very ”chilly” vibe from the lobby - the staff are just standing around in silence, no music, seems kind of dreary? They could do something to make the lobby area seem more pleasant and fun, but overall I was happy to get such a great deal, and I would stay there again.

價錢很實惠，窗外看得到五稜墎，離路面電車站近，離五稜墎公園走路約15～20分鐘，附近餐廳也多 設施都很實用 本館很舒適😆有refa 的蓮蓬頭跟吹風機⋯⋯另外房間的燈是可以調光的，插座設計也很貼心，早餐免費（就是每個人一個餐盤，上面菜固定數量，下面飯、麵還有沖泡式味噌湯跟青菜可以自己加，早餐減量☺️ 洗烘衣服、咖啡、冰棒都免費，有三溫暖不過我沒用到☺️ 重點休息室有酒，可以免費喝到飽🤣 旁邊還有一堆懶骨頭可以躺
