For the accommodation, I paid a total of €199.13 through Trip.com. This consisted of €185.13 paid online in advance and an additional €14.00 paid locally. However, upon our arrival at the accommodation, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional €66.20. This additional charge was not clearly disclosed to me during the booking process on Trip.com. In particular, there was no clear indication that we would be required to pay an additional €66.20 upon arrival. I ultimately paid the €66.20, even though I did not agree with the additional charge. The reason was that we were already at the accommodation and needed somewhere to stay. I did not want to risk being denied access to the apartment and being left without accommodation. I also informed the host/property manager at the time that I would clarify the matter with Trip.com afterwards. I therefore request that you investigate this matter and provide a full refund of the additional €66.20, provided that this fee was not properly and transparently disclosed during the booking process. I would also like you to clarify: * Why was the €66.20 charge not clearly disclosed during the booking process? * What exactly was the €66.20 charge for? * Why was this amount only requested upon arrival? * Was this additional charge actually permitted under the terms agreed between Trip.com and the property? Please provide me with a written explanation and arrange a refund of €66.20. I would also like to make clear that I paid the additional amount solely because I was already at the property and did not want to risk being left without accommodation. My payment should therefore not be interpreted as acceptance that the charge was properly disclosed or valid under my original booking. Thank you for investigating this matter. Estancia inolvidable, personal acogedor. Habitaciones cómodas y desayuno abundante. Además el hotel está situado en el centro muy cerca del estadio.

The bed & breakfast, the room, and the service all are top-notch. BUT the location really is NOT the best especially if you’re traveling alone: 20+ minutes from old town by walking, didn’t feel safe to do the walk alone at night (even in the daylight I switched to the other side of the pedestrian walk to avoid crowds that made me feel uncomfortable). On Sunday, not many places opened for breakfast. If I’d visit Verona again, I’d stay in the old town.

Marilyn Red Hotel, ¡donde ha vivido Mari! Aunque la habitación no es tan grande como la imagen, es un hotel muy refinado. Justo al lado del Verona Round Theatre, en el corazón del área escénica, básicamente caminando a todas las atracciones, ¡el tiempo se puede controlar en media hora! La calle de lujo de al lado es suficiente para un día entero. El restaurante recomendado por Michelin en la planta baja, el precio también es razonable, la estación de tren también está a 15 minutos a pie, no hay necesidad de preocuparse por la ubicación del hotel. Fue solo que el bar en la azotea tuvo un banquete privado ese día, pero no pude experimentarlo, ¡pero se sintió genial por la noche!

This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. It is situated in the best part of Verona, lots of Restaurants and shops. But very best things about this Hotel are, its cleanliness , and very attentive staff. Breakfast is varied and plentiful . You could not wish for a better place to stay. We shall definitely return.

When in Verona and you are looking for privacy, this is the place to stay. It's very close to the center, supermarket around the corner, quiet, easy to walk. The owner takes very good care with information and makes you feel welcome. The apartment has everything you need and even more. In short, we will come back

I just really loved my stay in this marvelous hotel, the room is just like a piece of art because it is full of design items and I enjoyed them all. The breakfast was so tasty and sophisticated. The staff is friendly. I loved that I had chosen to stay here because it was a really unforgettable experience. I would love to return here one day.

At first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the limited reviews. I wasn't sure whether to choose this one or another 4-star hotel, but in the end, I went with this hotel due to its proximity to the train station (1 km) and better rates. To my surprise, everything was great—the room was a good size and very clean. There's also an elevator to reach the rooms, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up stairs. staff are friendly too , they will recommend you where to visit in Verona. The downside, however, is that the room's soundproofing isn't very strong. I could hear people running or walking in the corridor outside. Additionally, the room key is a traditional key with a heavy keychain, rather than a key card. But it wasn't a major issue for me, as you can leave the key at the reception. The breakfast was decent for the price.

Чистые, приятные апартаменты. Всё соответствует описанию. Единственный минус - в наших апартаментах нашли двух тараканов, сразу (ночью) связались с администраторами, нас в течение 10-15 минут переселили в апартаменты на другом этаже, там таких проблем не было.
