やや中心部から離れていますが、バグドグラ空港からシッキムに移動のために利用したので問題ありません。建物はバトミントンコートの脇に客室があり、地元の方が練習していたりします。気になる人はおすすめしません。部屋はシンプルですが、居心地良いです。冬の利用ですが追加の毛布があり、寒くありませんでした。また、朝食もシンプルなインド料理ですが、とても美味しく、スタッフも親切でした。犬が沢山いますので、犬が嫌いな方はおすすめしません。

Tourists Travel, encontró en THE LOFT HOTEL una estancia muy limpia y cómoda después de un largo día de viaje. Todo el personal es muy servicial y receptivo a las solicitudes, respetuoso en todos los sentidos. Todas las comidas eran deliciosas y se servían con una sonrisa.

This is a transit hotel for people going to various destination within north bengal, sikkim, bhutan. Hotel has all amenities as required for short stay. Good location, connected to major rail, bus auto, taxi stands. Food is good, breakfast us ok not much choice. Staff behaviour is ok. Only one negative is allowing lobbies to be smoking.

We stayed there for 3 days. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and reached out immediately even for minor inconveniences. The food was very good as well. Rooms were tidy and well maintained.

The road to the hotel was a bit broken. Otherwise, a good experience.
