Hotel Saluja

The worst service ever , kindly stay away from this hotel. Broken phones , late meals and if by chance you forget any belongings and you want them to send it over, just forget it. Thats how bad their service is, I left my stuff there and no one wants to send it over.

Despite booking it for 3 person, we were charged for extra bed. ******* should have mentioned about the charges

DISGUSTING Smell, bedsheet had hairs and stain, room has moulds. They asked me to upgrade to get better room but it was worse and charged just because I requested clean room. TERRIBLE.

I checked in on 7th and checked out on 11th trust me an experience can not be this bad. Stinking lift to start with pieces of gutkha . Wrapper etc and the ***ager Mr Ali an absolute no no for the hotel industry had the audacity to say "ye to roz use hota hai na.is liye aisa hai...it smells like a washroom." Smells like a cheap cinema hall toilet. Lets get to the room , one washroom could not be opened due to the smell of a public toilet.killer trust me i used a big family room snd this was the condition wonder what happens to the regular rooms. Absolutely not recomended go to any hotel but hotel saluja.. Also this unhygenic hotel would charge you for bed sheets if there is anything as a dirt after 5 days of stay with no house keeping, wish i could post the pics but i would take actions as per the governments rule of, Hotel and Restaurant Approval and Classification Committee (HRACC) As well as FSSAI considering i am an government of india employee however not everyone has that edge so be ware hotel not to choose on siliguri premises is saluja rest i would ensure the hotel and the ***ager gets repri***ded of the quality..

We stayed for a night as transiting to Gangtok, it’s good and value for money for transit passengers. Food is decent and staff is helpful.

ROOMS FULL OF MOSQUITOES AND NO MOSQUITO NET PROVIDED. ROOMS ARE FILTHY SMELLING. TOILETS AND BATHROOMS ARE NOT CLEANED. CIGERETTE BUTTS , TISSUE PAPER BINS NOT IN PLACE IN TOILETS.

Situated within 5 kms of the NJP railway station, this hotel provided a quick check in even quite late at night. The suite was spacious though it didn't have any window. They don't offer a buffet breakfast but the in room dining menu was extensive and the food was good. They have no tieup with car rental agencies for onward journeys or arrangement for station and airport pickup and drop. The check out was also quite fast. Overall a comfortable stay.
