Very good hotel in midst of city surrounded by greenary, The room is little old type but maintainted well. The bottom rooms are having Big balcony and gives a good vibe. The breakfast spread is very less which is the only thing which i recommend to improve. The staffs are also very helpful.

Fantastic stay! highly recommend i recently had the pleasure of staying at, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.

The staff seems to be very confused. I booked and paid through trip.com. And when i got there, the staff keeps asking “how i would like to pay, and i keep answering “it’s already paid” and show the booking with documents. They did this for 3 times as i recall. And also asking questions which already appear on my passport such as where is the immigration stamp, where is the visa. And somehow i feel that these lady staff needs to improve on her manners example of saying “please ” when asked something from someone especially in this service sectors, happy face or smile is matters. However, this is what you get from budget hotel.

When I was allotted my room, the documentation mentioned Room 402, but the key handed to the staff assisting me was for Room 407. When I pointed this out, expressing my concern about the discrepancy, the staff member responsible denied any mistake and was unwilling to acknowledge the error. While I want to emphasize that nothing problematic happened during my stay and that all other staff members were courteous and professional, this particular incident made me feel uneasy, especially since I was staying alone. I believe that accuracy in room allotment is crucial for guests’ sense of security, and I wanted to highlight this matter for your attention.
