Круто провели время! Отель находится в пешей доступности от всех важных локаций. Само здание и лобби выглядят прикольно: достаточно ухоженно, но аутентично. Номер просторный для двоих, вся мебель и сантехника в хорошем состоянии, кондиционер исправно работал. Особенно понравился личный балкон, где было приятно завтракать или ужинать. Хочется отдельно сказать хорошие слова по поводу общения с менеджером: нам заранее написали, чтобы подтвердить время заезда, направили инструкцию по заселению, всегда были на связи в мессенджере по любым вопросам. Единственный недостаток - хорошая слышимость. В поздние часы необходимо было разговаривать или смотреть что-то совсем тихо. Но это несильно повлияло на общее впечатление от отеля. В остальном, все красиво, чисто и комфортно. Спасибо :)

Чудесный отель! Впечатлил лифт с окном на город. Отличный дизайн комнаты, все что нужно - есть. Окна выходили на здания к сожалению, но также была видна красивая церковь недалеко среди леса!! которая подсвечивалась ночью. было красиво, так что мне зашло. главное шторки на ночь закрывать а то там прям окна в окна выходят. Шведский стол скудноват, но мне персонально готовили омлет с сосисками!! чему я премного благодарна. отдельный лайк за оладушки. При заселении приготовили презент в виде бутылочки вина и сухофруктов! А на 8 марта приготовили торт...... Было очень приятно. Отличный сервис.

The location is excellent and it’s also convenient but I wasn’t satisfied. Pro: I found collaboration at the reception. Cons: I saw other images different than the reality when I booked the hotel. There was a lot of dust (the telephone in the photo was already cleaned) so due to my allergy - but also for a medium standard of cleanings - , I had to clean when I entered in the room with some specific products fortunately I had with me. In addition to this, there were a lot of rusty taps and they should be changed/ clean with a specific cleaning product. The carpet was dirty as well as the bed decorations as in the photo. In this case, I suggest to remove ruined things to make the room cleaner. The last thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact that at the reception I had some language barrier problems speaking in English. Some people known English well, but not everybody and this is a sort of problem if you have to give info at the reception. I’m not happy to give this review but I hope this will be inspiring to have a better cleaning’s standard and happier guests.

Pros: - the room is big, clean and well equiped - very comfortable mattress - the owners are friendly and helpful - there is a rooftop where you can see the whole city (it seems to be under construction) - breakfast is simple but had everything we need (just missed the Georgian Bread though) I have no cons, just some observations: - the hotel is in an steep area (I think is not easy for elderly people), but you can always use Bolt - 15 minutes walk from the begining of the central area - Wifi was very unstable on cellphones, but worked perfectly on my laptop. It is a very good place to stay in Tbilisi.

I would not recommend this hotel although it has good location. There is another hotel nearby just 2 mins walk. I booked a suite room but it looks just like a standard double room. Toilet were small, room aircond were warm (in summer time). We asked for stand fan but the staff were not helpful and have to call the manager to explained the situation. There are no common spaces, everywhere is private so the only place you can actually stay is inside your room. I need to changed check out date due to plan change, but was rejected (not flexible). Overall, not a comfortable hotel experience. By the way, if you are a smoker, there is no proper non-smoking area — the only smoking spot is right at the entrance, which is very inconvenient.

The location is very nice. You're just minutes away from shops and bakeries and restaurants. It's so convenient. And the people working there are nice. They have a washing machine and drying racks you can use. But I wouldn't stay here again. The heat is blasting and you can't adjust it. You could open the window but it's very very noisy and people often smoke right in front. I heard some kind of mob fighting and shouting, one drunk guy trying to talk another drunk guy out of going to Lebanon, Germans meticulously planning their night, and many cars driving by with loud music. The room is much smaller than in the photo and the toilet is both physically broken and needs to be jiggled to stop running. By local standards, it's a bit overpriced.

The fact that it's hard to climb is generally okay but the fact that some people are constantly accumulating there and making noise, and the room was on the second floor, it's not cool at all, it also happens that someone smokes under the windows. in the hotel itself, if someone rings the intercom or just quietly communicates in the hallway, it feels like they are communicating right in your room, there is no sound insulation at all. The administrators themselves do not control this in any way, and during the day you can share with all the neighbors in the hotel their grief or happiness from the day, if only you understand their language) The room itself is quite nice and the view is not bad, except that the window overlooks the balcony of the next room and it turns out that if someone is sitting on the balcony, then you either close the windows or are already in their company There was also a strong smell of dampness from the toilet, and the shower itself did not have a curtain, so you would have to go to the toilet itself after a shower in high slippers or remove the entire tub from the water. also among the advantages there is a bathrobe, a refrigerator, a microwave, a set of towels, gels and shampoos, which can not but please I was also very upset with the local Wi-Fi, either slow or very bad.

This review is actually for Green Inn because that’s where I was put. The location is great. The room is nice and comfortable. There is no service. Nobody told me anything about the hotel ie. when and where breakfast are. Housekeeping is useless. Someone came into my room everyday but did nothing useful...never made the bed, never took away the garbage, never replaced the tea.The only thing she did everyday was take the towels out of the bathroom which I found annoying. Everyday after coming back and washing my hands, I had to go searching for a new towel with hands dripping. I would have much rather nobody come in but there wasn’t a do not disturb sign.

Un gran hotel en el centro de la ciudad, todo en una accesibilidad pedestriana, un buen desayuno con una hermosa vista! Por un costo de este tipo es mejor no encontrarlo.

房間很大，有一張大桌子，兩把很有年代感的木椅子。隔音還行。有獨立衞浴，有熱水，温水，不燙。很便宜，100多，性價比很高。有一個小陽台。白天光線很好。空氣好，遠處是大山鄉村。比較安靜。風很大，把門都吹壞了，需要修繕。第比利斯的夏天，白天很熱，有35度，但夜間很冷，也就21度。應該加一床薄被。出門向西一站多路有一個商圈，有肯德基，麥當勞，後邊還有一個家樂福。旅館旁邊100米就有一個公交站，到地鐵站買一張公交卡，就可以周遊整個城市了。
