UUsuario invitadoWe had an excellent stay. The location was fantastic, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and it was worth every penny spent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help whenever needed.
We arrived very late at night, but the self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Communication with the staff was easy at all times, and they were quick to respond to any questions or requests.
The room was well-equipped, and all the facilities provided were excellent and worked perfectly. We genuinely have no complaints about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

ППолина КулЧудесный отель! Впечатлил лифт с окном на город. Отличный дизайн комнаты, все что нужно - есть. Окна выходили на здания к сожалению, но также была видна красивая церковь недалеко среди леса!! которая подсвечивалась ночью. было красиво, так что мне зашло. главное шторки на ночь закрывать а то там прям окна в окна выходят.
Шведский стол скудноват, но мне персонально готовили омлет с сосисками!! чему я премного благодарна. отдельный лайк за оладушки.
При заселении приготовили презент в виде бутылочки вина и сухофруктов! А на 8 марта приготовили торт...... Было очень приятно. Отличный сервис.

AAfzalOviMy stay at the Hotel Imperial House in Georgia left much to be desired. While I appreciated the helpfulness of the information desk staff who assisted me with a currency converter – that was a genuine plus – the rest of the experience was unfortunately subpar.
For two travelers, the complete absence of room service during our entire stay was a significant letdown and certainly not what one expects from a hotel. To add to this, my request to have the bed split into two single beds prior to our arrival was completely ignored. This oversight impacted our comfort and overall experience.
While the location might have its merits, the lack of essential services and unfulfilled requests make it difficult to recommend the Hotel Imperial House. I hope they take these points into consideration for future guests.

The rooms are spacious, providing ample space to relax, and the scenic view from the first floor enhances the stay. Additionally, the hotel is close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it is a great option for those seeking comfort and accessibility. The owners are very nice; the owner even provided us with an early morning breakfast.

UUsuario anónimoI would not recommend this hotel although it has good location. There is another hotel nearby just 2 mins walk. I booked a suite room but it looks just like a standard double room. Toilet were small, room aircond were warm (in summer time). We asked for stand fan but the staff were not helpful and have to call the manager to explained the situation. There are no common spaces, everywhere is private so the only place you can actually stay is inside your room. I need to changed check out date due to plan change, but was rejected (not flexible). Overall, not a comfortable hotel experience. By the way, if you are a smoker, there is no proper non-smoking area — the only smoking spot is right at the entrance, which is very inconvenient.

CCascadianVikingThe location is very nice. You're just minutes away from shops and bakeries and restaurants. It's so convenient. And the people working there are nice. They have a washing machine and drying racks you can use.
But I wouldn't stay here again. The heat is blasting and you can't adjust it. You could open the window but it's very very noisy and people often smoke right in front. I heard some kind of mob fighting and shouting, one drunk guy trying to talk another drunk guy out of going to Lebanon, Germans meticulously planning their night, and many cars driving by with loud music. The room is much smaller than in the photo and the toilet is both physically broken and needs to be jiggled to stop running. By local standards, it's a bit overpriced.

UUsuario anónimo位置：酒店本身在坡頂的民宅裏，大門不好找很隱蔽，就粉筆在大鐵門上潦草寫了一下，進了破院子還要細心找防盜門按鈴...不過位置本事在老城很方便，基本都是步行可達景點。
衞生：做的還可以，起碼看着乾淨。
環境服務設施：沒有早餐提供的，房間很小，有個歐式斜屋頂窗可以開，有暖氣、晾衣架、洗手液洗髮液沐浴液、吹風機和浴袍提供，能感覺到隔音不好但是大家都很安靜所以不影響休息，外面還有公用的熨衣器。
服務是沒有的，不主動要求的話連住時就完全不會打掃衞生，還有房子本身checkin台在二樓，房間也有可能安排到更高一層，做好準備要自己扛箱子1-2層木樓梯，前台完全不幫忙的，周圍有便利店和賣蔬果的店子價格公道很方便，也有餐廳。打車可以選bolt，不用自己爬上爬下石板路

UUsuario invitadoХороший отель за свои деньги. Даже придираться не хотелось. Брали на несколько суток. Отдохнуть после дороги - самое то! Рядом станция метро, недалеко Карфур. На ресепшене был русскоговорящий парень, подсказал нам по метро и в целом был доброжелательным.
Номер чистый, душевая тоже. Панорамные окна, с 6-ого этажа был отличный вид на горы. Рядом оживленная дорога, но дискомфорта не было.

SSusanThis review is actually for Green Inn because that’s where I was put. The location is great. The room is nice and comfortable.
There is no service. Nobody told me anything about the hotel ie. when and where breakfast are. Housekeeping is useless. Someone came into my room everyday but did nothing useful...never made the bed, never took away the garbage, never replaced the tea.The only thing she did everyday was take the towels out of the bathroom which I found annoying. Everyday after coming back and washing my hands, I had to go searching for a new towel with hands dripping. I would have much rather nobody come in but there wasn’t a do not disturb sign.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel se encuentra a lo largo de la carretera que va desde el centro de Tbilisi hasta el aeropuerto internacional de Tbilisi. El acceso en taxi / Bolt es muy sencillo y me costó 17Lari desde el aeropuerto. A las 3:30 de la mañana, tuve que esperar alrededor de 15 minutos para que alguien del hotel me abra la puerta y me permiten realizar el cheque. El hotel es simple, veteado con agua caliente, champú, escote de dientes, tostadora y jabón disponible. Al llegar, me pidió comprar una botella de agua y me dijeron que no era posible y que podía beber el agua del robinete. Ideal para una noche, pero no más.
