An accommodation that is situated at the best lower yubeng location that you can find. It is right in front of one of the main hiking trails (the divine waterfalls). For the price and location and considering what you will be doing in Yubeng (hiking and enjoying the sceneries), this is one of the best accommodation you can get. Considering that the rest of Yubeng is undergoing heavy construction, this accommodation is situated away from all that mess which is perfect during this time period. Service was mixed in the sense that a lot of the staff are simply ”straightforward” (might just be their style) but one or two are friendlier. Everything in the room works well enough though the hot water fluctuates quite a bit (seems like a Yubeng issue more than anything else).

Highly recommended, this was the hotel my mom enjoyed the most during our entire Yunnan trip :)) The view from the 5th floor view point is simply stunning - we were lucky enough to catch the golden mountain at sunrise! 🙏🏻 From our room we could see the snow capped peaks directly! My mom and I spent a great time relaxing, sipping tea and soaking in the breathtaking scenery. The staffs are incredible kind and thoughtful and they even provided free ******* traditional costumes for guests :)) Breakfast is included and you can also order dinner/lunch at very reasonable prices. The food was delicious- both my mom and I loved it. Truly an unforgettable stay!

Recomiendo encarecidamente esta casa de huéspedes. Aparcamiento: Es muy fácil aparcar el coche, ya que tienen una amplia plaza de aparcamiento al otro lado de la calle. Limpieza: La habitación es muy nueva y limpia. También prepararon una toalla desechable y una funda para la bañera. Muy considerados. Servicio: El personal es muy amable y atento. Las zonas comunes son espaciosas y están diseñadas con mucho cuidado. Por último, pero no menos importante, la calefacción y la presión del agua son excelentes, algo muy importante en un lugar tan frío y a tanta altitud.

Service and cleanliness where outstanding. Very active on WeChat, and super helpful. They gave us a great first day package, with some food for after the hike. And every day they after dinner they offered extra food free of charge. Breakfast and dinner were great. The views are also insane. Location is good, although as of June 2026 the town is in construction. This is a bit annoying due to the noise and dust during the day. My only concern is that the common room is connected to all the rooms and you can hear almost everything. They offered a breakfast free of charge due to the noise one night. I believe the situation as of June 2026 is not the best, due to the construction. But they try their best and go the extra mile to accommodate the guests.

Me fui de Yubeng. Me alojé en tres hostales en Yubeng durante cuatro días y tres noches. ¡La Mansión No. 8 tiene la mejor relación calidad-precio! El precio del alojamiento durante el feriado del Primero de Mayo es carísimo. Quería ahorrar un poco, ¡pero en Yubeng no es para tanto! ¡Senderismo y escalada ya son muy difíciles! ¡El alojamiento realmente determina la calidad del viaje! La recepcionista también es muy amable y es muy fácil hablar con ella. Me encanta. El desayuno es genial. Comí caliente y fui a escalar el lago helado. Our stay here was nothing short of incredible. The primary reason for our visit was the sacred Meili Snow mountain, and the view absolutely delivered. Waking up to that majestic panorama right outside our window was a highlight of our entire trip. For the value, it's an unbeatable location. The hospitality here is what truly sets FANSU apart. The staff are super helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel not just like guests, but like family. They created a homey and comfortable atmosphere that made it hard to leave. A special memory was made on our last evening when the staff taught us how to sing the beautiful ******* song ”FLY” by ANU. It was a spontaneous, joyful moment that we will cherish forever. A super big thank you to them for that! Regarding the food: we found the meals to be absolutely yummy and comforting. While we've seen some comments about the dinner being expensive, we found it perfectly reasonable for our usual dining expenditure, and more importantly, the quality and taste justified it. The breakfast was also lovely and set us up perfectly well for the day. We left with full hearts, amazing photos, and great memories. If you want an authentic, warm, and unforgettable experience facing the Meili Snow Mountain, we cannot recommend FANSU highly enough. Glad to booked this hotel.  Service is good - they turn on the heater before we checked in.  Rooms feel warm when we enter.     The room is nice and breakfast is good too.   On the platform it says no breakfast included but when we reach there they gave us 2 breakfast vouchers to have breakfast in the hotel next door.     A bit too cloudy to see a really nice golden mountain view during sunrise.   However we still manage to get a little bit of it.

No empezó muy bien. Nuestro conductor nos llevó a un hotel equivocado, uno más elegante, más bonito y con vistas al monte Meili. Nos decepcionó muchísimo descubrir que no era el hotel que habíamos reservado. Aunque el Hotel Deqin Zangshan Yunju no da al monte Meili, ofrece transporte al mirador. La conductora nos esperaba para llevarnos antes del amanecer. ¡Qué suerte que ni nuestro guía ni nuestro conductor aparecieran! Como solo se puede ver el amanecer en Meili durante 67 de los 365 días del año, no nos sorprendió que no lo viéramos por culpa de la nubosidad. Pero no todo está perdido, ya que este hotel da al monte Baima y desde allí pudimos disfrutar de un precioso amanecer. La azotea del cuarto piso es perfecta. Teníamos la habitación de 270 grados, que ofrece unas vistas fantásticas, pero las ventanas no estaban limpias, así que no pudimos sacar fotos desde la habitación. El desayuno estuvo bien. Sería genial si pudieran preparar un poco más. Aunque estoy seguro de que si se lo pido, me prepararán más. No me arrepiento de haberme alojado en este fantástico hotel. I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect—just about 20 minutes from the busy town center, which makes it wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Every morning, I woke up to an amazing mountain view that instantly set the tone for a relaxing day. The property itself is stunning, especially the vineyard, which adds so much charm. I loved the free wine tasting sessions, and the hosts were incredibly kind, caring, and always eager to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience feel personal. The food was excellent, with every meal prepared thoughtfully and bursting with flavor. For those who love a bit of adventure, the ATV facilities are a fantastic addition. We also enjoyed grape plucking right in the vineyard—such a unique and fun activity! Overall, this place is a perfect blend of tranquility, great service, and memorable experiences. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature with a touch of adventure. One small issue I had was that the air-conditioner was blowing warm air, but after I informed the team, they fixed it within a short time. Great service and quick response — really appreciated it!

Llegamos por la noche y cenamos en el restaurante de la casa de huéspedes. La dueña nos invitó a unos vinos locales que estaban deliciosos. Las montañas nevadas se veían directamente desde nuestra habitación; a diferencia de la vista desde el templo Feilai, aquí las montañas estaban muy cerca. Al día siguiente, pudimos ver el amanecer sobre las montañas directamente desde nuestra habitación. También había un mirador en la primera planta, que ofrecía vistas despejadas de las estrellas y las montañas nevadas. La dueña nos invitó amablemente a cenar a casa de su hermana, ¡donde la comida estaba excelente! También nos permitió experimentar la cultura tibetana. La hija de la dueña era adorable, nada tímida y siempre hacía reír a todos. Nevó mucho el día que nos fuimos, y gracias a la dueña por mostrarnos una ruta segura, llegamos sanos y salvos a Shangri-La. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a visitar la montaña nevada Meili, sin duda volveré a elegir este lugar.
