Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

他們家酒店強推！！！呢！！ 我自己出行來黃果樹遊玩，説説感受 首先是酒店的整體 前台服務很不錯，讓我感受頗深 酒店還帶有泳池以及健身房，餐廳也很大（但門口就是一些當地的特色餐飲，我覺得在外面吃更能找到當地特色） 再就是房間了！舒適整潔，很難去挑刺，加上全屋智能的方便，讓我更覺得這次行程值得 PS：黃果樹瀑布在這個期間真的很壯觀，但是雨季導致個別地方無法進入，很遺憾，下次在來的時候一定還會選擇他們家的！

El hotel está cerca de la zona escénica de la cascada Huangguoshu, a aproximadamente 1 kilómetro. El hotel organizó un servicio de transporte a la zona, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Las instalaciones del hotel son bastante buenas y hay estacionamiento gratuito en la entrada. La limpieza del hotel también es aceptable. El desayuno es de comida china, y la sopa de pollo es especialmente destacable: deliciosa e inolvidable, realmente fantástica.

This hotel was superb. Well situated about 15 minutes taxi ride from the main train station. It was clean, excellent value for money, close to a variety of restaurants, cafes and all kinds of shops and services. Whatever you needed fixing or to buy you could most likely get it done close by the hotel. The staff did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable and  to help me with services, getting directions to restaurants, shops or helping to get anything I required for my journey out of town given my very limited Chinese language ability. Staff were polite and friendly and always just a phone call away to assist. The rooms were spotless and cosy with a good outlook from the windows onto the surrounding buildings. Room service staff were also friendly and lovely people as were other staff who came to assist  in making more bookings on my final night. I would highly recommend this hotel.

¡Este es el mejor lugar en Anshun West que puedes quedarte en!! El viejo pareja que lleva el lugar son muy dulce y amigable, y me trataron como familia mientras viví allí ¡Insistió en que comía sus comidas cocinadas en casa para que no tuviera que salir en la lluvia para comprar el almuerzo, que pensé que era muy dulce de ellos! La vieja mujer era muy amable de hablar, y hablar con ella me hizo sentir como hablar con mi abuela También tenía servicios de reserva de coches a diferentes partes de guizhou si usted necesita y es realmente asequible ¡Y ella me ha mejorado a una habitación de 2 pisos porque estaba fuera de pico! Sólo lamento que no podía quedarme allí más

Such a great stay at Huangguoshu Boying Hotel! The vibe is super chill—quiet and cozy, yet literally just a stone's throw from the waterfall. Major win for location! Cleanliness? On point. The room was sparkling clean, zero complaints. Facilities are solid too—everything works, no drama. But the real MVP? The service. The front desk crew were absolute legends—super warm, always happy to help, and even gave us some pro tips to skip the crowds. Total lifesavers! Honestly, such good value for money. If you're hitting up Huangguoshu, do yourself a favor and book here. I'll definitely be back!

帶娃自駕遊選的這家酒店太貼心了！停車位寬敞方便，親子房佈置得童趣滿滿，孩子一進門就玩嗨了。早餐有專門的小童餐區，中西式點心搭配水果，營養均衡。酒店還配了小型遊樂場和繪本角，解放家長雙手。周邊開車10分鐘就到景區，玩累了回來房間寬敞明亮，床品舒服，全家都睡得香。服務人員看到小朋友主動送小玩具，細節滿分，下次自駕還選這兒！

First I must praise the phenomenal service provided by the Anshun Xiayun Grand Hotel! Kudos to the sweet lady receptionist who checked us in, helped us to get a reliable driver to take us to the Pingba cherry blossom farm & relayed messages from us to the driver as we had difficulty contacting him on WeChat. Thus we succeeded in our quest to view the acres of cherry blossoms in all their spring glory! The hotel was well maintained with full amenities and we enjoyed staying in our smart room. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Outside the door & nearby was a night market with a good spread of delicious local food. All in all we were perfectly satisfied with our stay here.

Situado en una zona tranquila. Las habitaciones están limpias y bien mantenidas. El desayuno es básico y local chino, pero adecuado. Aproximadamente 10-15 minutos a pie a la oficina de billetes del parque. Comida y restaurantes en 10 minutos a pie. El personal es útil y cortés.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.
