Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Bruselas

Buena ubicación. La atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel muy buena (personal de recepción, del restaurante, de limpieza). Contratamos la estancia con desayuno incluido, bastante completo, (zumo ,café,fruta, yogur, cereales, tostadas, dulces y salados) eso sí, siempre lo mismo (por decir algo menos bueno)... Todos los días te cambian las toallas (detalle que no en todos los hoteles lo hacen). En resumen, si volviéramos a Bruselas, de verdad que repetiríamos hotel y sin duda que lo recomendaremos, sino no me molestaría ni en escribir la reseña. Gracias por la atención, educación y limpieza.

En general estuve muy satisfecho! En primer lugar, la habitación estaba muy limpia, el baño y la cabina de ducha también estaban limpios. Las comodidades eran suficientes para una noche, pero aquellos que se quedan varias noches pueden encontrar algunas cosas faltantes. No hay mini nevera en la habitación. No se permiten cepillos de dientes ni vasos de cristal. Sin embargo, había cuatro botellas de agua de cortesía, una máquina Nespresso, paquetes de té y vasos de papel del hotel. Estaba a poca distancia de la estación de Minami y cerca de los principales lugares turísticos.

No hay mucho servicio al cliente y la habitación es un poco pequeña, pero la ubicación del hotel es bastante conveniente y hay muchas opciones de transporte cercanas. Es adecuado para parejas que visitan la ciudad por primera vez.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a 10 minutos de la estación central, a 5 minutos del centro. Parada de metro a 5 minutos. La cama cómoda y limpia. En el baño no había típicos obsequios de bienvenida como pasta de dientes, peine, vaso.... si quieres hacer el check in con anterioridad hay que pagar 20 euros. Hay taquillas por 5 euros psra dejar las mochilas. Fuente de agua fria gratis.

Reservé la habitación más básica, ya que estaba allí para el fin de semana de Fórmula 1 y solo estaría en ella por la noche para descansar. La ubicación está muy bien ubicada entre la Estación Norte de Bruselas y la zona comercial/Grand Place, así que casi todos los sitios a los que quería ir estaban a poca distancia a pie. No interactué con mucho personal de servicio, salvo al registrarme y al salir. La presión de la ducha era baja; podría haber sido mejor, considerando que la presión del agua era bastante alta. En cuanto a la limpieza, se notaba la suciedad en la alfombra al caminar descalzo. Había moho por todas las columnas y paredes de la habitación y el baño, y un olor a almizcle salía del armario. Tampoco hay aire acondicionado en la habitación; cuando digo aire acondicionado, no quiero decir que esté estropeado, simplemente no hay, así que es de esperar que la habitación esté sofocante, especialmente en los meses más calurosos. Tuve suerte, ya que la temperatura por la noche rondaba los 16 °C, así que usé el calefactor portátil como ventilador.

¡Excelente! Nos quedamos 4 días más. Como no había habitaciones disponibles en la plataforma, le preguntamos a la recepción y nos añadieron una en el sistema. Reservar por la plataforma era mucho más barato que extender la estancia directamente en recepción, así que el servicio fue realmente bueno, jeje.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Brussels. When we arrived early, the lady at reception was very kind and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated after travelling. Later that evening, after spending the day exploring Brussels, we returned to the hotel very late and exhausted. That’s when we noticed there was an old blood stain on the bedsheets. The bed was also extremely itchy, and it felt like something was biting us during the night, although we couldn’t find any visible bugs. The next morning, we had to leave very early to catch a train to Luxembourg, and again returned late that evening. We informed the receptionist about the stained sheets, but unfortunately he was very rude and dismissive. He told us our complaint was “unacceptable” because we reported it late in the evening and should have mentioned it in the morning instead. In our opinion, he could have simply passed the issue on to the morning staff so it could be handled properly. What made things worse was that housekeeping made the bed the next day but did not replace the sheets at all the blood stain was still there. Our trip itself was amazing, but sadly, about a week later, both my girlfriend and I were diagnosed with Lyme disease after experiencing bites during our stay. We cannot say for certain where it came from, but our experience in the hotel room definitely raised concerns. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the poor handling of a hygiene-related complaint.

Excelente, al principio estuve temeroso porque había visto varias reseñas negativas como garrapatas lo cual no fue nuestro caso el hotel estaba limpio y cómodo , otra que vi era que era una subida para lo del tema de las maletas lo cual no es mayor Cosa pues todo Bruselas están las calles en un tipo de baldo sin que dificulta un poco el moviemiento de las maletas , ubicación excelente a 2 cuadras del tren ic y todas las líneas del tren , el tren ic te deja desde el aeropuerto y cuando te devuelves te deja en el aeropuerto todo muy central para la opinión de nosotros algo más central imposible , tiene su tipo de decoración única pero es bonita y rara pero todo lo contrario a lo negativo le damos la mejor recomendación del hotel , las camas normales , cómodas todo estuvo Excelente

Plus: The room is really big. So is the bed. It is so big that makes me think as if it is king size bed to house politicians or prime minister from the 80s, 90s. There is heating both in the room and in the shower There is air con set in the room( but I didn't try to see if it works) This hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from Brussels north station Minus The room look really old. May be 90s, if not 80s. There is no carpet on the floor. It is really clean but it is really cold to step on. Bring your own slippers. The room is dim. And some lights were spoilt. Even if was told it is a non smoking room, the room has lingering smoking smell. Someone smoked in this room before. I told the front desk, he said he will check but when I return from the city , the smell is there still. The bathroom has some odd smell. May b smell of roaches, or roaches in the pipes. The shower curtain smell of mould and damp cloth/ damp laundry. The heating stop around 2am. May b there is max amount of heating one room could use. Make sure you time your heating usage carefully. The wall is really thin. You can hear when someone is around the lift, going towards their room or what next door is up to. I can hear everything happening outside, on the street, from police car n siren rushing up and down, to people wondering on the street, their conversation. I don't feel safe here. I can't relax and sleep. I don't like the paper cup given together with coffee and the place to brush teeth. May be the hotel suffer too often from being stolen . But that make the hotel rating dropping from 1star hotel to guest house. The toilet spoilt in the middle of the night and you can hear water flowing all night. Need to maneuver with the old school toilet pull button . I appreciate the effort they maintain it but personally I don't like it. unless you have really early bus or train to catch, and is on a shoe string budget then it is your choice.

The photo of the tall glass building is very misleading. The actual building is not like that at all. Extremely small lif. It can only fit 1 big siitcase or 2 persons with 2 small suitcases. The room was actually quite dated. The white curtain in the living room does not look clean. We can see yellow stains. The electric kettle was not clean. I had to scrub it to clean out the white stuffs from it. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink. This was more like a airbnb than a hotel!
