Fue mi primera experiencia sola en un hostal y fue realmente genial. Todo el mundo fue amable y el servicio fue excelente. La cocina estaba completamente equipada para cocinar. Los baños se limpiaban a diario y las papeleras de la habitación y del baño se vaciaban todos los días, lo cual es fantástico. Las camas estaban limpias. Mis compañeros de habitación eran agradables e intentaron no hacer ruido ni molestar. La cama era cómoda, la almohada suave y la manta mullida, así que dormí muy bien. Se tardan unos 15 minutos andando en llegar al Pike Place Market. Aunque hay personas sin hogar en el centro de la ciudad porque es una zona turística, no las hay alrededor del hostal. Hay muchos restaurantes, incluso uno tailandés justo al lado. Y si quieres tomar algo sin salir, el hostal también tiene un bar. Hay zonas comunes tanto interiores como exteriores. Hay una sauna, pero no la usé. También hay una mesa de billar y juegos de mesa. Me sentí realmente muy bien aquí.

We had a decent stay at the house. The room is pretty small but it is clean. The common area are nice with dinner table and chairs, but only have 1 living room chair. Kitchen is nice and clean, unfortunately, there were some issues with ants in the kitchen. The major issue with the house is the noise.. as the wall are very thin which when any other guest walking in the common area or talking in their rooms, you pretty much can hear everything. The common area lights are motion sensitive and unfortunately the door gap in our room are bigger than normal, as anyone walks in the hallway, our door frames would lights up at night and wake me up at night. We didn't get too good of a sleep/rest for this reason.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Planes landing over hotels is for aviation lovers. Close to King County and Renton airports.

Best motel we’ve been to these few years and great price for Seattle visit. Very clean, has A/C, clean linens/ towels which smell good, and hot shower with good water pressure. Kitchen has all the basics we need with a microwave, coffee maker and a good size fridge with separate freezer compartment. The motel is gated using a code to get in so I did feel safe. It’s a renovated motel so the bath room does have musty smell and mild water leakage. Thank you for all the efforts to provide a clean and comfortable room for our stay.

Decent facilities, housekeeping were awesome and very welcoming. The owner wasn't on site so was fortunate that housekeeping could take over. Communication was difficult at times with the owner, but decent stay overall. Rooms have a weird smell, but toilets are pretty clean.

Good and easy check in. No apparent lift to second floor level. Easy parking. A little simple breakfast. Good location not too far from alki beach and comparably good price.

Went to Seattle for a concert and stayed one night. Nice older hotel right next to the theater the concert was in. Clean and well kept. Comfy beds, nice size rooms. No frills. But would definitely stay there again.
