I had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle. I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need. The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

The people/service was great. The room was great. Getting there was an ordeal (narrow streets, lots of traffic), and the traffic and sirens kept us awake much of the night. The location in terms of proximity to places we needed to be was great -- but be sure to factor in loud traffic noise throughout your stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. One of the best things was the convenient parking – for just around $55, you get all-day access with in-and-out privileges, which made it super easy to explore the area without worrying about parking. They also gave us a complimentary recyclable water bottle and a couple of drink vouchers that could be redeemed for anything, which was a nice touch and made our stay feel even more special. The mattress was really comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place. Great service, thoughtful amenities, and a really comfortable stay.

Location was great, place was clean. Our originally booked room was not available at check in but staff provided complimentary breakfast to make up for the mix-up. Will book again if staying downtown.

La habitación era muy bonita! 🛏️ Limpia, espacial, moderna y increíblemente cómoda - lo que queríamos después de un día cansado 😌. La vista también fue sorprendente, pero el buzz del centro de la ciudad siguió siendo un agradable fondo 🌆. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los lugares de interés de la ciudad. ¡Deseo que tuviéramos más tiempo para quedarse aquí, pero definitivamente volveremos! 💖 Si alguien visita Seattle, recomiendo muy bien Hyatt en Olive 8 - es realmente un pequeño joya en el corazón de la ciudad! 🏙️💎

Clean, well located, nice room and gym. The soundproofing between rooms wasn’t great (or we had a loud neighbour that spoke at high volume from 6am). Beware in the bar, they put an 18% automatic service charge on the bill and then ask for a tip again when you pay with your card! They made it hard to find the 0% button which was cheeky when we already paid the 18% charge once! That was my main reason for making it a 4/5, management, you should look at that, it’s poor practice.

The location if the hotel is fantastic. Right next to King Station ( for train traveller) and close to public transportation for local sightseeing. Breakfast is good and service is attentive.

Me quedé 5 días y en general fue una experiencia maravillosa. Lamentablemente, tuvieron un problema con la calefacción en ese momento (me dieron una calefacción portátil pero no fue suficiente) y un día no limpiaron mi habitación. Pero me encantaría recomendar este hotel debido al servicio de los empleados. Fueron súper amables y atentos. Y la ubicación también es perfecta.

El hotel está situado en un lugar tranquilo y seguro. El cuarto está limpio y bien mantenido. El desayuno también es bueno.
