I ate at the downstairs bar which has a fairly limited menu but was quite good pizza. Overall, it was very good value for the price and would definitely stay again."

La guardaron a buen recaudo y se aseguraron de devolvérmela sin ningún problema. Ese tipo de atención e integridad es difícil de encontrar y me dejó una excelente impresión. En resumen, una estancia cómoda con un personal de confianza, y sin duda lo recomendaría a cualquiera que necesite un lugar cerca del aeropuerto."

El aislamiento acústico entre habitaciones no era muy bueno (o teníamos un vecino ruidoso que hablaba a todo volumen desde las 6 de la mañana). ¡Cuidado con el bar! Añaden un cargo por servicio automático del 18% a la cuenta y luego piden propina de nuevo al pagar con tarjeta. ¡Fue difícil encontrar el botón del 0%, lo cual fue una desfachatez, ya que habíamos pagado el 18% una vez! Esa fue la razón principal por la que le di una puntuación de 4/5. La gerencia debería revisar esto, es una mala práctica."

Resulta que el termostato de la habitación no sirve; el hotel solo fija la temperatura a 20 grados Celsius. Tuve suerte de quedarme solo una noche, si no, sin duda me habría enfermado de frío. Un hotel tan caro sacrifica la comodidad de los demás por unos pocos grados de calor; es egoísta y explotador."

"Overall, I spent the money for a five-star hotel but stayed in a three-star standard hotel. Apart from the good location (near the seaside and the central pier), the other hardware and software of the hotel are really not good. The room is on a low floor and the sound insulation is poor; the light in the bathroom goes out after taking a shower for a few minutes (probably infrared sound control); the air conditioner is roaring, but it can't heat up. Staying in the room in pajamas is like living in a room without heating in the south in winter, it's freezing cold; I stayed for two nights, but there was no room service (the room was cleaned every three days); there was no hair dryer in the bathroom, so I had to call for one..."

"It took us quite a while to finally get into our room due to issues with the key cards not working. Had to make two trips from the 20th floor down to the front desk only to find out the problem was a low battery in the door lock. Once inside, we noticed the room wasn’t properly set up for four guests, as there weren’t enough towels provided. The bathroom design was also inconvenient. There are two sliding doors neither had locks, which makes privacy difficult. The air conditioning blew directly toward your face while lying on the bed, and the vents were too high to adjust. In addition, electric kettle, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered a wide variety of choices, and the service was outstanding, making it a highlight of our stay."
