This really is a 10/10 place. My husband and my favourite place we’ve stayed, this trip to Thailand. We’ve already decided we want to come back, with friends, next time. We wanted a place to cut our drive to Bangkok and had no idea Sarat Thani and the surrounding area had so much to offer. Mr. Pongsak, the owner, could not be more lovely. He is so thoughtful and invested in making sure everyone who stays has the best experience and shares his knowledge of the area and all the things there are to do and see. We drove a rented car, and found it sooooo peaceful and relaxing to be there. And so close to get to town, markets and lots of yummy foods. We cannot wait to share this gem with friends and try the other cabins. The pond with all its fish is a gorgeous water feature too. They opened in 2025 and are building a third cabin. They are modern and still so charming and relaxing. Cannot wait til we can return on our next trip. My only concern is that it is such a great spot and is going to be so popular, we will need to book well in advance next time! Thank you for everything. See you next time, Mr. Pongsak and family.

A new hotel with a very convenient location. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very handy. The rooms are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds are comfortable and soft. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Positive : Good location, clean room and size of the room is quite comfortable for family even though you booked standard room. Negative: 1. I booked the room for 2 night but the keycard set for 1 night when I asked staff said its for safety reason. This is the first time I my life to hear this such a thing. They said even guest stay for 10 nights they have to extend key card everyday. 2. Staff at front desk didn't provide any information even for breakfast ticket they gave me just for 1 day. I cant be bothered to ask amd just wanted to leave this hotel. 3. There is no service mind at all for all apart from the Bellman who have outstanding service, this is similar comment I found from previous guest too. 4. I got a call twice after my first night stay , they told me the check out time today in 10 mins then I asked them to check they said sorry in theor system their colleagues mentioned for 1 night only. 20 mins later they called me on my mobile phone and said I have to check out in 15 mins. They make it worst !!! 5. Lastly the simple amenity such as hair dryer they charge 50 bath. Available at reception. 6. This hotel doesn't provide lunch or dinner service even though there is menu in the room. You cannot order. Lastly, I will never come back again.

This hotel is great. It’s very well looked after. Rooms are modern, very clean. Staff are nice and friendly. Free breakfast and coffee in the morning. Parking on hotel car park also. We used this hotel after a Visa Run from Ranong. As we were travelling from Ranong to Koh Samui, we spent a night in Papangkorn house and it was great, I will stay again.

This is a nice little resort, located near the hill with fantastic view. The price is budget and the room is of good standard (there is a kettle even in a standard room). The area is nice and quiet. The bathroom is clean and the water is strong and warm. The receptionist is not always at the front so check-in and check-out can be slow. However, overall this is worth the price and I don't mind staying there again.

Paramos dos veces, antes y después del ferry a Phangan. La ubicación es conveniente en el centro, terraplén, Knight Market, 7-11, todo está cerca. La primera vez que nos hospedamos en una habitación grande de lujo, todo estuvo bien, la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en una habitación más pequeña, parecía como si alguien estuviera fumando allí. Agua, frigorífico, aire acondicionado, todo está ahí. No había vecinos ruidosos. En cuanto a relación calidad-precio, es excelente para hacer una parada de viaje y dormir.

ดีแบบมากมากเลยค่ะ กะจองแบบไม่คิดอะไรมาก จองไปแค่1คืนสรุป พักบาว4-5 คืยเลยค่ะ ทำเลดีไม่ใกล้ไม่ไปลจากตัวเมือง ประมาณ5นาที การเดินทางสะดวก ห้องสะอาดด้วยค่ะ ส่วนตัวเสียงไม่รบกวน รู้สึกปลอดภัย ถึงไม่มีไดร์เป่าผมกับเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นแต่ก็ไม่ได่ลำบากขนาดนั้น ในวันที่ฝนตกก็มีเดลิเวอรี่ครบทุกอันเลยค่ะ พนักงานนาานักเป็นกันเองมากค่ะ ที่สำคัญที่จอดรถคือเยอะมาก ในส่วนของที่เราพักคือเป็น้องส่วนตัวจอดหน้าห้องได้เลย แต่ก็ยังมีที่จอดอีกเยอะแยะ สำหรับบนตึก คอยเฟิร์ม สะดวก สบาย เริ่ด

The room is clean and hygienic, it is worth recommending to other tourists. The price is not expensive

A very reasonably priced hotel with clean and comfy room and small balcony. The location is just over the bridge the other side from the main town but it is quite peaceful and very easy to access the night markets. I would recommend renting a moped or even a bicycle would be fine. If you visit, walk down to the waterfront near the crossroads bar and you might see a big monitor lizard in the tree. Also I recommend a little trip to Koh Lamphu which is a little island you can go around on foot or bicycle. Next to the entrance there is a little food market which opens at night. A perfect way to experience a bit of local Thai life.
