Hoteles en Surat Thani con aparcamiento

This really is a 10/10 place. My husband and my favourite place we’ve stayed, this trip to Thailand. We’ve already decided we want to come back, with friends, next time. We wanted a place to cut our drive to Bangkok and had no idea Sarat Thani and the surrounding area had so much to offer. Mr. Pongsak, the owner, could not be more lovely. He is so thoughtful and invested in making sure everyone who stays has the best experience and shares his knowledge of the area and all the things there are to do and see. We drove a rented car, and found it sooooo peaceful and relaxing to be there. And so close to get to town, markets and lots of yummy foods. We cannot wait to share this gem with friends and try the other cabins. The pond with all its fish is a gorgeous water feature too. They opened in 2025 and are building a third cabin. They are modern and still so charming and relaxing. Cannot wait til we can return on our next trip. My only concern is that it is such a great spot and is going to be so popular, we will need to book well in advance next time! Thank you for everything. See you next time, Mr. Pongsak and family.

Reservamos un total de 3 habitaciones (1 habitación para 3 personas y 2 habitaciones para 2 personas), pero cuando llegamos, el personal nos dijo que las habitaciones estaban llenas a pesar de que ya habíamos pagado un total de unos 1.800 baht por la habitación. Sólo pude disculparme y decir que le devolveré el dinero. Pero no funcionó, no reservé alojamiento. Hasta que el personal tuvo que preguntarle al propietario o gerente hasta que obtuvieron 2 habitaciones y dijeron que habría una cama de picnic adicional como se muestra en la imagen. Cuando devolví la llave, el empleado dijo que el perro no comía mucho. y devolví 400 baht como compensación. Creo que esta habitación de hotel está bien. Pero el sistema de reservas y el servicio deberían mejorarse más...

Positive : Good location, clean room and size of the room is quite comfortable for family even though you booked standard room. Negative: 1. I booked the room for 2 night but the keycard set for 1 night when I asked staff said its for safety reason. This is the first time I my life to hear this such a thing. They said even guest stay for 10 nights they have to extend key card everyday. 2. Staff at front desk didn't provide any information even for breakfast ticket they gave me just for 1 day. I cant be bothered to ask amd just wanted to leave this hotel. 3. There is no service mind at all for all apart from the Bellman who have outstanding service, this is similar comment I found from previous guest too. 4. I got a call twice after my first night stay , they told me the check out time today in 10 mins then I asked them to check they said sorry in theor system their colleagues mentioned for 1 night only. 20 mins later they called me on my mobile phone and said I have to check out in 15 mins. They make it worst !!! 5. Lastly the simple amenity such as hair dryer they charge 50 bath. Available at reception. 6. This hotel doesn't provide lunch or dinner service even though there is menu in the room. You cannot order. Lastly, I will never come back again.

Es un buen hotel, buena ubicación, poder viajar en la ciudad. No muy lejos del aeropuerto, unos 30 minutos. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, cuentan con estacionamiento y buen servicio del personal.

Amplio estacionamiento ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, conveniente para viajar La habitación está muy limpia.

Again on this trip, I can't say enough about the cheerful, helpful staff at 100 Islands resort hotel. The building is beautiful with the sound of running water throughout the public spaces. Although near busy roads and close to town the room was so quiet and the bed so comfortable I had the best sleep I've had so far since we've been travelling Thailand! There was no kettle or cups but one was provided as soon as requested (we do love our cuppa wherever we are! 😀). The breakfast was the usual Thai rice and spice. Along with toast and fried eggs which, if you prefer warm we're made to order upon request. The only disappointment was the swimming pool which, although situated in what was a beautiful tropical jungle scene, looked a bit iffy for swimming as there were understandably leaves and bugs on the surface. There was an outdoor pool which looked very inviting on the lobby camera but was unfortunately closed.

El hotel es limpio, fácil de encontrar, buen servicio. Hay desayuno (café + Ovaltine) frente al mostrador por la mañana. La habitación es amplia, por lo que el aire acondicionado no enfría mucho.

Excelente hotel con una buena relación calidad-precio… todo está a poca distancia y tuvimos agua caliente y wifi durante toda nuestra estancia (a pesar de lo que decían algunas críticas) Recomendamos encarecidamente una habitación con dos camas (queen y doble). Gracias a nuestros anfitriones, fue una excelente estadía.

El hotel es antiguo, aunque ha sido renovado en algunas zonas, como el rejuntado de los baños y la pintura de los armarios. Sin embargo, no es una renovación completa, ya que las puertas y otros muebles siguen en mal estado. Solo hay un número limitado de habitaciones disponibles y varias zonas están cerradas. Lo más decepcionante fue que en mi reserva se indicaba claramente que quería una habitación con dos camas individuales, pero no me la proporcionaron. Tuve que llevar mi equipaje a recepción y me informaron de que todas las habitaciones con dos camas individuales estaban agotadas. Aunque había especificado mi preferencia en una nota, si insistía en una habitación con dos camas individuales, me asignarían una habitación sin algunas comodidades, como teléfono. Esto demuestra falta de preparación e indiferencia hacia las necesidades del cliente.

Staying here with a small child. In the morning at breakfast, we found larvae floating in a glass of juice. The staff took the glasses away, poured out the remaining juice from the jug, and brought us new juice—of course, we didn't drink it. We lost all desire to eat. Huge cockroaches were running around under the tables and in the bathroom on the first floor. The trunks in the elevator and in the hallway were dirty. The room itself was clean and tidy. We left all these comments with the administration at the reception desk. It is unlikely that anything will change, but I still want to warn you: if you care about yourself and your child, it is better to look for a cleaner and newer place to stay.
