This Hop Inn Surat Thani is same as other except it comes with a simple breakfast. It is a bit out of town but I am driving no problem. Excellent staff and clean room. Ample parking lots available

Location is nice, right in town with 7/11 n Watson within walking distance. But room not very clean. Bed a bit hard but unfortunately, gave only 1 pillow. We had to pay an extra 40 bahts for an extra pillow while most hotels would gladly give U for free

Positive : Good location, clean room and size of the room is quite comfortable for family even though you booked standard room. Negative: 1. I booked the room for 2 night but the keycard set for 1 night when I asked staff said its for safety reason. This is the first time I my life to hear this such a thing. They said even guest stay for 10 nights they have to extend key card everyday. 2. Staff at front desk didn't provide any information even for breakfast ticket they gave me just for 1 day. I cant be bothered to ask amd just wanted to leave this hotel. 3. There is no service mind at all for all apart from the Bellman who have outstanding service, this is similar comment I found from previous guest too. 4. I got a call twice after my first night stay , they told me the check out time today in 10 mins then I asked them to check they said sorry in theor system their colleagues mentioned for 1 night only. 20 mins later they called me on my mobile phone and said I have to check out in 15 mins. They make it worst !!! 5. Lastly the simple amenity such as hair dryer they charge 50 bath. Available at reception. 6. This hotel doesn't provide lunch or dinner service even though there is menu in the room. You cannot order. Lastly, I will never come back again.

Es un buen hotel, buena ubicación, poder viajar en la ciudad. No muy lejos del aeropuerto, unos 30 minutos. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, cuentan con estacionamiento y buen servicio del personal.

En este viaje, no puedo decir lo suficiente sobre el agradable y útil personal del 100 Islands Resort Hotel. El edificio es hermoso con el sonido de agua corriente en todos los espacios públicos. ¡Aunque cerca de las carreteras ocupadas y cerca de la ciudad la habitación era tan tranquila y la cama tan cómoda tuve el mejor sueño que he tenido hasta ahora desde que viajamos a Tailandia! No había caballos ni tazas, pero se le entregó una tan pronto como se le solicitaba (¡Nos encanta nuestra taza dondequiera que esté! 😀). El desayuno era el arroz y la especia tailandesa habitual. La única decepción fue la piscina que, aunque se encuentra en lo que era una hermosa escena de la selva tropical, parecía un poco atractiva para nadar, ya que había claros hojas y bugs en la superficie. Había una piscina al aire libre que parecía muy invitante en la cámara de lobby, pero que desafortunadamente estaba cerrada.

Es un muy buen hotel. La habitación es limpia y espaciosa. Tiene capacidad para 4 personas sin sentirse apretado. El aire acondicionado es frío y la presión del agua es fuerte. La zona de la ducha está diseñada para ser un poco pequeña. Amplio aparcamiento privado Pero expuesto al sol y al rocío, no tiene techo. Botones Masculino Cuídame muy bien. El suelo de la habitación está un poco resbaladizo debido al limpiador de suelos.

It was a convenient location in walking distance to anything you need. Worked perfectly fine for a nights sleep. The breakfast was nice and the room was OK - a bit worn down and had some broken features (for example the shower was falling out from the wall, the sink faucet leaked water on the floor). However, it was clean, a comfortable bed with nice sheets. I’d stay again if ever returning to the town.

Staying here with a small child. In the morning at breakfast, we found larvae floating in a glass of juice. The staff took the glasses away, poured out the remaining juice from the jug, and brought us new juice—of course, we didn't drink it. We lost all desire to eat. Huge cockroaches were running around under the tables and in the bathroom on the first floor. The trunks in the elevator and in the hallway were dirty. The room itself was clean and tidy. We left all these comments with the administration at the reception desk. It is unlikely that anything will change, but I still want to warn you: if you care about yourself and your child, it is better to look for a cleaner and newer place to stay.

El hotel es antiguo, aunque ha sido renovado en algunas zonas, como el rejuntado de los baños y la pintura de los armarios. Sin embargo, no es una renovación completa, ya que las puertas y otros muebles siguen en mal estado. Solo hay un número limitado de habitaciones disponibles y varias zonas están cerradas. Lo más decepcionante fue que en mi reserva se indicaba claramente que quería una habitación con dos camas individuales, pero no me la proporcionaron. Tuve que llevar mi equipaje a recepción y me informaron de que todas las habitaciones con dos camas individuales estaban agotadas. Aunque había especificado mi preferencia en una nota, si insistía en una habitación con dos camas individuales, me asignarían una habitación sin algunas comodidades, como teléfono.
