JJomar BrazilBalai de Selendra truly felt like a home away from home. The moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed, as if the place had known me for years. The room was incredibly cozy, comfortable, and inviting. It made me want to stay in bed and relax all day.
A special thank you to Mariam for her exceptional hospitality. She was very accommodating, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Her kindness made my stay even more memorable.
I honestly wished I could have stayed longer, but it was time for me to head back to Manila. Thank you for such a wonderful and heartwarming experience. Until my next check-in at Balai de Selendra! 😊 ~Melody

UUsuario invitado2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

UUsuario anónimoWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

Jjen**I am a Baguio girl and have always wanted to stay here. We have finally checked in and heave tried the free breakfast. We are glad we did. Stayed for three nights and 4 days. Customer service is amazing! Food is awesome!

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está bien para un corto período de estancia, aunque hay algunas cosas que tener en cuenta.
El lugar es un poco viejo, y muestra en algunas de las características de la habitación. El diseño del baño también podría utilizar alguna mejora337La puerta no se cierra, y la puerta de la ducha no se cierra completamente, lo que significa que el agua puede desaparecer fácilmente y dejar el suelo húmedo.
La ubicación es muy conveniente. Si te gusta caminar, Burnham Park está a unos kilómetros de distancia, y es un paseo fácil y agradable, ¡terminamos caminando por nosotros mismos!
En general, no es el lugar más moderno o polido, pero funciona bien si sólo buscas un lugar sencillo para quedarse por la noche.

RReamy HGThey gave us a complimentary upgrade! The owner is so nice and friendly. They understood that we have a senior with us so a ground floor room is best. Room are clean and basic amenities are provided. Location is best! Very near to everything. Highly recommended and will definitely choose this hotel when we come back to Baguio.

NNight crawler3 lady receptionists are very helpful and kind.rooms for improvement are no elevator,thicker blankets, if you stay in third floor stronger flow of water and heater.all in all highly recommended.location are very close to almost everything if you travel with family.
