«El hotel estuvo bien. La experiencia no fue tan buena. La habitación estaba limpia y bonita cuando llegamos, tal como se esperaba. Fue suficiente para que nuestra familia de 4 pasara la noche. La vista desde el balcón también era buena.
Hubo algunos problemas. Primero, el wifi; no hubo conexión durante toda la estancia. La ducha no tenía puerta, así que el baño se mojaba cada vez que alguien se bañaba. El desayuno fue regular.
El aparcamiento es un rollo. Había plazas limitadas y había que aparcar los coches.
Si eras el primero en aparcar, los demás huéspedes tenían que bloquearte. Si necesitabas irte, tenían que llamar primero al propietario para que pudiera mover el coche. No era bueno si querías descansar y relajarte.
Sin embargo, la ubicación era excelente. A un par de minutos en coche del centro.»

UUsuario invitado2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

PPatricia TejanoWe had a wonderful stay at Sotogrande Hotel Baguio as a family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for traveling with a child. The staff were warm, polite, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the cool Baguio weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we’d gladly recommend it to families visiting Baguio.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

●Rooms are big and shower area is spacious, and water pressure for showers, bidet, and faucet are strong.
● Breakfast buffet is good
●Hotel Staffs are friendly and approachable.
●View is nice
Cons:
●Although the hotel is relatively new, the amenities appear poorly maintained.”
Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy.
●8th floor, place is not very well lit, especially at night.”
●Pool hours is not consistent with what is posted online.
Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es agradable, limpio y cómodo, y el desayuno era bueno. Las instalaciones están bien y la habitación satisface las expectativas. Desafortunadamente, el servicio de los huéspedes necesita mejoras. Llegamos a las 7:30 y nuestra habitación todavía no estaba lista. Nos pidió esperar, pero no hubo actualizaciones a menos que nos lo preguntasamos repetidamente, lo que fue inconveniente después de un largo viaje. Cuando nos preguntamos si podía ser cancelado, nos dijeron que no podía hacerse sin ningún esfuerzo para ayudar o ofrecer alternativas. En general, el hotel dispone de buenas instalaciones, pero se necesita una mejor formación del personal y una mejor gestión de los huéspedes para mejorar la estancia.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel looked quite new and the halls, rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. The staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and responsive. The breakfast menu was acceptable. The King Chef Dimsum Restaurant at the First floor provided a tasty meal as well. Even more important, the hotel was very close (7 minutes) to the center of the city (Burnham Park). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

UUsuario invitadoLa zona era muy ideal con buena vista. La tripulación también era cortés y acertada. Pero las instalaciones eran pobres, especialmente el baño.
También se mencionó que el desayuno era estilo buffet, pero no fue. Fue ”ayudado a buffet” donde la tripulación va a comer para usted. Sólo puedes tener lo que ellos comen. No es un problema para mí, pero espero que hayan hecho una información clara sobre eso.
Espero que puedan trabajar en estos temas.
