Hoteles en Benguet con aparcamiento

The staffs are so helpful and friendly! They tend to every request we had. The location is ok, near the tourist spots, but due to heavy traffic (tourists/weekend), it is quite hard to go somewhere. Buffet restaurant is open to the public, so we were a bit shocked that there were so many people and we were wearing our pajamas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back!

We enjoyed our stay in Azalea in Baguio. The food is also great! I’m glad I found a good deal in Trip.com site. Good location but hope they would put up a fitness center. They have spacious parking unlike other hotels. The staff are also accommodating. Thank you for being part of my family’s New yeae vacation. I wish we could have booked earlier.

La habitación es suficientemente amplia para dos personas. Sin embargo, sólo hay una silla y una mesa móvil instalada en la pared que no se puede utilizar para artículos pesados o bolsas. No hay cabinas ni al menos una mesa para poner nuestras cosas. Las cosas estaban todas dispersas en el suelo. Se proporcionaron toallas pero no lo suficiente para limpiar el humedad en el suelo. No hay pantalones de interior gratuitos también. La peor parte para mí es la falta de bidet. Ya es 2026, pero no han instalado al menos un bidet. La conexión a Internet es débil y lenta. Hay una televisión inteligente pero realmente tienes que esperar para cargarla. La ubicación está bien y a pocos minutos a pie de Burnham. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de Burnham, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. La habitación era de una cama de tamaño real, por lo que no podíamos ver la calle desde nuestra habitación.

the room is quite big and it's very clean,definitely will book again soon! thank you for accommodating us, me and my frieds had a quality time at your hotel ❤️ I also love your balcony hoping that it has a table and chairs there to sip my hot coffee hehe

This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

Terrible entrance, entry through basement carpark, needed to walk up 3 floors of stairs and no convenient stores nearby. The idea of walking sort of like under construction site is scary enough. Hotel was ok…location terrible.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners

Room was supposed to be 30 sq meters, but was 15 sq meters...including bathroom. The sink drain pipe had just been put in the bigger wall pipe...meaning it was not sealed at all and seawage smell was coming into the bathroom. We could smell it too in the room during the night.
