UUsuario invitadoI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient — close to restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I also enjoyed the breakfast; it was delicious and had a good variety. Overall, an excellent experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

UUsuario invitadoWe absolutely love our stay at Azalea. The hotel was surprisingly comparabke to the best hotels at Camp John Hay where we usually stay. The entire hotel is big, room is spacious and clean. The location is just walking distance to supermaket, restaurants and city hub center along Leonard Wood. Its vrery accesible to so many establishments. The staff were so courteous ans attentive of all our concerns. Food from the restaurant Kuya J is absolutely delicious. The hotel facilities is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book again and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Every request I made was handled promptly and with care, which I deeply appreciated. One highlight was how they surprised my mom for her birthday — a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more special for our family.
The only downside was the therapist they arranged for my mom. Unfortunately, she seemed distracted during the massage, frequently using her phone, which affected the quality of the service. Despite this minor issue, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful time overall.

SShayDefinitivamente recomendaría este hotel. La ubicación es perfecta y está muy cerca de lugares turísticos populares como Burnham Park, Session Road y el restaurante GoodTaste. Definitivamente visitaré este lugar nuevamente. Tienen sala grande también tienen un espacio para trabajar. Lo mejor aquí es que tienen calentador en CR perfecto para el clima frío. Además, la comida aquí en el hotel también se recomienda especialmente los bocadillos. Pido un sándwich de pollo y es muy delicioso, viene con papas fritas y salsa. El personal es amable, especialmente el personal de recepción.
Definitivamente recomendaré este lugar a mis amigos y familiares.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

DDonMoreAntes de todo tengo que recordar que este hotel es de 3 estrellas, y por lo tanto tienen que saber a que atenerse, aunque a veces sacan buenos precios.. en mi caso cogí una oferta en una suite, así lo tomen como referencia.
Voy a enumerar lo que no me ha gustado pero solo una salvedad, no nos pidieron el depósito o fianza antes de entrar y el portero muy servicial, y más importante que vi es que está muy céntrico.
En primer lugar:
Este hotel no tienen las habitaciones ventanas..
Segundo lugar:
Este hotel no tiene servicio de limpieza diaria.
En Tercer lugar:
El desayuno si lo tienes incluido, como ha sido mi caso, pues tengo que decir, no es como lo indica el hotel, es decir no es continental, es menú filipino, no tienen ensalada.. muy limitado de variedad, pero es tipo buffet.
Cuarto: en nuestra habitación, la suite, el tamaño no es lo que dice el hotel, es más bien pequeña.
Quinto: en la habitación no funcionaba el secador del pelo.
Además no había señal de WiFi, apesar de ser gratuito.. y la señal de datos lo mismo, no habia cobertura..
Así que después de todo estos detalles, si a ti, no es importante, es una gran opción...

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

UUsuario anónimoWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional,
However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on.
2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no.
3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way.
4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient
5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room.
6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively
7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore.
8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter
9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service.
Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then.
