SSolamia AñascoEsta fue nuestra segunda estancia en Travelite Legarda. Normalmente nos vamos a Baguio cada enero. Durante nuestra visita anterior, nos quedamos en Travelite Express Hotel cerca del Parque Burnham, y el año siguiente decidimos probar Travelite Legarda. Esta es nuestra segunda vez que nos quedamos aquí.
Nos encontrábamos en la habitación 321 y notamos que no había agua caliente en la habitación. FO Erica y HK Arnold nos ayudaron a transferirnos a otra habitación con agua caliente, Sala 309.
A las 9:32 pm, ya habíamos transferido a la nueva habitación. Desde que el agua caliente estaba funcionando, empezé a tomar una ducha. Después de unos minutos, dos huéspedes masculinos de repente abrió nuestra habitación, lo que nos chocó porque podían acceder a la habitación. Los dos huéspedes dijeron que la oficina delantera les había asignado también la habitación 309.
Después de terminar mi ducha, esperaba que cualquier personal o personal de la oficina del frente viniera, golpear o al menos disculpar por lo que pasó, pero nadie vino.
También trabajo en la industria hotelera, así que entiendo que pueden ocurrir errores, pero esta situación fue claramente una negligencia grave. No sé si el personal estaba ocupado o no, pero esta experiencia no fue buena para ningún huésped.
Espero que este incidente no vuelva a ocurrir a otros huéspedes en el futuro.

UUsuario invitadoUn hotel acogedor, las habitaciones son limpias, el mantenimiento de la casa es bueno, las habitaciones son espaciosas, pero el desayuno y la comida en el restaurante son muy locales y ingustos, hay una estación de cocina de huevos en el desayuno, La casa de baño en el café es extraña, limpia, pero ni siquiera el asiento de la toalla está en las mujeres.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

UUsuario anónimoThis hotel is strategically located, with several attractions nearby. SM Baguio is 1.4km, about a 20-minute walk away—perfect if you enjoy a bit of exercise, especially with the cool December weather.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and we especially enjoyed their taho, which comes in different flavors.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

UUsuario invitadoI stayed at Selandra and it truly exceeded my expectations. At first, there was a minor issue, but the host quickly resolved it with such grace and professionalism. She made sure I was comfortable and even asked if I had any questions or concerns about the place—she was more than happy to help. Her hospitality was genuinely warm and reassuring.
I celebrated my 25th birthday here, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The space is not only aesthetic and peaceful, but also reliable for remote work—the internet connection was solid throughout my stay. If you're looking for a quiet and beautifully designed place to unwind, this is perfect. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
Just a small note: the location is a bit tucked away, so if you're not into long walks, it’s best to book a Grab going to and from the listing, especially since it's not along the main road. But aside from that, everything was amazing. I highly recommend her place!

Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 or less) One thing nakakahilo yung paakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska sana may nag aassist dun sa pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at maiwasan yung disgrasya.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
