El hotel es bueno y está bien. El personal es útil y agradable, me ayudó a estacionar mi bicicleta junto a la recepción por seguridad. Ideal para un corto estadía. El cuarto es limpio y las instalaciones son suficientes. El problema principal es que Internet no funciona.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time recently. While it’s not located right in the town centre, the area is surprisingly convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Mount Lambak, which was a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful. The room was spotless, and the air-conditioning kept things comfortably cool throughout my stay. That said, there were a few safety concerns worth mentioning. The room didn’t have a peephole on the door, which felt like a small security oversight. The furniture was placed quite close to the bed, making it easy to bump into if you’re not paying attention. In the shower area, the floor tiles had raised edges that blended in with the rest of flooring easy to miss and potentially risky. A caution sign or a bright marking could help prevent accidents. Soundproofing could also be improved. I could hear noises from neighbouring rooms at night, which disrupted the others peaceful atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, my two-night stay was pleasant overall. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next visit.

It was a nice stay here, everything was in digital automatic operated, example, digital door lock, there are water dispenser. Just there is no elevator, not covenient for people who might having back injury, that not covenient to move heavy upstairs.

Great location. But this hotel has no lift, it’s a headache for travelers with heavy luggages. Overall a decent hotel.

El hotel es bueno en general, limpio y cómodo, la ubicación es buena, a unos minutos en coche de la estación de autobuses, KFC enfrente, no está lejos de la plaza de comida de la ciudad (no espere que sea grande, pero siete u ocho son suficientes , el gusto también puede ser), También hay otros restaurantes. La recepción solo puede tener una comunicación en inglés ligeramente pobre y la actitud del servicio es muy buena. Las habitaciones son de tamaño mediano y tienen un escritorio para trabajar. El principal problema es que el WiFi es demasiado malo y básicamente no está en la habitación.
