Kluang Riverview Hotel

Good location near with town. All amenities complete in the room. Spacious room too. Recommend to other.

- Comfort stay. - spotted some ants on the desk, they even appeared on the bed cause it's nearby the desk. - since the hotel provides kettle and coffee cup, why not provide some famous Kluang coffee or tea for the guests as a sample instead of just selling them at the lobby. (Just my little suggestion)

From reception the staff are polite and hospitable Carpark is good, Rooms are quit ok and value for money. I strongly recommend this hotel.

pleasant stay at this hotel and the hotel staff very attentive to the remarks in the booking and try utmost to accomodate . location -slight far if you hunt for food during day time but right beside bus station which meant is convenience for you if u come by bus . rest assure , food and shopping mall still walkable from hotel . room size - comfortable size for 02 person . enough for you to sit on the floor even after you unopen your luggage amenities - Toiletries provided but suggest to put extra toilet roll in rooms because the left over toilet roll from the previous guest not enough for the new comer and when discover it already midnight . quite not convenience if to request the toilet roll at midnight . kettle provided with kluang kopi :) . iron board . hair dryer . not sure if the hotel have water dispenser . cleanliness - good but possible to have bin in front the lift and lobby at common area . toilet at lobby , one of the lift currently under maintenance . definitely will be back again :)

The shower head needs to be changed to wider type as it is not up to date. Would be better if have mini fridge. Location is very convenient and near to bus terminal. Lobby is hot as never on air-cond. Check in and check out time was not great. Check in : 3PM Check out : 11AM Usually hotels check out time is 12PM and check in at 2PM.

I was disappointed with the WiFi service. There's hardly any coverage in my room 365. I had to use my own mobile data for Internet access to do my work.
