The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, but what puts this place especially high in our regard is the super service. Coming to an unfamiliar place, it is very comforting to find such lovely and helpful people who will do their best to make everything run as smoothly as possible. We had rides to and from the park and food just down the street. We loved our visit to Huangguoshu and Xi Ran played an important role in it.

這次入住體驗非常的好!首先誇誇位置，酒店離黃果樹瀑布景區和大巴客運站都超近。 老闆也非常的熱情好客，早上主動開車送我們去景區售票處，全程有求必應、有問必答；走的時候知道我們要趕高鐵，還特意送了兩瓶水給我們。 最後誇誇設施，房間特別新，大床房的廁所和淋浴間是單獨分開的哦；毛巾浴巾都是一次性的，乾淨又放心。 總之，這家酒店不管是位置、服務還是設施，都挑不出毛病，為老闆以及貴州人民熱情和好客點贊！

環境：周圍有很多飯館，非常熱鬧。離遊客中心也近 衞生：配有一次性洗漱用具，馬桶墊等乾淨衞生 設施：這次入住有如此方便、乾淨的電梯，感覺太好了！這絕對是提升入住體驗的關鍵設施。唯一不足的就是水壓太大，噴頭噴的遠洗澡不是很方便。 服務：老闆態度好，給我們推薦了美食，還免費接送我們去景區。 好評，下次還住這家。

This guest house is about 10 mins (1km) walk from Huangguoshu ticket office/public coach terminal stop. So if you are travelling light, it's ok. Otherwise, it could be a bit incovenience. You may find the neighbourhood not that appealing, but it's convenient to find restaurants around. The place is really spacious, clean and tidy. I slept well while staying there. The girl at the reception is very helpful and friendly. Dont get put off by its location. It's worth to stay.

El lugar estaba bien, la ubicación era buena y la habitación espaciosa. Sin embargo, prácticamente está cerrado. Las luces de los pasillos están apagadas y las habitaciones carecen de artículos básicos como papel higiénico, jabón y toallas. Al solicitarlo, me dieron servilletas y jabón, pero ten en cuenta que si decides alojarte aquí, en esta época del año solo funciona a medias.

特意來認真評價這次入住感受！首先整體環境雅緻安靜，一進房間就能感受到用心的衞生打理，衞生間這些細節都特別乾淨，洗澡熱水都很舒服，洗漱用品配備齊全。 關上房門後外界噪音基本隔絕，奔波過後能好好休息。前台服務貼心周到，有需求處理迅速，公共區域整潔有序。不管是短途落腳還是長途旅行都十分合適，已經推薦給同行朋友，再次到訪會優先選擇這裏。 然後離景區入口也是特別的近，步行應該就是3分鐘這樣吧，然後酒店旁邊就有一條美食街，晚上出來吃飯還看到了美麗晚霞，真的很不錯。

A good simple hotel to stay at for a night or two while visiting Zhenning. The lady at the reception was very friendly and patient, depite our language gap.
