El hotel es un hotel muy bien diseñado y me explotó por la habitación - muy grande, con una cama suave muy cómoda, un baño grande, un camino con piedras pasadas a la zona de la niebla y luego una ducha inteligente que tocó maravillosa música francesa por la mañana. La vista era verde. Los propietarios del hotel eran muy útiles y amables y me llevaron a y desde los acantilados y mi autobús y me aseguraron mi transporte y desde el hotel correba bien. A pocos minutos en coche de las caídas. Hay restaurantes en la zona para comida. Hay una carretera principal cerca, por lo que el hotel ofrece auriculares pero de todas formas el tráfico se detiene a la noche para que no lo oigas. Un lugar maravilloso para permanecer cuando visitas las caídas.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

This hotel is best of the best for our 20 days trip to various cities in Guizhou.  The room was huge and it was superbly comfortable. Love this hotel that imposed strict non-smoking in the room. Warm toilet bowl and automatic flush after use was an added advantage. Bottled drinking water was given generously, 4 in the mini fridge and 2 on the table. Breakfast was superb with varieties. Superb service by all the staffs especially Miss Su in the front office who has provided us the extra-mile service.  Much thanks to her and the rest who were very helpful and courteous.

他們家酒店強推！！！呢！！ 我自己出行來黃果樹遊玩，説説感受 首先是酒店的整體 前台服務很不錯，讓我感受頗深 酒店還帶有泳池以及健身房，餐廳也很大（但門口就是一些當地的特色餐飲，我覺得在外面吃更能找到當地特色） 再就是房間了！舒適整潔，很難去挑刺，加上全屋智能的方便，讓我更覺得這次行程值得 PS：黃果樹瀑布在這個期間真的很壯觀，但是雨季導致個別地方無法進入，很遺憾，下次在來的時候一定還會選擇他們家的！

Viajé a Guizhou con un amigo, y como a él le gustó mucho el diseño de la habitación en Duobei Yunhan, nos alojamos allí juntos. Sin embargo, antes de registrarnos, recibimos un mensaje del hotel informándonos de que nos darían una habitación superior. Entendíamos el motivo, pero mi amigo se sintió un poco decepcionado porque el diseño de la habitación superior no era tan bueno como el de la habitación Yuandai que él prefería. En cuanto al servicio, tanto mi amigo como yo coincidimos en que no era tan excelente como se describía en la plataforma. No podríamos decir que el servicio fuera malo; su actitud fue buena, educada y paciente. Sin embargo, ambos pensamos que, para un hotel de ese rango de precios, el servicio podría ser mejor. Después de salir de Anshun, llegamos a otro hotel en Guiyang el mismo día (los precios de las habitaciones eran similares y ambos ofrecían servicio de mayordomo), y el contraste en el servicio entre los dos hoteles fue enorme. Por lo tanto, creo que Duobei Yunhan necesita mejorar su nivel de servicio.

Me llevé a la familia de mi primo a jugar al árbol de Huanggu, necesitaba una suite familiar y finalmente encontré la casa por mucho tiempo. Me gusta mucho este tipo de habitación, dos camas y dos salas, es muy conveniente que las dos familias vivan juntos sin interferir, hay un balcón, ropa de cama es muy conveniente para el día, el paisaje también es muy bueno, Mi hermana me gusta especialmente, porque puede fumar 😂 Esta casa está en la puerta del área de paisaje, el jefe puede llevar el área de paisaje, la comida también es muy buena, y la máquina de café, el café es muy perfumado, no puedo salir con mi hermana para café, esta vez no tengo que salir al café, el viaje de dos días es muy agradable, La familia puede viajar con más personas.

I only stayed at Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel for one night, but the exceptional service I received made my visit truly memorable. Throughout my stay, Miss Wu was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. She was always polite, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Miss Wu helped me arrange my visit to the spectacular Huangguoshu Waterfall .The hotel also has a dedicated Huangguoshu Waterfall service counter in the lobby, where guests can get information and assistance with any questions, making the entire experience very convenient. One of the biggest advantages of the VIP package is that the shuttle bus picks you up directly from the hotel lobby and takes you to the various scenic spots around Huangguoshu Waterfall. This made sightseeing effortless and stress-free. On my return journey, I encountered some difficulties arranging transportation back to Anshun Railway Station. Once again, Miss Wu stepped in to help. She patiently assisted me in finding a suitable transport option and ensured I could get back to the station without any hassle. Her willingness to help, even after my sightseeing trip, demonstrated genuine care for her guests. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Miss Wu for her outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. She truly made my trip much more enjoyable and worry-free. I highly recommend Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel to anyone visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall. The hotel's excellent service and caring staff made all the difference.

The hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points. However, the staff ..... We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key... At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ? Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today. Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work.... Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience.

Este es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado en China. Abrió sus puertas el año pasado y sus instalaciones son modernas y están impecables. Es relativamente económico, a menos de 35 dólares singapurenses por noche, y lo reservé a través de Trip.com. El desayuno está incluido. Si bien no es un bufé continental, los fideos, huevos, panecillos, soja, batatas, verduras, etc., son igualmente nutritivos y abundantes. Hay una lavadora y secadora cerca del vestíbulo, y la recepcionista, Yang De Rong, fue muy amable y atenta, incluso nos tendió la ropa después de secarla para no interrumpir nuestro sueño. Uno de los empleados incluso nos llevó en coche hasta la entrada de la cascada Huangguoshu, a pesar de que está a solo 10 minutos a pie. A nuestra salida, el dueño del hotel nos llevó personalmente a la estación de autobuses para que pudiéramos tomar el autobús público hasta la estación del tren de alta velocidad. El servicio es maravilloso y recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a quienes visiten la cascada Huangguoshu. Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo si regreso.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.
