I’m really glad I found this hotel. I stayed there for around 5–6 days during my business trip and traveled to nearby cities like Suzhou, Shanghai, and Hangzhou for meetings, but I never felt the need to switch hotels because this place genuinely felt like home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. One thing I especially appreciated was the breakfast. Since I was having a hard time adjusting to some Chinese food during the trip, having breakfast here every morning was comfortable and stress-free for me. The location is also very convenient — there’s a KFC right beside the hotel — and the price is quite reasonable. Most importantly, the people in this part of Wuxi were very kind to foreigners. I met many locals during my stay, and they treated us more like friends than visitors.

Me alojé en la habitación de la esquina del noveno piso. Excelente ubicación, justo al lado de la estación de metro Tanduqiao y a poca distancia a pie de la zona del canal, el puente Qingming y el templo Nanchang. La habitación es limpia y muy espaciosa, con una excelente relación calidad-precio. El inodoro y la ducha están en cabinas separadas. Me gustó que el lavabo estuviera fuera del baño. Tuve una estancia muy agradable y recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar.

Great for the price you pay! The check-in desk address is on the same floor as several different hotels operating similar services. As an American, I couldn’t find one that matched the booking, so for those who also don’t speak or read Chinese, it is “Dawn Apartments”. An employee who worked for a different hotel was kind enough to help me call the right owner/customer service. From there, once I was able to add them on WeChat, everything went smoothly. Bathroom is not what I’m accustomed to, but I bought shower shoes in the market downstairs, which is among a lot of convenient restaurants and across the street from the metro - excellent location. They provided complimentary shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a toilet seat cover. Stayed for 3 nights and was comfortable. 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom and countertops were not very clean when I arrived and the check-in confusion. Thank you for a nice first stay in Wuxi. Overall would recommend.

The Himalaya hotel is in an area where you have many of the international hotels. I chose the Himalaya because I was governed by budget. The only thing budget about the Himalaya is its price. The rooms are of a very high standard. The staff are exceptional and beyond helpful. There is a metro station 500mtrs away. Taxis are plentiful and there is food available all around you. My son stayed for our first night and they gave us that portable bed for free.

I love the Zen vibe in this homestay. The host was nice and showed me around to check the amenities. No room key card; only use PIN. This was nice, as I just went out without having to go to the counter to check out, which was outside their operational hours. I think the only thing that needs to improve is their bed linens. I’m not sure but it feels dusty when touched. A little vacuum would help. They also have a lovely cat and the location is close to the train station.

He estado aquí varias veces y me gustaría revisarlo. Esta vez, el servicio de atención al cliente me ayudó a cambiarme a una suite junior en el piso 54 de forma gratuita. Oye, es realmente buena. La vista desde los grandes ventanales es realmente buena, especialmente la vista nocturna por la noche. La habitación es muy grande y está decorada con buen gusto, y la cama es tamaño king y muy cómoda. Es higiénico y limpio, sin puntos ciegos. El proyector de la marca de 100 pulgadas tiene alta definición y es muy agradable ver películas. El transporte es conveniente. La entrada del metro está justo abajo. La relación precio/rendimiento es muy alta. Seguiré viniendo aquí la próxima vez.

1. UBICACIÓN: me costó un poco encontrarlo porque habían árboles enfrente que me tapaban un poco pero se encuentra justo en medio de las dos estaciones de metro. Como referencia principal es Wanda. La parada de autobús que tiene enfrente el hotel es la 10外. Bien ubicado 👍 2. ATENCIÓN: la de recepción fue muy amable, paciente y rápida. Nos entendimos bien y usamos el traductor para lo que no entendíamos. 👍 3. LOBBY: Ameno, tiene lo necesario 👍 4. BAÑO: ya juzgarán ustedes mismos, puede mejorar algunos detalles de humedad que tiene el baño en los mosaicos pero en términos generalmente está bien equipado y todo funciona. PERO justo antes de irme la tubería del lavabo se despego( entiendo que ya había sucedido antes y por eso la cinta) pueden verlo en las fotos. El agua sale como ven en el video, por mi está bien aunque no tenga tanta presión, pero de nuevo cada quien tiene sus criterios. El agua no salía caliente al principio a pesar de que la dejé abierta por varios varios minutos, llamé a recepción y enseguida vinieron a ayudarme y sale bien bien caliente. 🚨Había unas telarañas y algo raro en la ventana que deberían limpiar pues eso si es poco higiénico y daba miedo 🚨…🤔 5. CAMA-HABITACIÓN: todo me pareció ameno, nunca vi algo sucio en las sábanas, no están SÚPER BLANCAS pero estaban limpias limpias. 👍 6. HIGIENE: en términos generales hay humedad en paredes y demás pero vaya no es hotel de lujo. Para el precio me parece aceptable más no increíble. Cumple y yo me senti muy cómoda siempre. 👍 Por el detalle del baño le doy 4 estrellas

Got downgraded and the downgrade was justified as an ”upgrade” ,I suggest the property clearly states that they do not accept black people on their property to avoid such interactions! . I booked a room on the 4th floor but the lady at the reception gave me a room on the second floor. I went downstairs again to confirm she gave me the wrong room providing pictures of the room I booked but she kept insisting that there are no such rooms on the property, she insisted they do not exist on the property and rooms on the 4th floor don't look nice. I insisted she put me on the 4th floor like my booking. All to find out she was lying. The rooms were much nicer! Spacious and with a beautiful view. I don't understand such behavior. Very disappointed!

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente! Cerca de la estación de alta velocidad, Tai Lake, Wanda Plaza, restaurantes cercanos, tiendas de conveniencia muchas opciones, resolver la comida y las compras no es absolutamente un problema. Aunque el lugar está en un área próspera, la habitación está muy tranquila. El tamaño de la habitación es adecuado, el diseño es razonable, las infraestructuras son perfectas y se mantienen bien. En este terreno y en el precio, el precio es realmente muy alto! El personal de servicio también es muy bueno y responde rápidamente. ¡Se recomienda encarecidamente a los amigos que se centran en la conveniencia de viajar y el precio!
