Pleasent surprise! We stayed there for two nights and everything was taken care of. We mentioned that we have 2 toddlers and the rooms were well prepared for it. The whole room was spotless and clean as well as the bathroom. Our beds were clean and it felt so good to sleep in it. Breakfast was excellent and we had everything we wished for. The personnel is very friendly and accommodating. If we ever visit Graz again, this is the place we want to stay in. We can only recommend it. Best regards!

Building looks great and all. Location is very undesirable. Many seedy characters loitering about smoking at all hours of the day. There is no extra lock inside room. Nothing expect your key card! I asked person at desk (who leaves at 10pm) how does one lock from inside? She responded it’s a modern hotel no extra lock needed. Needless to say any master key card can open any door. As a woman travelling alone I felt very unsafe throughout my stay. As they say you get what you pay for.
Beds were clean and comfy though. I don’t know whom to call after 10 pm though as the hotel becomes deserted at reception.

The room was not as advertised. The parking was aggravating. For the price of the room it was substandard. I will never recommend it.

Unser Dreibettzimmer war zwar kleiner als gedacht, aber sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und das Bett war super!
