Even though booked (and paid for) at end of last year. No communication until we arrived on the doorstep to a closed and empty property. A neighbour saw our plight and informed us that the proprietor had died in February and try to find alternative accommodation. Nobody thought to look through the bookings and cancel them.

We booked this guest house has a party of four two rooms on the basis of previous great reviews, however when we arrived there was nobody to greet us or even show us where everything was just a note with the keys left to our rooms. When we arrived down for breakfast the next morning which we paid for the cook told us sorry she was not informed of the breakfast orders so there was no breakfast for us and still no sign of any host, we tried to call him but no answer, would definitely not recommend or stay there ever again, I think faulty towers would be better at least they serve their guests breakfast. Very Very poor complained to booking. com
